In this work we investigated influence of the composition and thickness of the Co-Al2O3 spacer on the interlayer coupling in FeMn/Fe20Ni80/Со-Al2O3/Fe20Ni80 multilayers. It was shown that the antiparallel orientation of the magnetization in the exchange coupled permalloy sublayers is accompanied by the formation of volumetric magnetic inhomogeneity, which can be interpreted as a ripple of magnetization.Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФФИ в рамках научного проекта № 16-32-00327 мол_а
