    An谩lisis del impacto en el uso del TIC en la modalidad de clases en l铆nea en el instituto superior tecnol贸gico Ts谩chila

    Information and communication technologies in recent years have taken on great importance in the educational field since it has a wide range of applications and tools that can be used to make education dynamic. This research aims to carry out an analysis of the impact on the use of ICT in the modality of online classes at the Ts谩chila Higher Technological Institute in times of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ecuador, due to the pandemic the institution had to carry out a hasty change from the face-to-face modality to an online modality to avoid contagion in the educational community, but this implied new challenges for both students and teachers who did not have the knowledge or technological resources necessary to carry out this transition. An exploratory and correlational study is presented below, where 150 teachers and 1500 students from the different careers of the institution were included, to whom an online survey was applied where different types of questions were integrated in a questionnaire in order to collect information. necessary and subsequently carry out the analysis of the investigation. As a result, it was obtained that ICTs are of great contribution to the teaching-learning process in higher education, but to make a correct use of ICT, digital skills must be acquired.Las tecnolog铆as de la informaci贸n y comunicaci贸n a lo largo de los 煤ltimos a帽os han tomado gran importancia en el 谩mbito educativo puesto que cuenta con una gran gama de aplicaciones y herramientas que se pueden usar para hacer din谩mica la educaci贸n. La presente investigaci贸n pretende realizar un an谩lisis del impacto en el uso de las TIC en la modalidad de clases en l铆nea en el Instituto Superior Tecnol贸gico Ts谩chila en tiempo de pandemia de la COVID-19 en Ecuador, por causa de la pandemia la instituci贸n  tuvo que realizar un cambio apresurado de la modalidad presencial por una modalidad en l铆nea para evitar el contagio en la comunidad educativa, pero esto implico nuevos retos tanto para estudiantes como docentes que no contaban con los conocimientos o recursos tecnol贸gicos necesarios para realizar esta transici贸n. Se presenta a continuaci贸n un estudio exploratorio y correlacional, donde se incluyeron 150 docentes y 1500estudiantes de las diferentes carreras de la instituci贸n a los cuales se les aplic贸 una encuesta en l铆nea donde se integraron diferentes tipos de preguntas en un cuestionario para de esa forma recolectar informaci贸n necesaria y posteriormente realizar el an谩lisis de la investigaci贸n. Como resultado se obtuvo que las TIC son de gran aporte para el proceso de ense帽anza-aprendizaje en la educaci贸n superior, pero para hacer un correcto uso de las TIC se debe adquirir competencias digitales

    Objective: to analyze the Information security planning of the Health District 23D03. Method: Descriptive type with non-experimental observational design in a population sample of 196 workers from Health District 23D03. Results: the internal administration of the technology department is based on technical support and administration of network services. Conclusion: Planning has allowed an improvement in compliance and management ordering, meeting needs such as guaranteeing data availability, improving the use of ICT equipment by internal users, and preventing terminals from being vulnerable devices for the theft of information.Objetivo: Analizar la planificaci贸n Inform谩tica en la seguridad de informaci贸n del Distrito de Salud 23D03. M茅todo: De tipo descriptiva con dise帽o no experimental observacional en una muestra poblacional de 196 trabajadores del Distrito de Salud 23D03. Resultados: La administraci贸n interna del departamento de tecnolog铆a se basa en el soporte t茅cnico y administraci贸n de los servicios de red. Conclusi贸n: La planificaci贸n ha permitido una mejora en el cumplimiento y ordenamiento de la gesti贸n, cumpliendo necesidades como la de garantizar la disponibilidad de los datos, mejorar el uso de equipo TIC por parte de los usuarios internos y se evita que los terminales sean dispositivos vulnerables para el robo de informaci贸n

    Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, understanding the spatial and temporal dynamics of the disease is crucial for effective public health interventions. This study aims to analyze COVID-19 data in Peru using a Bayesian spatio-temporal generalized linear model to elucidate mortality patterns and assess the impact of vaccination efforts. Leveraging data from 194 provinces over 651 days, our analysis reveals heterogeneous spatial and temporal patterns in COVID-19 mortality rates. Higher vaccination coverage is associated with reduced mortality rates, emphasizing the importance of vaccination in mitigating the pandemic鈥檚 impact. The findings underscore the value of spatio-temporal data analysis in understanding disease dynamics and guiding targeted public health interventions
