On a Order Reduction Theorem in the Lagrangian Formalism

about necessary and sufficient conditions for a second-order variational system

Properties of the Scalar Universal Equations
The variational properties of the scalar so--called ``Universal'' equations
are reviewed and generalised. In particular, we note that contrary to earlier
claims, each member of the Euler hierarchy may have an explicit field
dependence. The Euler hierarchy itself is given a new interpretation in terms
of the formal complex of variational calculus, and is shown to be related to

Massive gravity as a quantum gauge theory
We present a new point of view on the quantization of the massive
gravitational field, namely we use exclusively the quantum framework of the
second quantization. The Hilbert space of the many-gravitons system is a Fock
space where the one-particle Hilbert
space carries the direct sum of two unitary irreducible
representations of the Poincar\'e group corresponding to two particles of mass
and spins 2 and 0, respectively. This Hilbert space is canonically
isomorphic to a space of the type where is a gauge charge
defined in an extension of the Hilbert space
generated by the gravitational field and some ghosts fields
(which are vector Fermi fields) and (which
are vector field Bose fields.)
Then we study the self interaction of massive gravity in the causal
framework. We obtain a solution which goes smoothly to the zero-mass solution
of linear quantum gravity up to a term depending on the bosonic ghost field.
This solution depends on two real constants as it should be; these constants
are related to the gravitational constant and the cosmological constant. In the
second order of the perturbation theory we do not need a Higgs field, in sharp

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON DETERMINATION OF DEFORMATIONS IN THE CUTTING PROCESS IN WET SANDY SOILS
The active parts of tillage equipment must be checked for wear resistance, under different conditions working with the soil, so that the average life span should be determined wear resistance, to ensure timely changes of parts. Research in the field has shown that there are at least two main forces acting on the active parts: impact and friction, the action of these forces causes wear. In order to test the tillage knives in laboratory conditions, was used a stand made by INMA Bucharest. With the help of this stand, the deformations in the cutting process were determined in different working conditions: at a certain working speed and at a certain humidity of the sandy soil
CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SORTING OPERATION OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
For the normal development of daily activity and maintaining health, the body needs a certain amount of energy and complete nutritional factors (proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, vitamins, minerals, water). They are obtained from food, fruits and vegetables occupying a prominent place as a natural source of carbohydrates, alkalizing mineral salts, vitamins and water. Conditioning involves a set of operations aimed at bringing the products to the characteristics provided by standards, specific to a certain direction of capitalization. The moderating role of corporate reputation and employee-company identification on the work-related outcomes of job insecurity resulting from workforce localization policies
Although previous studies have examined the impact of job insecurity, there remains a need to understand specific issues related to job insecurity that results from government workforce localization policies. This study addresses this gap by examining employees' work-related outcomes: employee engagement, job burnout, and intentions to quit, recognizing the interplay of employees' identification with an organization and perceived corporate reputation in the context of Saudi Arabia's localization policies. The study uses social identification theory to explain how employees' perception of corporate reputation and their identification with a company shape their work attitudes in the presence of job-insecurity. Partial least square - path modeling (PLS-PM) and PROCESS tool is used to test hypotheses from data collected from 135 expatriate migrant employees working in different organizations in Saudi Arabia. Findings show that job insecurity has a significant effect of reducing the engagement of immigrant employees and leads to increased employee burnout and intentions to quit jobs. The results of moderation analysis show that favorable corporate reputation reduces the negative impact of job insecurity on employee's burnout and intentions to quit, whereas high level of identification with company may also reduce employee burnout, even during job insecurity. Although immigrant employees do not seek to leave a reputable organization due to localization policies, they still experience stress, become disengaged, and so are less productive. As a result, businesses should leverage their reputation towards governmental policies of localization, by advocating expatriate employees' contributions towards organizations and economy

In general, an electric tractor consists of the chassis from which the heat engine, electric motor, battery, control and configuration equipment, software used and communication equipment, of the electronic systems on board the tractor are removed
PRODUCTION STATUS OF BIOMASS PELLETS – REVIEW
The use of biomass has become extremely important for the production of clean energy from renewable sources. This is due to the continuously increased need for energy, to the possible depletion of conventional fossil fuels in the near future, and also to the regulations of European Union on the need to reduce significantly the emissions of greenhouse gases. This paper presents a synthesis on the raw materials used for pellets production, some of the important characteristics of pellets (density, ash content and heating power), and also data on the status of pellets production and consumption in different countries. Latest reported data show that the European Union is the biggest wood pellets producer globally, with a production of 13.5 million tonnes in 2014. Romania’s pellets production in 2014 was of 740000 tonnes, and estimations are that in 2020 it will exceed 1.2 million tonnes

Obtaining biofertilizers and biofuels from organic products has been of great interest in recent years and is an important step in combating pests and reducing soil chemicals. Seaweed is an great agent in reduction pollution, in the textile industry, in the manufacture of pulp and paper, in distillation, in petrochemistry, metallurgy, chemistry, food, pharmaceuticals, as well as in agriculture as biofertilizers.This article presents stages of research worldwide on the potential of industrialization in obtaining biofuels and biofertilizers from seaweed.The paper highlights technologies and processing methods in obtaining future biofertilizers and biofuels with a low impact on new climate change felt strongly on agriculture
