The relevance of the problem is related to the study of the essence, characteristics and components of special competence, the definition of possible ways of its formation in the conditions of a professional pedagogical university. The purpose of the article is to justify the need for the formation of special competence in the training of vocational education teachers in the context of the implementation of Professional and Federal state educational standards. The leading method of research of this problem is the pedagogical modeling of the training of vocational education teachers, which allows, on the basis of determining the structure and content of special competence, to design the process of its formation in the development of special disciplines. The necessity of the formation of special competence in the preparation of future teachers of vocational training has been identified and justified, the structure of the special training process has been defined, the content of special training has been adjusted and supplemented, the training and methodological support of the special training process has been developed.Актуальность исследуемой проблемы связана с исследованием сущности, характеристики и составляющих компонентов специальных компетенций, определением возможных путей ее формирования в условиях профессионально-педагогического вуза. Цель статьи заключается в обосновании необходимости формирования специальной компетенции при подготовке педагогов профессионального обучения в условиях реализации Профессиональных и Федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов. Ведущим методом исследования данной проблемы является педагогическое моделирование подготовки педагогов профессионального обучения, позволяющее на основе определения структуры и содержания специальной компетенции, спроектировать процесс ее формирования при освоении специальных дисциплин. Выявлена и обоснована необходимость формирования специальной компетенции при подготовке будущих педагогов профессионального обучения, определена структура процесса специальной подготовки, скорректировано и дополнено содержание специальной подготовки, разработано учебно-методическое сопровождение процесса специальной подготовки

Special competence in the structure of vocational pedagogical integrity in the sphere of vocational education

The significance of the issue under study lies in research of the subject matter, character and components of special competences, as well as defining feasible ways of their formation in the framework of a higher vocational pedagogical institution. The article is aimed at providing the rationale for necessary formation of special competences in education for vocational teachers with implementation of Vocational and Federal State Education Standards. The main method of studying the given issue consists in pedagogical modeling of educational procedures for vocational teachers which allows it to outline the formation process of a special competence in learning specialist disciplines after determining its structure and contents. It was deemed necessary and proved to form special competence in education of future vocational teachers. The process of special training was structured with relevant amendments and supplements to its contents. On the top of it, this process of was accompanied by specially designed learning and teaching materials. The contents of the article could be of interest for graduate students and postgraduates as well as teachers who are involved in working on educational projects for vocational teachers. © Authors
