    : Diarhea is an abnormal condition of feces expultsion, characterized by raising volume, liquid and frequency of more than 3 times a day and for neonatus is more than 4 times a day with or without mucus. One of the factor that influence diarrhea is formula milk. Giving ASI is one of the principal strategy to fulfill an adequate nutrition, prohibit disease (diarhea) since the beginning of life. The prupose of this research is to know the comparison in giving exclusive ASI and formula milk in occurrence of diarrhea toward baby of ages 6-12 months old at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. This research was designed by using observational analytical method with retrospective approach. Sample technique was used minimal sum of sample in this research with total 60 respondent. The instrument of this research was used questioner. The data was analyzed by using Mann Whitney test in 95% of confidence rate (a<0,05). The result of this research showed score P=0.010. The conclusion of the difference in giving exclusive ASI and formula milk in occurance of diarrhea toward baby of ages 6-12 months old at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru

    Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah mengkaji proses penggunaan aplikasi INLISLite dalam proses pengolahan koleksi di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Jombang, serta tantangan yang dihadapi pustakawan dalam penggunaan INISLite di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Jombang. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan pada riset ini antara lain kepala perpustakaan, pustakawan dan staf bagian ilmu teknologi (IT). Dari hasil wawancara menunjukan bahwa dalam penerapan INLISLite telah mempermudah penyelesaian tugas perpustakaan, karena dimasukkan ke dalam sistem otomasi perpustakaan. Proses pengolahan koleksi di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Jombang telah berjalan dengan lancar, baik menggunakan sistem manual maupun online

    La réflection des échantillons de CuCl excités par un faisceau pompe intense au voisinage de la résonance excitonique Z3, est étudiée en utilisant deux sources laser pulsé. L'évolution temporelle des spectres montre que les polaritons excitoniques créés en grande densité ainsi que les processus de collisions avec les phonons acoustiques thermalisés et non thermalisés produisent d'importantes modifications des spectres de réflection.We study the reflection of CuCl samples, excited by an intense pump beam near the Z3 excitonic resonance, using a pump and probe technique. Its time evolution leads us to conclude that the density of excitonic polaritons as well as scattering processes with thermalized and non-thermalized acoustical phonons lead to important modifications of the spectra

    Methoxamine Synthesis in a Biocatalytic 1-Pot 2-Step Cascade Approach

    Due to its function as a vasopressor, the vicinal amino alcohol methoxamine is a potential candidate for the treatment of hypotension and incontinence or has applications in ophthalmology. In this study, a biocatalytic method was developed to produce each of the four stereoisomers of methoxamine in a sequential 1-pot 2-step cascade reaction, starting from readily available pyruvate and 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde without intermediate isolation. All four isomers are accessible with high conversions and very good stereoselectivities through the modular combination of carboligases and transaminases with high stereoselectivities. The development of these cascades was made possible, among other factors, by the integration of a recently engineered triple variant of the pyruvate decarboxylase from Acetobacter pasteurianus (ApPDC-E469G-I468A-W543F), which provided access to the intermediate (S)-1-hydroxy-1-(2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-2-one with a high enantiomeric excess of 98%. For the amination of these sterically demanding 2-hydroxy ketones, Bacillus megaterium transaminase in particular has proven to be a highly active and selective catalyst. All four methoxamine stereoisomers were achieved with isomeric contents between 94% and 99% and total conversions of both steps between 59% and 80%. Separation of each isomer without derivatizing was possible using supercritical fluid chomratographie with two columns connected in a row. A preparative scale (75 mL) of the 1-pot 2-step cascade to (1S,2R)-methoxamine including nonoptimized product isolation showed 85 mg HCl salt (46% isolated yield) with 94% purity (NMR) and an isomeric content of 98%
