Bifurcation analysis of stabilization circuits in an L-band LDMOS 60-W power amplifier
n this letter, the global stability analysis of an L-band push-pull power amplifier is presented. The analysis is carried out for the amplifier operating in different modes, such as Class AB, Class B, and Class E/F, considering variations in the bias voltages, the input power and the input frequency. After determination of the oscillation mode, three different stabilization techniques are applied and compared: feedback resistors, neutralization capacitors, and odd-mode stabilization resistor. The element values of each stabilization network, ensuring a stable behavior for all the operating conditions, are calculated with a bifurcation-analysis technique. Good agreement is found between measured and simulated results
End of the World Brane meets
End of the world branes in AdS have been recently used to study problems
deeply connected to quantum gravity, such as black hole evaporation and
holographic cosmology. With non-critical tension and Neumann boundary
condition, the end of the world brane often represents part of the degrees of
freedom in AdS gravity and geometrically it is only part of the entire
boundary. On the other hand, holographic deformation can also give a
boundary as a cutoff surface for AdS gravity. In this paper we consider AdS
gravity with both the end of the world boundary and the cutoff boundary. Using
partial reduction we obtain a brane world gravity glued to a
deformed bath. We compute both entanglement entropy and Page curve, and find
agreement between the holographic results and island formula results.Comment: 1+26 pages, 11 figure
What Chinese Medicine Can Do for Liver Cancer?
Liver cancer is an international problem, especially in Asian countries. It is because that most liver cancers are already late stage when they are diagnosed, and also most liver cancers have various previous chronic liver diseases induced by alcoholic, virus, and steatosis, etc. In recent years, laboratory and clinical studies focusing on liver cancer by Chinese medicine has been extensively studied. What Chinese medicine treatment formalities can be used in liver cancer? How Chinese medicine can be employed in treatment of liver cancer? What Chinese medicine can contribute to liver cancer? To answer these questions in this chapter, we will review and discuss treatment of liver cancer from Chinese medicine’s perspective with scientific evidences as following three parts: (1) Chinese medicine as the source of discovering new treatment for liver cancer, (2) Chinese medicine as a complementary treatment of liver cancer, and (3) to discuss future research and application of Chinese medicine in liver cancer treatment
An Approach on the Evaluation of LNG Tank Container Transportation Safety
As a clean energy source, liquefied natural gas (LNG) has been widely accepted all around the world. As away to transport LNG, tank container transportation is becoming more and more popular. However, how to carry outsafety management for the whole transportation process of tank container is a problem troubling the whole industry. Therefore, this paper proposes a model based on the Recurrent Neural Networks(RNN) to evaluate the safetyperformance. First, find the factors affecting the safety of LNG transport by sea and construct an index system. Next, design a questionnaire and get scores from supporting experts. Then, this paper utilize the trained RNN to judge the safetystatue of LNG tank transportation. Through the comparison of training results and the final score got from experts, theresult shows that the MAE is negligible and prove the effectiveness of the RNN. Finally, a case study was conducted. From the analysis of the training results, it is known that enterprise safety management plays an important role intransportation safety and a better safety management systemwill greatly reduce the probability of accidents and improvethe transportation safety
Few-shot Domain Adaptation for IMU Denoising
Different application scenarios will cause IMU to exhibit different error
characteristics which will cause trouble to robot application. However, most
data processing methods need to be designed for specific scenario. To solve
this problem, we propose a few-shot domain adaptation method. In this work, a
domain adaptation framework is considered for denoising the IMU, a
reconstitution loss is designed to improve domain adaptability. In addition, in
order to further improve the adaptability in the case of limited data, a
few-shot training strategy is adopted. In the experiment, we quantify our
method on two datasets (EuRoC and TUM-VI) and two real robots (car and
quadruped robot) with three different precision IMUs. According to the
experimental results, the adaptability of our framework is verified by t-SNE.
In orientation results, our proposed method shows the great denoising
performance
