    Telaah Komitmen Organisasi: Pengaruh Atas Penilaian Kinerja, Perencanaan Karier dan Partisipasi Karyawan

    Much empiric research had been conducted on the antecedents of employee organizational commitment. However, there is still less research that examines the effect of HR management praxis, such as performance appraisal systems, career planning systems, and employee participation on organizational commitment. In this study, I tested the impact of these three variables in explaining employee work commitments in the banking sector in West Java. Based on a survey of 98 employees in 20 private banks in West Java, this study uses regression analysis, correlation analysis, and G-test to test hypotheses. The results showed that the performance appraisal system, career planning system and employee participation significantly influence employee work commitment. This result also indicates that the level of organizational commitment of employees in the private banking sector in West Java is low. Therefore, this study suggests that for employees to be genuinely committed to their work, companies must make objective efforts in managing performance appraisals, career planning, and employee participation to ensure effective implementation and to achieve expected results.     Top management is important to maintain aspects of work-life balance, especially for managers with high responsibilities and work intensity. If this does not get attention, it will result in increased work stress, disharmony in family relationships, decreased work focus and increased work accidents. This study aims to examine job satisfaction and organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between worklife balance and intention to resign. To get primary data, an online survey was conducted on managers at ten private Islamic banks in West Java. The survey results found 223 respondents, with a response rate of 32 per cent. The results of quantitative calculations using SPSS show that work-life satisfaction is negatively correlated with the managersā€™ intention to quit. The results of the mediation analysis show that work satisfaction and organizational commitment become partial mediators in the relationship between work-life balance and intention to resign. This study also discusses the implications of managers of private Islamic banks in West Java. The findings in this study are useful for understanding the implementation of work-life balance and its relationship to the intention of resigning managers.     Abstrak Penelitian ini berdasarkan pada adanya permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pendidikan pada SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran Kabupaten Subang.  Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah dan Kualitas Pelayanan Pendidikan serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah warga sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran Kabupaten Subang yang berjumlah 77 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi terhadap responden penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif asosiatif dengan tabulasi data untuk menjawab identifikasi masalah deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara kompetensi manajerial terhadap kualitas pelayanan, Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 43%, berarti bahwa  variabel kualitas pelayanan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi manajerial sebesar 43%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan demikian  kompetensi manajerial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran Kabupaten Subang. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Manajerial, Kualitas Pelayanan   Abstract This research is based on the existence of problems related to the Principal's Managerial Competence on the Quality of Education Services at SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran, Subang Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the managerial competence of the principal and the quality of education services and to find out how much influence the principal's managerial competence has on service quality. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were residents of SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran, Subang Regency, amounting to 77 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews and observations of research respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive associative analysis with data tabulation to answer descriptive problem identification and simple regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that there is a strong influence between managerial competence on service quality, the coefficient of determination is 43%, meaning that the service quality variable can be influenced by managerial competence by 43%, while the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables not described in this research.     Several previous studies have argued that the concept of shared leadership is directly related to the leadership style adopted in an organisation, which is a cohesive style and strategy for teamwork that leads to good business performance in many industries. This research examines the relationship between different leadership styles and innovative work behaviour (IWB) which will ultimately lead to improved performance of bank employees. This quantitative research, which in its analysis employs multiple linear regression formula. Thus, this study examines the operational framework of different leadership styles and the influence of IWB on employee work. This study found that leadership styles, transformational leadership, individual empowerment leadership (IEL), team empowerment leadership, and participative leadership (PL) are strategically applied for the improvement of employee cooperation, but IEL and PL are more strategic and performance-enhancing on employees' Innovative work behaviour (IWB). The conclusions of the research show that the shared leadership style has the potential to build PL and IEL in an effort to improve and explain in more detail the theory of leadership styles in teams in organizations.     Abstrak   Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan permasalahan yang ditemukan pada saat proses observasi di CV. Cipta Inovasi Indonesia Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah terdapat Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Cipta Inovasi Indonesia? (2) Seberapa besar Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Cipta Inovasi Indonesia? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengana analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini  merupakan karyawan dari CV. Cipta Inovasi Indonesia yang berjumlah 56 orang, sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik sensus yang berarti keseluruhan karyawan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Alat mengukur data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 74,3% dan sisanya 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti lebih lanjut.     Abstrak Perbankan merupakan pilar penting bagi sebuah negara terutama dalam sektor perekonomian, Bank memiliki peran dasar sebagai ā€œintermediariesā€ antara pemilik dana (surplus spending unit) dan peminjam dana/ kekurangan dana (deficit spending unit), sebagai lembaga/organisasi yang mengutamakan kepercayaan dari masyarakat, selain harus memberikan pelayanan yang baik, juga  haruslah menjaga kesehatan keuangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Risk Profile Pada PT.Bank Woori Saudara Cabang Subang Periode 2014-2018 dengan menggunakan Rasio Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposito Ratio (LDR). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik Purposive sampling, pengumpulan data dengan Observasi,Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan selama periode 2014-2015 : (1) Rasio NPL dalam kondisi sangat baik dengan Persentase terbaik pada tahun 2017 sebesar 0.07% dan peringkat terakhir pada tahun 2015 sebesar 0,95%, selama periode penelitian rasio NPL masuk dalam komposit 1 (Sangat Baik), (2) Rasio LDR dalam persentase terbaik selam periode tersebut yaitu pada tahun 2014 sebesar 679%, dan peringkat terakhir pada tahun 2016 sebesar 1097%, Rasio LDR selama periode penelitian masuk dalam Komposit 5 (Tidak Sehat). This study aims to determine the level of Risk Profile at PT Bank Woori Saudara Subang Branch for the 2014-2018 period by using a Non Performing Loan Ratio (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). This type of research uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches, and purposive sampling techniques, data collection by observation, interview and documentation study.     Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera mengalami kemunduran selama dua tahun terakhir yang diindikasi karena pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja yang kurang memadai. Pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, bahwa para karyawan menaruh perhatian yang besar terhadap lingkungan kerja mereka, baik dari segi kenyamanan pribadi maupun kemudahan melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 orang, pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah  teknik acak sederhana. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 untuk membantu perhitungannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas lingkungan kerja (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa dengan lingkungan kerja yang berada pada tingkat kuat, didapatkan kinerja karyawan yang kuat pula.   The employee performance at PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera has been decreasing over the past two years due to an inadequate work environment. Work environment on employee performance, that employees pay great attention to their work environment, both in terms of personal comfort and ease of doing good work. This research user a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using a distributed questionnaire to employees of PT. Hade Dinamis Sejahtera. The population in this study amounted to 112 people, the sampling used in this research was a simple random technique. The data analisys used was descriptive statistics and simple linear regression using SPSS 22 software to help the calculationThe results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variable work environment (X) significantly influences the dependent variable employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, descriptive analysis shows that with a strong level work environment is also obtained strong employee performance

