Design of Passive down Draft Cool Tower for 100 m2 Auditorium
A passive down draft evaporative cooling (PDEC) tower is design to capture the wind at high temperature typically at 40ο C and above the top of tower and cool the outdoor air using water which is allowed to flow through shower and due to evaporation of water out door air gets cooled. Many different types of PDEC exist. This paper explains design of PDEC tower. It is a parallel flow heat exchanger with hot and cold fluid are in direct contact with each other. The wet bulb temperature of air is the lowest possible temperature of the air leaving the tower and entering in air conditioned space. It is suitable in hot dry climate due to large difference between dry and wet bulb temperatures. The mathematical model predicted with the variation of wind speed from 1 m/s to 6 m/s with outside air temperature 35 ο C and relative humidity 20 %, a tower height of 6 m is required
Exact solutions for supersymmetric stationary black hole composites
Four dimensional N=2 supergravity has regular, stationary, asymptotically
flat BPS solutions with intrinsic angular momentum, describing bound states of
separate extremal black holes with mutually nonlocal charges. Though the
existence and some properties of these solutions were established some time
ago, fully explicit analytic solutions were lacking thus far. In this note, we
fill this gap. We show in general that explicit solutions can be constructed
whenever an explicit formula is known in the theory at hand for the
Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of a single black hole as a function of its charges,
and illustrate this with some simple examples. We also give an example of

Rapid detection of copy number variations and point mutations in BRCA1/2 genes using a single workflow by ion semiconductor sequencing pipeline
Molecular analysis of BRCA1 (MIM# 604370) and BRCA2 (MIM #600185) genes is essential for familial breast and ovarian cancer prevention and treatment. An efficient, rapid, cost-effective accurate strategy for the detection of pathogenic variants is crucial. Mutations detection of BRCA1/2 genes includes screening for single nucleotide variants (SNVs), small insertions or deletions (indels), and Copy Number Variations (CNVs). Sanger sequencing is unable to identify CNVs and therefore Multiplex Ligation Probe amplification (MLPA) or Multiplex Amplicon Quantification (MAQ) is used to complete the BRCA1/2 genes analysis. The rapid evolution of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies allows the search for point mutations and CNVs with a single platform and workflow. In this study we test the possibilities of NGS technology to simultaneously detect point mutations and CNVs in BRCA1/2 genes, using the OncomineTM BRCA Research Assay on Personal Genome Machine (PGM) Platform with Ion Reporter Software for sequencing data analysis (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Comparison between the NGS-CNVs, MLPA and MAQ results shows how the NGS approach is the most complete and fast method for the simultaneous detection of all BRCA mutations, avoiding the usual time consuming multistep approach in the routine diagnostic testing of hereditary breast and ovarian cancers

The literature shows that social pressure promotes non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) eating disorders, along with self-injury, are also favored by underregulated social media. Tik tok is one of the most used social media platforms among adolescents. It has been shown that the time young children spend on this platform doubled during the lockdown. The theme of anorexia is very common on this platform. While most "pro-ana" (pro-anorexia) videos, where users exchanged advice on how to pathologically lose weight, have been censored by the application, other "anti-pro-ana" (anti-pro-anorexia) videos, officially aimed at raising awareness of the consequences of anorexia, have become increasingly popular. However, our case shows how even these safer videos paradoxically lead the users to emulate these "guilty" behaviors
Automatic Solar Tracking System with AVR Microcontroller based Street Light
This paper presents the design of a solar tracking system driven by an AVR microcontroller. This project is done by two ways of tracking system, manual and auto tracking. This project is very useful for street light in the campus and villages. The solar panel converts the sun light into the electrical energy, because sun is a very good source of different energies. And the solar energy is the best technique for renewable energy. Basically the energy sources are two types such as conventional energy sources and non-conventional energy sources. Coal, petroleum, natural gas etc. are example of conventional energy sources and solar cell, fuel cells, thermo-electric generator, thermionic converter, solar power generation, wind power generation, geo-thermal energy generation etc. are example of non-conventional energy sources. In developing countries where electricity supplies are inadequate, renewable energy can offer an alternative to expensive extensions of the grid to sparsely populated or rural areas, or a contribution to the grid-based energy mix to meet rapidly expanding electricity demand in urban areas. This work presents an autonomous street lighting system based on solar energy as primary source, batteries as secondary source, and light emitting diodes as lighting source. This system is being presented as an alternative for remote localities, like roads and crossroads
Diffractive Phenomena and Shadowing in Deep-Inelastic Scattering
Shadowing effects in deep-inelastic lepton-nucleus scattering probe the mass
spectrum of diffractive leptoproduction from individual nucleons. We explore
this relationship using current experimental information on both processes. In
recent data from the NMC and E665 collaboration, taken at small x << 0.1 and
Q^2 < 1 GeV^2, shadowing is dominated by the diffractive excitation and
coherent interaction of low mass vector mesons. If shadowing is explored at
small x > 1 GeV^2 as discussed at HERA, the situation is
different. Here dominant contributions come from the coherent interaction of
diffractively produced heavy mass states. Furthermore we observe that the
energy dependence of shadowing is directly related to the mass dependence of
the diffractive production cross section for free nucleon targets.Comment: 12 pages Latex, 8 figure
The Primary Spin-4 Casimir Operators in the Holographic SO(N) Coset Minimal Models
Starting from SO(N) current algebra, we construct two lowest primary higher
spin-4 Casimir operators which are quartic in spin-1 fields. For N is odd, one
of them corresponds to the current in the WB_{\frac{N-1}{2}} minimal model. For
N is even, the other corresponds to the current in the WD_{\frac{N}{2}} minimal
model. These primary higher spin currents, the generators of wedge subalgebra,
are obtained from the operator product expansion of fermionic (or bosonic)
primary spin-N/2 field with itself in each minimal model respectively. We
obtain, indirectly, the three-point functions with two real scalars, in the
large N 't Hooft limit, for all values of the 't Hooft coupling which should be

The energy audit can unearth huge profits to the industry. It quantifies the energy uses according to its various functions. It attempts to balance the total energy inputs with the output or the uses. The energy conservation and maximization strategies for a process industry like distillery plant are cost effective, which conserve the environment automatically. The electrical energy audit of a distillery plant has wide scope of energy conservation. The audit has been successfully completed and concluded with the saving of the 18500 kWh per year of energy. The most of the electrical energy is utilized to drive electrical motors used for various processes. Energy will be saving in case of motors with the help of the variable frequency drives, which reduces the speed of the motors as well as energy.
