    Information technology has lately become an integral part of the educational system. Application of modern digital technologies in teaching has changed teaching methods. This research is based on forming a teaching model in order to improve the level of ICT knowledge and skills of students applicable in the area of technical sciences. The objective of this research is to establish a methodology to improve and adapt curricula with the goal of enhancing digital competences of learners according to European standards and the needs of teaching at technical faculties.Informacijske su tehnologije u posljednje vrijeme postale sastavni dio obrazovnog sustava. Primjena suvremenih digitalnih tehnologija u nastavi utjecala je na promjenu metoda poučavanja. Ovo se istraživanje temelji na oblikkovanju modela poučavanja sa svrhom poboljŔanja razine studentskih IKT znanja i vjeŔtina primjenjivih u području tehničkih znanosti. Cilj je ovoga istraživanja uspostava metodologije za poboljŔanje i prilagodbu kurikula kako bi se studentske digitalne kompetencije poboljŔale i bile u skladu s europskim standardima i potrebama nastave na tehničkim fakultetima

    Production of Bioenergy in the Posavina Region

    This paper presents the results of the project titled "Agricultural Biomass Cross-border Development of Energy in Posavinaā€ - ABCDE Posavina implemented within the IPA Cross-border Programme between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its main objective is to promote agro-bioenergy in rural economies by including utilisation of agricultural biomass for energy purposes in the Posavina region. The region includes Vukovar-Srijem County (VSC) in Croatia and four municipalities (Odžak, Domaljevac-Å amac, OraÅ”je, Å amac) and Brčko District in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). These areas represent valuable agricultural land with a good potential for economic utilisation. The analysis of agricultural biomass potential includes production of biogas in co-digestion of manure (cattle, pigs and poultry manure) and maize silage (input of maize silage is limited at 30% of feedstock mass) as well as biodiesel from oilseed rape and bioethanol from maize. Potential GHG savings are estimated for the biogas and biofuels use. Theoretical biogas energy potential is estimated at 1,386 TJ/yr for VSC and 574 TJ/yr for BiH. Based on the theoretical potential for generation of electricity and heat from biogas, total installed capacity in VSC would be 19.8 MWe while 8.2 MWe in BiH. The corresponding theoretical potentials for biodiesel production are 4,258 TJ/yr (VSC) and 1,415 (BiH) while for bioethanol these are 6,140 TJ/yr and 1,689 TJ/yr, respectively. It is assumed that 50% of total theoretical biogas potential and 30% of total theoretical biofuel potential are achievable. Annual GHG savings for biogas use are estimated at 31.30 ktCO2-eq (VSC) and 26.84 ktCO2-eq (BiH). Annual GHG savings due to biodiesel use are estimated at 37.46-64.22 ktCO2-eq (VSC) and 12.45-21.34 ktCO2-eq (BiH) and for bioethanol use at 54.02-92.61 ktCO2-eq (VSC) and 14.86-25.48 ktCO2-eq (BiH)

    Studija pod naslovom PrečiŔćavanje otpadnih voda HI Destilacija Teslić nastala je kao rezultat druÅ”tvene odgovornosti Privrednog druÅ”tva HI Destilacija Teslić prema zaÅ”titi životne sredine, sastava i kvaliteta voda koje se oslobađaju iz procesa ekstrakcije i iz skladiÅ”ta uglja, te ekonomske analize potrebnih ulaganja u rjeÅ”avanje ovog problema. Nalazi do kojih se doÅ”lo istraživanjem tehničko-tehnoloÅ”kih uslova proizvodnje i skladiÅ”tenja, kao i analize ekonomskih efekata ulaganja u ovaj poduhvat ukazuju na potrebu dodatnih investicionih ulaganja u novu opremu za prečiŔćavanje otpadnih voda u oba navedena segmenta poslovanja iz kojih se oslobađaju zagađene vode. U izradi strudije učestvovali su relevantni stručnjaci iz oblasti tehnologije, maÅ”instva i ekonomije, a o svim segmentima istraživanja konsultovani su inženjeri investitora, uz koriŔćenje relevantnih tehničko-komercijalnih ponuda poznatih evropskih firmi iz oblasti prečiŔćavanja otpadnih voda i raspoloživih pokazatelja o dosadaÅ”njem poslovanju i razvoju HI Destilacija. Rezultate ovog istraživanja, Investitor može koristiti u vođenju poslovne i razvojne politike akcionarskog druÅ”tva, u skladu sa dinamikom koja će obezbijediti odgovarajuću ekoloÅ”ku zaÅ”titu prečiŔćavanjem otpadnih voda iz oba segmenta poslovanja iz kojih one potiču. Takođe, preporuke iz Studije o potrebnim investictionim ulaganjima u razvoj sistema za prečiŔćavanje otpadnih voda, menadžment poslovnog sistema sprovodiće u skladu sa obazbjeđivanjem potrebnog kapitala za investiciono ulaganje