Dalam dunia perbankan yang menjadi sorotan utama buka hanya produk dan jasa, kualitas pelayanan merupakan bagian penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha perbankan. Dalam rangka memuaskan nasabah, sebuah bank harus berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas harapan nasabah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui tingkat kualitas pelayanan di PT. BMRI unit Tanjung Siang terhadap nasabahnya cukup tinggi. Tingkat kepuasan nasabah di PT. BMRI unit Tanjung Siang cukup tinggi. Namun Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara variabel x tunggal (parsial) terhadap kepuasan nasabah di PT. BMRI unit Tanjung Siang tidak memiliki pengaruh namun bila kualitas pelayanan digabungkan dengan variabel x (lainnya) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah.   In the era of globalization in economic activities, the role of the business world, especially in the financial and banking sectors, is increasingly showing rapid changes. Bank Mandiri Republik Indonesia (PT.BMRI) Unit Tanjungsiang has no influence but if service quality is combined with x (other) variables it has an influence on customer satisfaction

    Kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan PKBI berbeda dari lembaga lainnya, dari mulai pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih rumit sampai data yang transparan dan juga detail. Kebijakannya sangat unik, berdasar pada prosedur/aturan GF-ATM yang mana GF-ATM (Global Fun for AIDS, TB and Malaria)  adalah organisasi dunia yang berperan salah satunya untuk menghentikan penyakit AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome adalah sekumpulan gejala dan infeksi). Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan yang ada di PKBI Cabang Subang Kabupaten Subang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi yang mengumpulkan data secara langsung pada objek diteliti di tempat PKL, teknik wawancara dengan cara bertanya secara langsung dengan pembimbing atau instruktur dan pegawai kantor lainnya dan menggunakan teknik literatur dengan membaca beberapa buku terkait judul yang penulis ambil untuk menunjang dalam penulisan laporan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengelolaan keuangan dalam kantor PKBI Cabang Subang memang rinci, namun dalam beberapa pengelolaan keuangan dan beberapa kebijakan yang mereka jalankan masih belum bisa disebut transparan, terutama bagian data maupun informasi terkait dengan judul yang penulis ambil.   PKBIā€™s financial management policy is different from other institutions, from the start financial management of more complicated until data transparent and also detail. The policy is very unique, based on the procedures/rules of the GF-ATM (Global Fun for AIDS, TB and Malaria) where GF-ATM is a global organization whose role is to stop AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome is a collection of symptoms and infections). This writing aims to find out various financial management policies of PKBI Subang Branch Subang Regency. Data collection uses observation techniques that collect data directly on the object under study at street vendors, interview techniques by asking questions directly with the supervisor or instructor and other office employees and using literature techniques by reading several books related to the title that the authors take to support in writing the report. The results of this study indicate that the financial management policies in the Subang PKBI branch office are indeed detailed, but in some financial management and some of the policies they have carried out they still cannot be called transparent, especially the data and information section related to the title that the writer took. &nbsp
