Deiksis dalam Film The Boss Baby Karya Tom Mcgrath: suatu Analisis Pragmatik
S This research “ Deiksis dalam Film The Boss Baby karya Tom McGrath”. There are 5 types of deixis, those are: person deixis (first person, second person, and third person), place deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, and social deixis. Deixis belongs to pragmatics the word deixis come from the Greek deiktikos, it‟s means, „pointing‟. The objective of this research are to identify and classify the types of deixis and to analyze the USAge of deixis in the film The Boss Baby by Tom McGrath. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data are identified, classified and analyzed descriptively. The data were analyzed based on Levinson theory. The result shows that there are five types of deixis in the film The Boss Baby, those are person (first person: I, me, our, we, and my; second person: your and you; third person: he, him, they, and them), place deixis: here, house, over here and where, time deixis: time, Monday, 07.00 A.M, now, weeks, ever, faster, years ago, days, Friday, and long time ago, discourse deixis: this, that, and this, and social deixis: brother, ma‟am, mom, dad, sir, big boss baby, mr. lady man, boss, and ladies, wheares the USAge of deixis found in the film are symbol and gestural USAge. It is expected that this research will help the students and the other readers to learn the pragmatics aspects, especially about deixis

Peran Ukuran Perusahaan Dalam Memoderasi Pengaruh Tax Minimization, Kualitas Audit Dan Debt Covenant Terhadap Transfer Pricing
The research aims to find out empirical evidence that reduces the research gap, strengthens the model, and analyzes the role of company size in moderating tax minimization, audit quality, and debt covenants on transfer pricing. The sample in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021. The sample collection technique used the purposive sampling method and obtainedd 177 samples. The result of this research indicates Tax Minimization and Audit Quality had an effect on Transfer Pricing, and the Debt Covenant had no effect on Transfer Pricing. The Company Size is able to moderate Audit Quality on Transfer Pricing, but company size is not able to moderate tax minimization and debt covenant on transfer pricing.

Exploring Nanocrystalline Europium Titanium Niobate as a Dielectric Resonator
High dielectric constant and low loss nanocrystalline EuTiNbO6 ceramic was synthesized through a combustion technique. Phase purity, structure and particle size were examined using X-Ray diffraction, Fourier Transform Raman, Infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopic techniques. The X-Ray diffraction study reveals that the sample crystallizes in orthorhombic aeschynite structure without any impurity. The non-agglomerated particles with narrow particle size distribution were observed in the transmission electron micrograph and the average particle size was found to be 25 nm. The sample attained the 98 % of theoretical density when it was sintered at 1150 0C. Â The scanning electron micrograph of the sample exhibits non uniform distribution of grains nearly in spherical shape throughout the surface. The Energy dispersive spectrum analysis confirms that the constituent elements are nearly the same atomic percentage as per the chemical formula of the sample. The dielectric properties of the sintered sample were measured in the radio frequency and micro frequency region. The dielectric constant and quality factor of the sample at room temperature are 35 and 23370, respectively. The dielectric studies revealed that the Nano crystalline EuTiNbO6 Ceramic is a promising material for dielectric resonator applications
