    Psychological support of fly-in/fly-out labour for construction companies working in Far North

    The paper focuses on the methods of selecting personnel for work shifts at the construction enterprise in the extreme conditions of the Far North. The paper attempts to suggest ways of staff psychological support during the selection of candidates. Methods and means of psychological support of the adaptation period of shift workersare proposed, based on the analysis of changes in the level of efficiency and the psycho-functional state of the staff when working shifts in the severe northern region. Further recommendations are given on the application of methods to improve the process of adaptation to extraordinary living conditions at various stages of a shift work period. The paper investigates and determines the dependence of the efficiency of personnel on such indicators as the time of adaptation to shift work conditions with intense physical exertion, temperament, physical qualities, psycho-emotional state and age of candidates. The methods of teaching personnel self-control skills are proposed, the main components of psychological support for staff adaptation are highlighted. In conclusions, the main risk groups when selecting candidates for senior positions of personnel working shifts in the conditions of the Far North are identified

    Влияние базальтового волокна на структуру пенобетона

    In this paper research of the structure of dispersely – reinforced basalt fibre cement stone with the purpose of getting foam concretes with improved performance characteristics is carried out. The results are given of the study of the processes of structure formation of the cement system, dispersеly – reinforced by basalt fibre, consisting of a number of thinner fibres that actively interact with cement matrix in a chemisorbed manner. Interaction takes place only in the surface layer, basalt fibre integrity being preserved in the cement stone. The effect of «fullness» is observed at that and availability of cement adhesive vacuum absorption is assumed. The suggestions mentioned are confirmed by physical and mechanical tests of foam concrete samples possessing enhanced durability, frost resistance and longevityПриводятся исследования структуры цементного камня, дисперсно-армированного базальтовой фиброй с целью получения пенобетонов с улучшенными эксплуатационными свойствами. Представлены результаты изучения процессов структурообразования цементной системы, дисперсно-армированной базальтовым волокном, которое состоит из множества еще более тонких волокон, хемосорбционно взаимодействующих с цементной матрицей. Взаимодействие происходит только в поверхностном слое с сохранением целостности базальтовой фибры в цементном камне. Отмечается эффект «наполненности» фибры. Вышеперечисленные предположения подтверждаются физико-механическими испытаниями пенобетонных образцов, обладающих повышенной прочностью, морозостойкостью и долговечность

    The Ceramic Composition Using Vermiculite

    The possibility of obtaining effective wall materials and technological lightweight products for high-temperature insulation by introducing the expanded vermiculite into the ceramic mass is investigated. Mineralogy of used clays and vermiculites was studied. They are represented by minerals of the same class, and therefore weak adhesion of smooth surfaces of vermiculite grains is compensated by common genetic origin with the matrix of the basic material of the composite. Thermotechnical studies of the process of swelling of vermiculite in a quartz furnace showed that to obtain a relatively high mechanical strength of vermiculite grains, it is necessary to select the maximum temperature and the mode of swelling, so that the planar shape of vermiculite plates remains and there is no pronounced warping. The degree of thermal delamination is influenced by the particle size, the increase of which entails a deterioration in physical and mechanical properties. The introduction of a high percentage of vermiculite additives in the charge allows to obtain lightweight thermal insulation products

    Methods to Improve the Quality of Ceramic Products

    This article presents the results of experimental studies aimed at improving the physicomechanical properties of effective hollow ceramic stones using various technological methods that will disperse, homogenize and structure the ceramic mixture by introducing industrial waste with high alumina content, dispersed reinforcement, and also mechanical activation of the molding material, accompanied by the fragmentation of clay particles to a colloidal degree of dispersion, allows eliminating the aging process. The main molding characteristics of the investigated mixtures were determined, X-ray phase analysis of ceramic masses and a shard of the control composition was performed and after dispersion, activation modes were worked out, strength characteristics of ceramic samples made of dispersed clay raw materials were determined

    Приводятся исследования состава и структуры вермикулита Татарского месторождения с целью получения строительных материалов на его основе. Представлены результаты изучения химического и минералогического состава, данные комплексного термического анализа, которые позволяют судить о физико-химических изменениях, происходящих в концентрате вермикулита при нагревании и связанных с различными состояниями воды, характеризующими процесс его вспучивания. Выявлены оптимальные температуры вспучивания КВТ. Предполагается, что в строении элементарной ячейки вермикулита Татарского месторождения имеет место переслаивание пакета вермикулитовых слоев с пакетом слюдяных слоев.Researches of the composition and the structure of the vermiculite of Tatar deposit were conducted for getting constructional materials on its basis.     The Effect of Mechanical Activation on the Stabilization of Ash Properties of Krasnoyarsk CHP

    В данной статье анализировался генезис техногенного продукта, определяющий его состав, структуру, состояние, свойства. Рассматривалась возможность использования техногенных отходов Красноярских ТЭЦ в производстве строительных материалов. Показано, что значительные колебания в химическом составе и строении золы ТЭЦ-2 обусловливают необходимость дополнительного воздействия на нее в целях стабилизации состава и свойств, а также для предотвращения негативного влияния СаОсвоб., вызванного поздними сроками гидратирования из-за стекловидной поверхностной оболочки. Для снятия опасности деструктивных процессов в продуктах твердения строительных материалов на основе золы путем нейтрализации свободного оксида кальция, как первопричины дефектов структуры камня, стабилизации состава золы и возможности использования ее в качестве наполнителя в цементных композициях (бетонах, растворах) целесообразно активировать ее в гидродинамическом диспергаторе. Изучение фазового состава продуктов твердения бесцементных составов на основе золы показало, что после активации он более однородный, с малым количеством отражений, что свидетельствует о большей гомогенности и стабильности структуры. Повышение прочностных характеристик связано в том числе с равномерностью изменения объема активированной золыIn this article the genesis of the technogenic product that determines its composition, structure, state, and properties is analyzed. The possibility of using technogenic waste from Krasnoyarsk HPS in the production of building materials was considered. It is shown that considerable fluctuations in the chemical composition and structure of the ash of CHP-2 necessitate additional influence on it in order to stabilize the composition and properties, and also to prevent the negative effect of CaO, caused by late hydration due to the vitreous surface shell. To remove the danger of destructive processes in hardening products of ash-based building materials by neutralizing free calcium oxide, as the primary causes of stone structure defects, stabilization of ash composition and the possibility of using it as a filler in cement compositions (concretes, solutions), it is advisable to activate it in a hydrodynamic disperser. A study of the phase composition of hardening products of cement-free ash-free formulations showed that after activation it is more homogeneous, with a small number of reflections, which indicates greater homogeneity and stability of the structure.
