The implementation of new robust and complex overall systems in any area is in the very least demanding, complicated, extensive, particularized and delicate. Especially if they are planned to be designed for almost entire higher education system in a country. Inevitably at the beginning, the stakeholders in the existing processes and resources will be reluctant to radical change such as the one in the case of iKnow system implementation, setbacks can be experienced in the mentality shifts, workflow adjustments and adaptation, but also in the different starting points in different institutions for such implementations. And this is only before the beginning of usage of the system. As with any big, ERP-like software solution, the first period of implementation may be the scariest, until everyone gets on board. Then the impressions from the intuitive interface, completion of tasks from distance, the overview of many aspects, maybe never even considered before, and the usefulness of the reports will kick in. That is the point from which the added value from the iKnow eStudent Services System will start to pile up improvements in many directions and depths. This paper can serve as an introduction to the benefits, strengths and opportunities that can be expected from iKnow, and food for thought for the involved parties in the realization of the project for its weaknesses and threats. By observing the requirements for the system on one side, and the technical documentation and the software itself on the other, we can conclude that what is asked for has been delivered in the construction area, and time will show that the objectives will be reachable in the very least, if not completely, with timely implementation and proper usage

In this article I take into consideration some Albanian Turkisms of particular interest, which have not been sufficiently analysed in previous studies involving this subject: abdyselat, abolla, adobash, ajam-ejam, dert/i, mushmoll/e\u308, ras/e\u308-rast, rrobdisham/e\u308 and sytjen/e\u308

The following article will analyse some particular cases of Albanian Turkisms, also compared with Turkisms in other languages of the Balkans. The topics that will be dealt with are the following: morphemic induction, hybrid compounds, calques on Turkish expressions, possible Turkisms that probably entered after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, folk etymology, morphological adaptation, interference of Turkisms between languages of the Balkans and some other particular cases regarding Albanian and other Balkan Turkisms

Many Task Learning with Task Routing

Typical multi-task learning (MTL) methods rely on architectural adjustments and a large trainable parameter set to jointly optimize over several tasks. However, when the number of tasks increases so do the complexity of the architectural adjustments and resource requirements. In this paper, we introduce a method which applies a conditional feature-wise transformation over the convolutional activations that enables a model to successfully perform a large number of tasks. To distinguish from regular MTL, we introduce Many Task Learning (MaTL) as a special case of MTL where more than 20 tasks are performed by a single model. Our method dubbed Task Routing (TR) is encapsulated in a layer we call the Task Routing Layer (TRL), which applied in an MaTL scenario successfully fits hundreds of classification tasks in one model. We evaluate our method on 5 datasets against strong baselines and state-of-the-art approaches.Comment: 8 Pages, 5 Figures, 2 Table

Long road ahead: Skopje-Brussels, via Athens

The Republic of Macedonia pursued a policy of peaceful independence from war-ravaged Yugoslavia in 1991. Considering the devastating outcome of that war, Macedonia’s achievement deserves recognition. Secession, however, was not met without problems of its own. Internally, the communist party lost credibility, the economy was collapsing, and relations between ethnic Macedonians and Albanians were in a constant state of tension. Externally, Macedonia’s statehood was insecure, challenged by all of its neighbours for variety of reasons. In the circumstances, a policy leading to full Euro-Atlantic integration within the EU and NATO was a logical decision. Unfortunately, the road ahead for Macedonia was a difficult one and even now the situation remains rather unstable

CULTURAL HERITAGE AND SPACE FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN THE CHURCH "ST. ANNUNCIATION" IN PRILEP

In this paper, we will deal with the cultural heritage and the possibilities for the development of tourism of a Prilep Orthodox church municipality and its temple, which is an expression of the overall living, creation, suffering and constant spiritual and intellectual struggle for the biological, cultural, spiritual and pastoral survival of Macedonians. This church largely represents an exhaustive historical, psychological, cultural, social and ecclesiastical-spiritual identity, not only in the municipality of Prilep, but also sheds light on the overall events and developments of the Macedonian Orthodox people and their Holy Church.  Historically, we will take a look at all the more important developments in this church, with a special reference to how clinging to great blackmail, they managed to build their first temple in Prilep, during the Ottoman Empire, when temples were converted into mosques, and the people became Islamized. with great propaganda. We will also highlight the role of pilgrim Hristo Damjanov - Logotet, who represents a unique example of a man who had enormous spiritual and intellectual abilities, i.e. a person who manages to cope in every situation and even turns enemies into friends of the church. Considering that such a perceptive person is born rarely, that is why his work is mentioned. All this information together with the sacred objects in the interior: the icons, the frescoes and the iconostasis made in a cave, we will try to reflect the value of those works, as the main driver of tourism, and also a cultural heritage with a huge history that will be inherited through the generations. and it is of great importance both for Prilepčani and for all Macedonians
