    The development of the Internet has led to a dramatic increase in online shopping users. E-commerce enterprises have been rising and becoming very successful in China in recent years. As an e-commerce platform established in 2015 and going public in 2018, Pinduoduo has become one of the three biggest e-commerce in China in a short period of time. This attracts many people’s attention, which drives people to explore the reason behind it. SWOT analysis is a model that enables us to analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of an enterprise. In this study, we use SWOT analysis model to analyze the marketing strategy of Pinduoduo, summarize the current status of Pinduoduo, and give some suggestion for itself and the other e-commerce platforms

    Characterization and autonomous control method of abnormal working conditions of super-long flexible suspended solid backfilling scraper conveyor

    Solid backfilling scraper conveyor is a key equipment of solid backfilling mining technology, and the degree of its high efficiency and intelligence restricts the development of solid intelligent backfilling mining technology. Currently, it is difficult to break through the bottleneck of high power, super-large mining and high reliability. The operating state is significantly affected by the main controlling factors such as geological conditions and filling process. The problem of autonomous control of abnormal working conditions needs to be solved urgently. The characteristics of solid backfilling scraper conveyor is summarized, and the posture and conveyance state characterization method of solid backfilling scraper conveyor is developed. By analyzing the formation principle of abnormal working conditions, selecting the discriminant index of abnormal working conditions, and combined with the characterization method of posture and conveyance state, the discriminant criteria of abnormal working conditions of the spatial posture and traction state of the scraper conveyor and the adjustment and control path of typical abnormal working conditions are given. The mechanism of conveyance control of solid backfilling scraper conveyor under multi-working conditions is revealed, and the efficient autonomous control method for abnormal working conditions is proposed to real-time control the transportation volume of backfilling materials, the straight line and horizontal extent. The first 260-meter-long solid filling project in China shows that through the autonomous control of abnormal working conditions, for every 100 mm reduction in horizontal offset, the traction is reduced by 85 kN and the transmission power loss is reduced by 55 kW, when the maximum vertical offset is reduced by 100 mm, the conveying power loss can be reduced by 7.2 kW, and for every 100 kN/m reduction in the mass of the cargo per unit length, the traction is reduced by 31.9 kN and the transmission power loss is reduced by 38.2 kW. The proposed autonomous control method of abnormal working conditions can significantly improve the conveying efficiency of solid backfilling scraper conveyor, and can help realize intelligent solid backfilling mining

    FAR-RED ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL3 activates SEPALLATA2 but inhibits CLAVATA3 to regulate meristem determinacy and maintenance in Arabidopsis

    Plant meristems are responsible for the generation of all plant tissues and organs. Here we show that the transcription factor (TF) FAR-RED ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL3 (FHY3) plays an important role in both floral meristem (FM) determinacy and shoot apical meristem maintenance in Arabidopsis, in addition to its well-known multifaceted roles in plant growth and development during the vegetative stage. Through genetic analyses, we show that WUSCHEL (WUS) and CLAVATA3 (CLV3), two central players in the establishment and maintenance of meristems, are epistatic to FHY3 Using genome-wide ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data, we identify hundreds of FHY3 target genes in flowers and find that FHY3 mainly acts as a transcriptional repressor in flower development, in contrast to its transcriptional activator role in seedlings. Binding motif-enrichment analyses indicate that FHY3 may coregulate flower development with three flower-specific MADS-domain TFs and four basic helix-loop-helix TFs that are involved in photomorphogenesis. We further demonstrate that CLV3, SEPALLATA1 (SEP1), and SEP2 are FHY3 target genes. In shoot apical meristem, FHY3 directly represses CLV3, which consequently regulates WUS to maintain the stem cell pool. Intriguingly, CLV3 expression did not change significantly in fhy3 and phytochrome B mutants before and after light treatment, indicating that FHY3 and phytochrome B are involved in light-regulated meristem activity. In FM, FHY3 directly represses CLV3, but activates SEP2, to ultimately promote FM determinacy. Taken together, our results reveal insights into the mechanisms of meristem maintenance and determinacy, and illustrate how the roles of a single TF may vary in different organs and developmental stages
