Baryon semileptonic decays: the Mexican contribution
We give a detailed account of the techniques to compute radiative corrections
in baryon semileptonic decays developed over the years by Mexican
collaborations. We explain how the method works by obtaining an expression for
the Dalitz plot of semileptonic decays of polarized baryons including radiative
corrections to order , where is the
four-momentum transfer and is the mass of the decaying baryon. From here
we compute the totally integrated spin angular asymmetry coefficient of the

The Mexican constitutional identity: Unbridgeable limit for the exercise of power
In this paper, it is questioned whether the constitutional identity, beyond what is explicitly expressed by the language in the Constitution, translates into the ideological values sheltered by the Mexican people through a federal pact and the understanding of the fundamentals in the constitutional field. Through this study we conclude that the defense of the constitutional identity is the ad intra and ad extra absolute limit. Ad intra, for the constituted powers and citizens; ad extra, for international organizations, the economic power and the market. In this sense, as long as the constitutional identity is not defended, a relative constitutionalism will be fueled.En este trabajo se cuestiona sobre si la identidad constitucional, más allá de lo explicitado por el lenguaje en el texto constitucional, se traduce en los valores ideolĂłgicos abrigados por el pueblo mexicano a travĂ©s de un pacto federal y al entendimiento de lo fundamental en lo constitucional. A travĂ©s de este estudio se concluye que la defensa de la identidad constitucional es el lĂmite infranqueable ad intra y ad extra. A Look at Public Art: Examining the Importance of Public Art & How Cities are Making Their Collections More Accessible
The popularity of public art has grown in the past few decades; one of the main reasons for this is because public art brings a number of benefits to the city. Not only does public art create a more vibrant space for the residents of that city, it also helps attract businesses. The benefits that come with having public art have become evident to municipalities across the country, and in turn cities have started to invest more money and resources into their public art programs. One focus of these departments has been to develop a website that shows off their public art collection, and to develop a database that makes their public art even more accessible. In this paper I will examine the city of Austin’s public arts website, and contrast it with Minneapolis’ and Atlanta’s sites, as well as outline the importance of public art and how it has helped shaped Kansas City
Overcoming Years of Doubt
Yamilett Flores Martinez, an undergraduate student at California State University, Los Angeles, shares a couple of the most doubtful moments in her life. She unfolds her experiences with the uncertainty she felt about herself and the uncertainty others felt about her over the years. Martinez describes the influence of this hesitation and how, eventually, she loses her voice. In college, she finds her voice again and overcomes her sense of failure and self-doubt. Martinez concludes her narrative with the message that it won’t always be easy, but it is always possible to overcome your fears with an optimistic mindset
Establishment of seafarers training centre in Honduras
Public and political interest in quality, safety and the environment is growing steadily throughout the world. This increases the pressure on all organizations with responsibilities in the maritime field, at the same time underlines the need for organizations like Maritime Training Centers. This dissertation describes the real situation of the seafarers\u27 education in Honduras and the need for establishment of an institution that meets the global requirements. The description of minimum physical set up of the Training Center can be found in chapter two; the general course outlines are introduced for the General Purpose Rating and for the Catering Rating based on syllabuses already in progress in reputable Training Centers in Europe and the USA. I believe the success of the future years in our Maritime Administration will be due to the fact that the commitment to quality of education has been reached. This will give to all those who work for the development of our country great satisfaction and confidence in the future
Precision radiative corrections to the Dalitz plot of baryon semileptonic decays including the spin-momentum correlation of the decaying baryon and the emitted charged lepton
We calculate the radiative corrections to the angular correlation between the
polarization of the decaying baryon and the direction of the emitted charged
lepton in the semileptonic decays of spin one-half baryons to order
(\alpha/\pi)(q/M_1). The final results are presented, first, with the triple
integration of the bremsstrahlung photon ready to be performed numerically and,
second, in an analytical form. A third presentation of our results in the form
of numerical arrays of coefficients to be multiplied on the quadratic products
of form factors is discussed. This latter may be the most practical one to use
in Monte Carlo simulations. A series of crosschecks is performed. The results
are useful in the analysis of the Dalitz plot of precision experiments
involving light and heavy quarks and is not compromised to fixing the form
factors at predetermined values. It is assumed that the real photons are
kinematically discriminated. Otherwise, our results have a general

Precision radiative corrections to the semileptonic Dalitz plot with angular correlation between polarized decaying and emitted baryons: Effects of the four-body region
Analytical radiative corrections of order (\alpha/\pi)(q/M_1) are calculated
for the four-body region of the Dalitz plot of baryon semileptonic decays when
the s_1 \cdot p_2 correlation is present. Once the final result is available,
it is possible to exhibit it in terms of the corresponding final result of the
three-body region following a set of simple changes in the latter. We cover two
