    This open access book covers the most cutting-edge and hot research topics and fields of post-quantum cryptography. The main purpose of this book is to focus on the computational complexity theory of lattice ciphers, especially the reduction principle of Ajtai, in order to fill the gap that post-quantum ciphers focus on the implementation of encryption and decryption algorithms, but the theoretical proof is insufficient. In Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 6, author introduces the theory and technology of LWE distribution, LWE cipher and homomorphic encryption in detail. When using random analysis tools, there is a problem of "ambiguity" in both definition and algorithm. The greatest feature of this book is to use probability distribution to carry out rigorous mathematical definition and mathematical demonstration for various unclear or imprecise expressions, so as to make it a rigorous theoretical system for classroom teaching and dissemination. Chapters 5 and 7 further expand and improve the theory of cyclic lattice, ideal lattice and generalized NTRU cryptography.     Research on RBF neural network model reference adaptive control system based on nonlinear U – model

    The overall objective of this study is to design the nonlinear U-model-based radial basis function neural network model reference adaptive control system, through research into a class of complex time-varying nonlinear plants. First, the ideal nonlinear plant is adopted as the reference model and transformed into the U-model representation. In the process, the authors establish the corresponding relationship between the degrees of the reference nonlinear model and the controlled nonlinear plants, and carry out research into the corresponding coefficient relationship between the reference nonlinear model and the controlled nonlinear plants. Also, the impact of the adjusting amplitude and tracking speed of the model on the system control accuracy is analyzed. Then, according to the learning error index of the neural network, the paper designs the adaptive algorithm of the radial basis function neural network, and trains the network by the error variety. With the weight coefficients and network parameters automatically updated and the adaptive controller adjusted, the output of controlled nonlinear plants can track the ideal output completely. The simulation results show that the model reference adaptive control system based on RBF neural network has better control effect than the nonlinear U-model adaptive control system based on the gradient descent method

    Pareto Optimality of Centralized Procurement Based on Genetic Algorithm

    In the process of purchasing materials, small enterprises are often unable to meet the minimum availability of suppliers in the process of purchasing due to the lack of economic strength and storage capacity of goods. Therefore, they will encounter difficulties in the process of purchasing.To solve this problem, the group-led centralized procurement strategy for small enterprises has become a new craze. In this paper, we transform the problem of centralized procurement lot into a multi-objective optimization problem by establishing a multi-objective optimization model with cost, quality and logistics as sub-objectives, and use genetic algorithms to solve the multi-objective optimization problem in order to achieve Pareto optimality among each purchaser and supplier. Finally, an example of procurement by the China Energy Investment Corporation is used to verify that the multi-objective optimization model for the collection of lots constructed in this paper can effectively promote the cooperation between purchasers and suppliers, and stimulate the competitive vitality of enterprises in the market

    Effects of Credit Constraints on Productivity and Rural Household Income in China

    Agricultural production is strongly conditioned by the fact that inputs are transformed into outputs with considerable time lags, causing the rural household to balance its budget during the season when there are high expenditures for input purchases and consumption and few revenues. With limited access to credit, the budget balance within the year can become a constraint to agricultural production. As is the case in many developing countries, Chinese rural households have been suffering from a lack of access to capital. While China is one of the biggest countries in terms of rural areas and agricultural production, few studies have focused on the impact of credit on agriculture in China. Using survey data, this study aims to examine how credit constraints currently affect agricultural productivity and rural household income in China. The study findings suggest that under credit constraints, production inputs, along with farmers’ capabilities and education, cannot be fully employed. By removing credit constraints, agricultural productivity and rural household income can be improved

    Therapeutic effect of a combination of montelukast and vitamins A and D drops in children with bronchial asthma, and its influence on quality of life

    Purpose: To investigate the efficacy of a combination of montelukast and vitamins A and D drops in bronchial asthma children, and its effect on quality of life.Methods: Sixty bronchial asthma children from June 2018 to June 2020 were collected and randomized into study group and control group (30 cases in each group). Control group received montelukast sodium (chewable tablets), while the study group received vitamins A and D drops (capsules) plus. Clinical efficacy, lung function, serum inflammatory factors, and quality of life were evaluated and compared.Results: Compared with control group, total treatment effectiveness was higher and the symptom remission period was shorter in the study group (p < 0.05). Post-treatment, the parameters of FEV1 and FVC increased in both groups, but higher in the study group (p < 0.05). Serum levels of CRP and IL-4 in both groups decreased after treatment, while serum IL-10 levels were significantly up-regulated. Compared with control group, the levels of these indicators were improved in the study group (p < 0.05). Post-treatment Chinese Version of Pediatric Quality of Life Asthma Specific Scale (PedSQL) score was higher than before treatment, with higher values (for all indicators) in the study group (p < 0.05).Conclusion: The combination therapy of montelukast and vitamins A and D drops produces good clinical efficacy in children with bronchial asthma. It significantly shortens the time taken for relief of clinical symptoms, improves lung function, reduces inflammatory response, controls asthma, and improves the quality of life of the patients

    Effects of Color on the Buildup and Resolution of Proactive Interference in Working Memory

    The “color superiority effect” was confirmed by the research of color on forgetting, which showed that proactive interference (PI) has less impact on colored items than gray ones. Color could directly affect the buildup of PI, leading to reduced levels of interference, or controlled processes that resolve PI. However, the effects of red and green on memory were inconsistent. Using Recent-Probes task, the current study explored how the red and green color influenced to the buildup phase (i.e., 200ms after the onset of probe) and resolution phase (i.e. 800ms after the onset of probe) of PI. Results revealed that the reaction times of green words were significantly shorter than the red words under 200ms. There were no significant differences between the red and green words under 500ms and 800ms. It indicated that green might shortened the reaction times for the PI buildup, while red prolonged it. However, on the resolution phase of PI, green words were less effective than red words. These findings offered some new information for the underlying mechanisms that modulate the interactions between color and memory

    Effects of Antibacterial Peptide Extracted from Bacillus subtilis fmbJ on the Growth, Physiological Response and Disease Resistance of Megalobrama amblycephala

    The effects of an antibacterial peptide obtained from Bacillus subtilis fmbJ on growth, serum lysozyme complements 3 and 4, total protein content, aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total antioxidative capacity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and disease resistance of Wuchang bream (Megalobrama amblycephala) were examined. Fish were randomly divided into five groups: a control group which was fed a basic diet, and four groups fed the basic diet supplemented with 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, or 0.8% antibacterial peptide. At eight weeks, M. amblycephala fed the diet containing 0.2% antibacterial peptide had higher serum lysozyme activity, complement 3 and 4 contents, and SOD activity than the control fish, but lower serum MDA content and AST activity. Fish fed the 0.4% diet had higher weight gain rate, serum lysozyme activity, complement 4 content, total antioxidative capacity, and total protein than the control, and lower serum ALT activity. Feed conversion ratios of fish fed the 0.2% or 0.4% diets were lower than those of control fish. Artificial infection with Aeromonas hydrophila resulted in 93% cumulative mortality in the control group, and 61-84% in the groups fed the 0.2% or 0.4% diets. The present study suggests that feed supplementation with 0.2-0.4% antibacterial peptides can stimulate immunity, increase resistance to pathogenic infection, and promote growth in M. amblycephala
