Complex therapy of chronic pancreatitis complicated by anxio-depressive disorders in railroad workers
The authors have found out negative impact of anxio-depressive disorders on the course of chronic pancreatitis with the development of stable pain syndrome, gastro-intestinal disorders, resistance to the performed pharmacotherapy, and decrease of reaction rate to presented stimul
Exercise and stretch therapy in the complex treatment of Charcot-Marie-Tooth hereditary neuropathy
Despite the success of multicentre molecular genetic studies in the field of hereditary neuromuscular diseases, the problem of complex treatment of this pathology remains relevant to this day. The main goal of therapy is to adapt patients to the disease, slowing progression and improving quality of life by increasing daily physical activity. This article describes features of clinical picture of Charcot-Marie-Tooth hereditary neuropathy and approaches to its rehabilitation. Authors show that the basis of physical rehabilitation is therapeutic physical culture, which should be used already at the preclinical stage of the disease development in order to reduce the rate of its progression. It is important that the process of rehabilitation of patients with Charcot-Marie-Toot hereditary neuropathy should continue throughout their life
Features of Physical Development of Schoolchildren in the Conditions of Specialized Training
The article presents a comparative analysis of physical development of 13-year-olds and cadet basic profile of teaching in urban schools in the parameters of somatometry and visiometry characterizing physical development, functional state, adaptation of the heart and body to current training loads. Coming of puberty is marked by intense growth of the body with heterochronous changes in the proportions and dimensions of its muscular skeletal system and the structure of internal organs. During this period, the role of mechanisms for self-regulation of heart activity and, in general, autonomous regulation of the functions of the cardiovascular system increases. At the initial stage in adolescents the manifestation of tachycardia and cardiac type of self-regulation of blood circulation increases. It is accompanied with deterioration in inotropic function of the myocardium against the background of a pronounced effect of sympatotonia and vagotonia on the systolic function of the myocardium
Neurotrophins in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular dysfunction
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a pathophysiological and hemodynamic condition that complicates the course of various diseases and negatively affects morbidity and mortality. The search for the new pathophysiological mechanisms for PH development and progression, the markers for predicting the PH course, and the possible targets for therapy remains relevant. This review is devoted to the role of neurotrophin (NT) system in PH pathogenesis, the possible use of NT and their receptors as a laboratory marker of its severity, and also as a potential target for influencing the pulmonary artery remodeling in PH. In addition, the participation of NTs in neoangiogenesis and restoration of nervous and muscle tissues was described
The Impact of Intellectual Capital on the Performance and Investment Attractiveness of Russian Companies
Recent studies show that intellectual resources, such as highly qualified workforce, well-functioning business processes within the organization and strategic relationships with all stakeholders together give a synergistic effect and are key factors in creating a sustainable competitive advantage. This notion is true for both high-tech companies that are focused on knowledge management and mainly work in the service sector, as well as for traditional industrial-type firms that are focused on creating products using value chain models. The historical growth of intellectual capital is traditionally associated with the trend of increasing market capitalization of firms, which is most clearly observed for companies that use knowledge resources as core competitive advantage. However, in practice the consequences of investing in intellectual capital intensive firms are often not always clear, in particular, there is unambiguous relationship between intellectual capital and the ability of companies to perform sustainably. In this study proposes models to investigate the impact of the components of intellectual capital on investment attractiveness and therefore potential positive investment decisions for companies using financial indicators such as revenue and market share. The results show a moderate positive relationship between revenue, market share, reflecting the investment attractiveness of the company and qualitative indicators of static and dynamic intellectual capital. Comparative characteristic of women health state, gave birth to girls with intrauterine growth retardation and a normal body mass
Research objective: to spend the comparative characteristic of somatic health, the social status and the obstetrical-gynecologic anamnesis of the women who have given birth to girls with intrauterine growth retardation and normal weight of a body Research materials: 118 women who have given birth Π΄ΠΎΠ½ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ
to girls, from them 56 mothers of girls with intrauterine growth retardation and 62 mothers of girls with normal weight of a body. Research methods: Anamnestichesky, generalclinical, (cliniko-laboratory researches women and their newborn daughters: an estimation of rosto-weight indicators, ultrasonic of heart and brein, an electrocardiogram, consultation of neurotician. Features of the social status and marital status of women, the obstetrical-gynecologic anamnesis, also features of pregnancy and sorts are studied. Results of research: the Group of high risk of occurrence syndrome of intrauterine growth retardation is made by young women aged 27-28. A leading place in structure of somatic pathologies have occupied the diseases of respiratory organs associated smoking. Syndrome of intrauterine growth retardation is more often observed at women with lower educational level and more work severe conditions, children with syndrome of intrauterine growth retardation are born in incomplete families is more often. At the women who have given birth to girls with syndrome of intrauterine growth retardation, infringements of menstrual function on type dismenorrea, hyperpolymenorrea authentically are is more often revealed., in the anamnesis there is a secondary barreness. The obstetric anamnesis is burdened by complications previous pregnancy in the form of threat of interruption, development insufficiency of placenta and a birth of children with intrauterine growth retardation. Conclusions: the Somatic anamnesis of the women ' who have given birth to girls with intrauterine growth retardation, is burdened by a pathology of the bronho-pulmonary system connected with smoking. Principles of healthcare management for patients with pulmonary hypertension: focus on continuity
In managing care for patients with rare, rapidly progressive pathologies such as pulmonary hypertension (PH) and chronic thromboembolic hypertension (CTEPH), early diagnosis and speed of routing are of particular importance. Reducing the time spent on patient routing reduces the risk of disease progression, the rate of hospitalizations, and thereby the socioeconomic burden of the disease. In the Republic of Karelia, an algorithm for routing patients with PH and CTEPH has been created, which is an example of a successful healthcare management
