    The composition and effectiveness of the treatment of patients 159 drug-resistant TB of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Dominated by common processes (87%), massive bacterioexcretion (74.2%) and multidrug-resistant TB. Full clinical effect achieved in 54.8% (n = 68), including 28.8% (37) by surgical methods. Изучен состав и эффективность лечения 159 больных туберкулезом с лекарственной устойчиво-стью (ЛУ) микобактерий туберкулеза, преимущественно множественной. Преобладали распро-страненные процессы (в 87%) с массивным бактериовыделением (74,2%) и с ЛУ ко всем препара-там основного ряда.     Aim. To study association between stroke and gene polymorphism of angeotensin converting enzyme (ACE), angeotensin II type 1 receptor (ATR1), apolipoprotein СIII (APO CIII), apoproteine Е (APO E), methylentetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR), fibrinogen (Fb), endothelial NO-synthase (NOS3) in arterial hypertension (HT).Material and methods. Molecular genetic analysis by polymerase chain reaction was done in 41 patients with HT, who experienced first episode of acute disturbances of cerebral blood circulation (ADCBC).Results. Stroke rate in patients with HT is associated with A1166C of ATR1 gene polymorphism, G-455A of Fb gene polymorphism and C677T of MTHFR gene polymorphism. The high risk markers are C-allele of ATR1 gene, -455А allele and AA genotype of Fb gene, 677T allele of MTHFR. The A-allele and genotype AA of ATR1 gene, G-445 allele of Fb gene, С677-allele and CC genotype of MTHFR gene play protective role against ADCBC in HT.Conclusion. It is established an association between gene polymorphism of some molecules and ADCBC in HT

    Personality ecological consciousness: Values ethical vector of nature safety sustainable development

    The relevance of the study is due to the current trends of the global environmental crisis. The ability of nature to self-purification in a man-made civilization is almost exhausted, and advances in science, technology, culture can no longer fundamentally affect the overcoming of the entrenched crisis. In the current difficult conditions, the importance of understanding that the solving the global environmental problem of human survival must be based on ethical values of equal interaction of nature, man and society. As one of the effective conditions to overcome the negative impact of human activity, the values’ ethical vector of nature safety sustainable development is substantiated. In this regard, on the basis of the study results the typology of the structure and content of environmental consciousness is identified and experimentally proved, determined by the ethical values of environmental safety sustainable development; the model of ethical values of environmental safety sustainable development is justified, acting as a priority for the transformation of environmental consciousness. The materials of the article have practical application and can be useful for the development and implementation of methods for environmental consciousness of different categories of the population formation, as well as in making management decisions that regulate environmental activities. © Foundation Environmental Protection & Research-FEPR
