PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ABADI LESTARI MANDIRI PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri Palembang, either partially or simultaneously.The method used is a descriptive method with multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were employees at PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri Palembang, amounting to 45 people.   The results of this study indicate that simultaneously communication and organizational culture have an influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri. Organizational culture variables have a dominant influence on the performance of PT. Abadi Lestari Mandiri Palembang with a value of 0.836%
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA SMA AISYIYAH I PALEMBANG
This research is aimed at knowing the influence of the family environment on the entrepreneurship interests of high school students Aisyiyah I Palembang. The number of respondents in this study was 58 students.The results showed a correlation coefficient value of 0.683 meaning a strong and positive relationship between the family environment and entrepreneurship interests. The coefficient of determination of 0.466 means that 46.6% of werwirausah interest is influenced by the work environment and the remaining 53.4% is influenced by other variables not studied in the study.The regression equation obtained Y = 15.927 + 1,147 X which means the constant of 15,927 states that if there is no value of the family environment then the value of entrepreneurship interest is 15,927. The regression koofisien X of 1,147 states that every addition of one unit of family environmental value, the value of entrepreneurship interest increases by 1,147 units.Test t with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the family environment on entrepreneurship interests
PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LOYALITAS KERJATERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT PLN (PERSERO) UNITINDUK PEMBANGKITAN SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Loyalty as independent variables to be examined for their effects on employee performance either jointly or simultaneously or partially. After conducting a literature review and hypotheses, data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires for 60 employees of PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Main Generation Unit, and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative data analysis.The results of this study showed that the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Loyalty simultaneously obtained a significant value of F of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence. significantly between Organizational Culture and Job Loyalty together on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Main Unit. The partial test for the Organizational Culture variable obtained a significant t value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that partially Organizational Culture has an effect on Employee Performance and the results of the Work Loyalty variable) has a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) which means that partially there is a significant influence between commitment to employee performance.Keywords :Employee Performance, Organizational Culture and Work Loyalty
PENGARUH TINGKAT PENCAPAIAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KOTA PALEMBANG
Human resources is an important element in economic growth. To improve the quality of human resources then education has a very important role.This study aimed to examine the influence of the level of educational attainment on economic growth of Palembang.The data used in the form of time series in 1992-2011 to obtain a description of the influence level of educational attainment on economic growth Palembang city with analysis OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Recursive models are used to see the effect of the level of educational attainment on economic growth Palembang CityThe results showed that the level of educational attainment, changes in GDP per capita the previous year and the change in the number of teachers the previous year significantly affect the level of educational attainment. Educational attainment level estimation results, the number of schools significantly affect education spending. Furthermore, the education expenditure estimates, the inflation rate and the unemployment rate significantly affects the GDP per capita of Palembang. Keywords: Educational achievement, Economic growth.ÂÂ
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Konflik Interpersonal dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Honorer Kantor DPRP Provinsi Sumatera Selatan
Reza Kurnia Pratama, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Konflik Interpersonal Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Honorer Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Hj. Nina Fitriana, SE, M.Si dan Bapak H. Hisbulah Basri, SE, M.Si). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Konflik Interpersonal Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Honorer Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, populasi penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 Pegawai Honorer Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatra Selatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi. Batas toleransi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,05 % dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95 %. Pada penelitian jumlah populasi sebesar sebesar 109 pegawai dengan batas kesalahan 0,05 % dan nilai d 0,10. hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki nilai minimum 28, nilai maksimum sebesar 48 dan nilai rata-rata sebesar 40.92 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 3.407. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan melihat hasil nilai corrected item-total correlation dengan taraf signifikan 5%, tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,05, derajat kebebasan (df) = n – 2 = 30 - 2 = 28, didapat r tabel = 0,3610. Uji reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS25. sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil olahdata di atas, maka estimasi fungsi regresi diperoleh sebagai berikut.Y = 9.327 + 0.293 X1 + 0.099 X2 + 0.402 X3. nilai F-hitung atau Sig (0.000) t-tabel atau Sig. 0.047 < 5%, maka 0 ditolak dan diterima. PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE, ROE, DER DAN BVS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA BANK PEMERINTAH YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
The purpose in this research is to explain the influence the effect of Earning Pershare, Return on Equity, Debt on Equity and Book Value Pershare on stock prices in government banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used in this study were 4 companies in the government banking sector in the 2014-2018 period. The sample collection technique in this study used the documentation method. The data analysis method in this study used panel data regression. The results showed that; Earning per share (EPS) has no effect on stock prices, Return on Assets (ROE) has a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity (DER) affects stock prices in a negative direction and Book Value Equity (BVS) affects prices stocks in a negative direction. EPS, ROE, DER, and BVS have an effect on stock prices, with an effect of 90.55%, while the remaining 9.45% is the fact by other variables outside the research.Keywords : Earning Per Share (EPS); Return on Equity (ROE); Debt to Equity (DER); Book Value Equity (BVS) dan Stock Pric
KUALITAS SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING DALAM RISET PELAPORAN KORPORAT
The Sustainability Reporting (SR) quality had questioned because there is no standard in preparing SR enforced by standard setters in Indonesia. The SR quality had anticipated by reviewing corporate reporting research. Therefore, this study investigates the quality of SR in corporate reporting research. This study uses a systematic literature review from 2007-2020 through articles based on selected databases. The results showed that the measurement of the SR quality had dominated by the use of codification from the Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI). The accountability of corporate reporting, especially SR, cannot only be reviewed through GRI. The quality of SR in corporate reporting research shows that the codification proposed by other researchers besides GRI can be an alternative as a form of corporate reporting accountability. SR quality as an indicator of accountability for the implementation of the company's sustainability activities. The sustainability reporting quality is not a goal, only a tool to assess the sustainability of activities that an entity has carried out
RESILIENCE, ACADEMIC STRESS, AND HAPPINESS AMONG HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS
Background and Purpose: Happiness is essential in life. Studies showed that people with a high level of happiness could become more productive. Happiness can also be used as a general assessment of someone's life. For students, happiness is important to success in carrying out their roles. Resilience is one of the factors that influence happiness. However, a study on how resilience can influence happiness and academic stress is rarely found. This study aims to measure the influence of resilience on happiness and the influence of resilience on academic stress among higher education students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Methodology: Data were generated by collecting used measurements distributed to the subject. The respondents of this study were 253 (53 male or 20.9 %; 200 female or 79.1%) students of private higher education in Jogjakarta, Indonesia, selected using a purposive sampling. Data analyses were carried out using SEM utilizing IBM-SPSS-AMOS.
Findings: The results of this study showed that there is no significant influence of resilience on happiness and academic stress.
Contributions: This study contributes to the literature for the different findings obtained compared to the previous ones. The study has implications on students and university administrations in understanding the state of happiness in university environments.
