Význam podnikatelského prostředí a jeho stručná charakteristika v podmínkách ČR
In market economy there are private firms as well as state institutions like revenue authority, contributory organizations, etc.. But market economy is really effective only in case that private commercial sector is profitable. If not, it is necessary to end business which makes unemployment rate higher. In EU it is generally known, that thre is a keen competition and for many people it is not conveniet to start their own business owning to the fact that future profits are not certain and on the other hand, paying taxes, various fees and insurance, is obligatory. It is easy to understand that business environment is composed of many components which in addition to this changes in time. For various firms could various components of business environment have different importance.Ecnomimal Subjects;Elements of Business Environment;Unemployment
Modelica in Area of Thermodynamic and Energy Systems Applications with a Focus on ClaRa Library
The focus of this investigation is the development of an advanced transient model to describe the operation of a coal fired power plant which supplies electric power for a pyrometallurgy unit. Particular attention was paid to the effects of so called „downswings“ (cut-off the electric arc). The performance of the unit during such failures (accumulation of energy in steam boiler during fast transient of turbine power output) was investigated using a dynamic model. The modelling of the power plant was performed on the object-oriented, multi-domain modelling language Modelica and free ClaRa library
Resource Planning For Project Management
The diploma thesis focuses on initial planning of human resources at quotation phase at enviroment of APV company, for purposes of project management. It analyse initial planning of projects and compare it with actual state at the end of project. It contains suggestion, which may lead to more accurate initial planning.
ECMO AMBULANCE AND ADVANCED EMERGENCY MEDICAL SYSTEM
In our article we propose a way to improve outcomes for out-of-hospital patients suffering from cardiac and circulatory arrest. The quality in providing emergency medical care for these patients varies from state to state, from city to the city. There are cities where the emergency medical system (EMS) personnel declares the death in the patients with circulatory arrest without knowing the real reason of death, after a certain time of cardiac massage, after unsuccessful defibrillations, out of the hospital, on the street. On the other hand, there are cities where the patient is resuscitated on the street/at home, during the time of transport to the hospital, at the hospital and the death is declared only after all, albeit unsuccessful attempts to save patients (at the hospital). From the above it is evident, that we need an interdisciplinary clinical pathway, which helps everyone who is participating in the life saving of these patients. We want to meet our goals of the project using high-tech medical knowledge. VA ECMO implemented by experienced specialists outside the hospital for ensuring oxygenation and blood circulation with the help of a device situated outside the patient regardless of the activity of his heart and lungs, represents the most up-to-date technology
Demand function and its role in a business simulator
Business simulations are useful tools due to the fact that it eases management decision making. No doubt there are many processes which must be considered and simulated. Therefore, such business simulator is often composed of many processes and contains many agents and interrelations as well. Since the business simulator based on multi-agent system is characterized by many interrelations within, this article deals with a specific part of the business simulator only – a demand function and its modeling. The aim of this partial research is to suggest demand function which would be most suitable for the business simulation. In this paper a new approach for customer decision function in business process simulation was presented. The decision of the customer is based on Marshallian demand function and customer utility function using Cobb-Douglas preferences. The results obtained by means of the MAREA simulation environment proved that this approach yields correct simulation results
