The findings of osteoarticular diseases are observed frequently in chronic hemodialysis patients. Aetiologies of articular manifestations are numerous, including secondary hyperparathyroidism, crystal arthropathy such as gout and hydroxyapatite deposition, amyloidosis, aluminum overload and infectious processes. This study was performed to investigate articular findings of the chronic hemodialysis patients and also, establish the relationship between this findings and dialysis duration. One hundred twenty hemodialysis (52 female and sixty eight male) patients were enrolled in this study. Locomotor system examination was performed to whole patients. As a result of, crepitation of knee in 75.6%, shortening of hamstring muscles in 57.5%, decreasing of lumbar lordosis in 56.8%, epicondilitis in 48.3%, limitation of schober in 40%, limitation of modified schober in 37%, crepitation of temporomandibular joint in 34.2% and carpal tunnel syndrome in 10.8% of the patients were determined. Furthermore, positive correlation was determined between dialysis duration with temporomandibular joint pain (r = 0.208 p0.05). This study showed us that osteoarticular findings were observed commonly among hemodialysis patients
