Glutathione-Induced Release of Zeatin From Functionalized Gold Nanovectors

The paper shows our preliminary results on the different spectroscopic behavior of three types of gold nanoparticles (obtained respectively by chemical synthesis, laser ablation in pure water and laser ablation in a citrate solution) modified with trans-zeatin, a plant growth regulator, in presence of glutathione. The reaction of ligand substitution of the adsorbed zeatin with glutathione is studied through surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and is revealed to occur only when citrate-laser ablated gold nanoparticles are employed, making these particles potentially good candidates as vehicles of zeatin inside plant cells for future agricultural applications

Le risorse idriche sotterranee strategiche nel distretto vulcanico di Roccamonfina (Campania nord-occidentale)

The ground water budget analysis and the comparison between piezometric levels in the last twenty years in the Savone River basin (Roccamonfina Hydrogeological Unit), show that the ground water lowering is greater than what could be expected taking into account the consumptive use of water made in the area. S the intake area of the basin is larger than the constructed with the isopesti trend of the regional aquifer. Therefore the ground water recharge in the plain area is related to the deep water reservoir. Il software FISQED - regolarmente registrato all'interno del Registro pubblico per il software della SIAE - è utilizzato per la catalogazione, l'indicizzazione tematica e la descrizione sintetica di quaderni ed elaborati didattici, conservati all'interno dei fondi aderenti alla Rete documentaria nazionale FISQED, istituita nel 2006 dall'Istituto Nazionale di Documentazione per l'Innovazione e la Ricerca Educativa (oggi ANSAS) di Firenze. La Rete FISQED è stata istituita in seguito al censimento nazionale promosso nel 2004 dall'Osservatorio nazionale permanente sui fondi italiani di quaderni ed elaborati didattici, istituito quello stesso anno presso INDIRE su iniziativa di J. Meda e M. Trigari
