Learning Environment Affecting Primary School Student’s Mental Development and Interest

Education is the main tool of social development, a process of systematic teaching to transfer some knowledge and skills. The choice of teaching methods influences the level of information perception by students. The article deals with the influence of studying environment on mental development level and students` interest. For cognitive development, diagnostic and academic interest to subjects testing and questioning of 736 primary school children was conducted. The respondents were divided into three groups depending on the technologies (systems) of teaching Mathematics and Russian language. The study shows that while teaching Russian using IDU technology more positive dynamics of educational effects is revealed

Design of professional career by future experts in the sphere of art and culture

The problem of planning of professional life is discussed by experts in the field of art and culture, experience of application of active forms of education with use of presentation during psychology and pedagogical lessons is described in the article, aspects of efficiency of their realization in training of students of higher education institution are considered, possibilities of application of modern means of presentation in the course of professional formation of future specialist producer are revealed. Problems of design of a professional way of a personality in the context of modern social and economic conditions are complicated by unstable conditions, characterized by social, economic and political changes, prompt transformations in the sphere of values and purposes of personality that predetermines essentially new requirements to psychological structure of the personality which would provide the most effective self-realization and success in professional activity. That means that actual tendencies of process of vocational training of future experts in the sphere of art are ways of application of means of modern technologies in the course of training. We believe that use of active forms of education with use of presentation, and also analysis of perceived phenomena by students will form readiness of future experts of the sphere of art and culture for design of own professional future.peer-reviewe

Corrosion resistance of neodymium and dysprosium hydrides

This paper describes the methods of obtaining hydrides of rare earth elements such as dysprosium and neodymium. The properties and corrosion resistance of these elements are investigated. A synthesis method of monophasic dysprosium and neodymium dihydrides is presented. Synthesized dihydrides are agglomerates with an average size of 3-50 µm and are formed by crystalline grains of a nanometer size. BET specific surface area, morphology, elemental analyses and composition of samples have been studied. Corrosion stability in aqueous solutions of hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide were studied. It was determined that both hydrides undergo hydrolysis in acid and alkaline mediums. Neodymium hydride is more stable to corrosion than dysprosium hydride, which is proved by its longer exposure to aggressive medium to hydrides. The formation of insoluble /poorly soluble products of corrosion can make a significant contribution to the process of powder dissolution

Learning and teaching English in Vietnam: problems and solutions

English is the official language of 53 countries and territories, the official language of the EU and the third language, which is most widely used all over the world after Chinese and Spanish. In the trend of world economic integration, learning English is concerned in a lot of countries, so today more and more people can use English as a second mother language. However, learning and teaching English is still a problem, which has not found the solution in some developing countries, such as Vietnam. Thus, this article is written to explore the concern of government in learning English and its learning and teaching methods in Vietnam. The article also points out opportunities and difficulties, which Vietnamese students need to overcome to develop English skills. Therefrom, some solutions of these problems are recommended in this paper.Английский язык является официальным языком в 53 странах и территориях, официальным языком ЕС и третьим языком, широко используемым во всем мире после китайского и испанского языков. В тенденции мировой экономической интеграции многие страны заинтересованы в изучении английского языка, поэтому сегодня все больше и больше людей могут использовать английский язык как второй язык. Однако, в изучении и преподавании английского языка существуют проблемы, которые пока не решены в некоторых развивающихся странах, таких как Вьетнам. Отмечается озабоченность Вьетнамского правительства в изучении английского языка и методов его преподавания. Таким образом, данная статья ставит перед собой задачи определить проблемы, связанные с преподаванием английского языка и предложить некоторые рекомендации для усовершенствования методов его преподавания во Вьетнаме. В связи с этим в статье обсуждаются возможности и трудности, которые вьетнамские студенты должны преодолеть для развития языковых навыков

Role of the Diaspora in Vietnam’s economic growth

As a highly populated country with lack of manpower and capital for building and developing, in recent years,Vietnam has tried to attract investment and received aid from abroad, including a large supply from VietnameseDiasporas. This article is written to serve as an introduction to the origin and formation of Vietnamese Diasporasbecause of their important role in Vietnam's economic growth. Furthermore, this article demonstrates their potentialimpact on Vietnam’s economy and points out their contribution to Vietnam’s economic development andhumanitarian assistance in the society. This paper also figures out some difficulties of Diasporas, facing inhomecoming and investment in their motherland. Thus, some solutions and new policies of Vietnamese government toattract Diasporas’ investment in their homeland are considered in this paper.Являясь густонаселенной страной с отсутствием рабочей силы и капитала для построения и развития, в последние годы, Вьетнам попытался привлечь инвестиции и получили помощь из-за рубежа, в том числе большой запас из вьетнамских диаспор. China is known to have a vast and varied school system. Education is important all over the world. In China education looks like a power, which can make the country thrive.
