Search of proteins nonezymatic glycosylation blokers among 1,2,3- thiadiazol derivatives

Nonenzymatic glycosilation of proteins is spontaneous chemical reaction between carbonyl groups of monosaccharides and amino groups of proteins. Nonenzymatic glycosilation of proteins involves in pathogenesis of diabetes, atherosclerosis and some other diseases. In this connection an actual task is to search of the substances blocking this process. Screening of ability of 1,2,3- thiadiazole derivatives inhibit glycosilation in vitro reaction is carried out.Неферментативное гликозилирование белков (НГБ) – спонтанная химическая реакция между карбонильными группами моносахаридов и аминогруппами белков. The tert-amino reaction effect was examined. A new method to synthesize spiro heterocycles is presented. It was shown that the “tert-amino effect†could be applied to the formation of spiro-fused heterocycles. The formation of spiro compounds proceeds in most cases in good yields in a one-pot reaction
