The aim of the paper is to highlight reminder being stipulated in the Polish administrative proceedings as a means of review which sought to ensure settling cases without undue delay. Based on the amendment bill to the Administrative Procedure Code coming into force on the 1st June 2017, the party to the proceedings is entitled to challenge such as failure of the administrative body by lodging a reminder as it is considered a mandatory appeal before submitting a complaint to administrative court. Moreover, the paper includes references to the Polish Tax Ordinance Act in the scope of dealing with tax cases within legal deadlines

Beyond FOXP3:a 20-year journey unravelling human regulatory T-cell heterogeneity

The initial idea of a distinct group of T-cells responsible for suppressing immune responses was first postulated half a century ago. However, it is only in the last three decades that we have identified what we now term regulatory T-cells (Tregs), and subsequently elucidated and crystallized our understanding of them. Human Tregs have emerged as essential to immune tolerance and the prevention of autoimmune diseases and are typically contemporaneously characterized by their CD3+CD4+CD25high CD127lowFOXP3+ phenotype. It is important to note that FOXP3+ Tregs exhibit substantial diversity in their origin, phenotypic characteristics, and function. Identifying reliable markers is crucial to the accurate identification, quantification, and assessment of Tregs in health and disease, as well as the enrichment and expansion of viable cells for adoptive cell therapy. In our comprehensive review, we address the contributions of various markers identified in the last two decades since the master transcriptional factor FOXP3 was identified in establishing and enriching purity, lineage stability, tissue homing and suppressive proficiency in CD4+ Tregs. Additionally, our review delves into recent breakthroughs in innovative Treg-based therapies, underscoring the significance of distinct markers in their therapeutic utilization. Understanding Treg subsets holds the key to effectively harnessing human Tregs for immunotherapeutic approaches

Minimum Information about T Regulatory Cells: A Step toward Reproducibility and Standardization.

Cellular therapies with CD4+ T regulatory cells (Tregs) hold promise of efficacious treatment for the variety of autoimmune and allergic diseases as well as posttransplant complications. Nevertheless, current manufacturing of Tregs as a cellular medicinal product varies between different laboratories, which in turn hampers precise comparisons of the results between the studies performed. While the number of clinical trials testing Tregs is already substantial, it seems to be crucial to provide some standardized characteristics of Treg products in order to minimize the problem. We have previously developed reporting guidelines called minimum information about tolerogenic antigen-presenting cells, which allows the comparison between different preparations of tolerance-inducing antigen-presenting cells. Having this experience, here we describe another minimum information about Tregs (MITREG). It is important to note that MITREG does not dictate how investigators should generate or characterize Tregs, but it does require investigators to report their Treg data in a consistent and transparent manner. We hope this will, therefore, be a useful tool facilitating standardized reporting on the manufacturing of Tregs, either for research purposes or for clinical application. This way MITREG might also be an important step toward more standardized and reproducible testing of the Tregs preparations in clinical applications

Problem 'podwójnej' negacji w języku niemieckim i polskim

Autor artykułu, definiując podwojną negację jako równoczesne użycie dwóch ekwiwalentnych semantycznie ntgatorow należących do tej: samej klasy negacji próbuje odpowiedzieć na pytanie, w jakim stopniu zjawisko to charakterystyczne jest dla obu badanych języków. Negacja podwójna w postaci zdefiniowanej powyiej nie występuje ani w języku niemieckim, ani w polskim, aczkolwiek z różnych względów. Możliwe są jedynie kombinacje dwóch negatorów należących do tego samego typu negacji, ale zastosowanych w różnych płaszczyznach odniesienia, lub też dwóch negatorów o tej samej funkcji semantycznej, ale reprezentujących różne formy negacji. W pierwszym przypadku chodzi głównie o użycie negatorów gramatycznych w funkcji negacji zdaniowej i specjalnej, w drugim - o użycie negacji gramatycznej i afiksalnej w odniesieniu do tej samej części zdania lub też negacji gramatycznej i inherentnej w płaszczyźnie zdaniowej. Po stwierdzeniu możliwych połączeń poszczególnych typów negacji autor poddaje analizie semantykę tych połączeń, wykazując daleko idące podobieństwa w obu językach w badanym przedmiocie.Zadanie pt. Autor artykułu omawia na wstępie status syntaktyczny łącznika i orzecznika w zdaniu w oparciu o różniące się sposoby ujęcia tego problemu w gramatyce polskiej i niemieckiej. Jednym z czynników przemawiających za autarkią syntaktyczną łącznika jest zachowanie się przeczenia, które występując w formie wolnej jako "nicht" i "nie" oraz w formie związanej jako "un-" i "nie -" nadaje zdaniu różne znaczenia dające się sprowadzić do opozycji "negacja : afirmacja", co nie było by możliwe, gdyby łącznik i orzecznik stanowiły syntaktyczną całość. W dalszym ciągu artykułu autor analizuje różnice semantyczne wynikające z negacji orzecznika przymiotnikowego przy pomocy afiksów "un-" i "nie -" oraz "-los" i "bez -". Badania odporności zmęczeniowej powłoki ze stopu SnCu6 w łożyskach ślizgowych poddanych wirującemu obciążeniu

Fatigue resistance of a three-layer slide bearing has been investigated on the MWO test stand in which rotary loading to the test bearing is generated. The bearing material consisted of the bronze (CuPb22Sn3 + thin overlay of SnCu6 plated) sintered to the steel shell. Each of the tested bearing was subjected to the standard 20–hour test under conditions of full fluid lubrication. The methodology of the experiments, metallurgical test results and fractographic description of the lining crack–zone are presented. The values of the fatigue strength parameters were estimated as well.Odporność trójwarstwowego łożyska ślizgowego na zmęczenie badano na stanowisku MWO, w którym generowane jest wirujące obciążenie badanego obiektu. Materiał łożyskowy składał się z brązu CuPb22Sn3 pokrytego cienką powłoką ze stopu SnCu6. Brąz spiekany był na stalowej łusce. Każde z badanych łożysk poddane było standardowemu 20-godzinnemu testowi w warunkach pełnego smarowania hydrodynamicznego. Przedstawiono metodykę badań doświadczalnych, wyniki badań metaloznawczych i analizę fraktograficzną uszkodzonych obszarów warstwy powierzchniowej łożyska. Approach to increase both operators' safety and devices' availability under operation

The paper is focusing on increasing both operators' safety and devices' availability under operation. Each process supported by any composition of the man-devices set it is possible to present and described by selected operation (exploitation) parameters, which can be a subject of monitoring. With use process operation parameters set the target-oriented production Key Performance Indicator has been proposed. Base on Key Performance Indicator both operators' safety and devices' availability analysis is possible in practice. Paper composition contains: solution description, good practice examples discussion and conclusions. Safety of man/ operators and availability of devices are very important for everybody and using preventive one solution we can increase and protect both. Additional process operation parameters monitoring, as well as measuring, are an important factors increases people 's awareness. Two different approaches of the same process have been described on examples coming from manufacture. The following approaches have been taken under consideration: traditional one based on reactive maintenance and new approach based on preventive maintenance. The comparison of both scenarios was discussed. For human's safety and dependability of devices, responsibility of all involved employees in practice is equal
