    Industri karet merupakan salah satu industri yang sangat berkembang pada saat ini, Industri karet menghasilkan limbah cair yang mengandung senyawa organik yang relative tinggi. Pada umumnya, pengolahan limbah cair untuk industry crum rubber dilakukan menggunakan lagoon/kolam dan proses lumpur aktif yang membutuhkan lahan luas dan waktu yang lama. Membran Ultrafiltrasi merupakan salah satu jenis membran dengan gaya dorong tekanan. Pada penelitian ini pengamatan yang dianalisa terdiri dari Karakteristik Membran, Uji Permeabilitas Membran, dan Awal Kadar Pencemar. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa penelitian bahwa penentuan permeabulitas (fluks) membrane yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai fluks sebesar 10,17-16,31 liter/jam2. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bawah membrane polysulfon layak digunakan untuk proses ultrafiltasi. Pada kondisi optimum opreasi dari membrane polysulfon untuk COD tercapai pada tekanan 0,5 bar dengan penambahan koagulan PAC 300 ppm dimana nilai COD sebelum pengolahan sebesar 289 mg/l turun menjadi 14 mg/l. Untuk kondisi optimum dari BOD tercapai pada teknan 0,5 bar dimana nilai BOD sebelum pengolahan sebesar 95 mg/l turun menjadi 8 mg/l. Untuk nilai Optimum TSS tercapai pada tekanan 0,5 – 2 bar dengan penambahan koagulan PAC 200 ppm dimana sebelum pengolahan sebesar 0,6 mg/l turun menjadi 0,2 mg/l. Kualitas dari air limbah cair crumb rubber yang dihasilkan setelah pengolahan dengan membran pada kondisi optimum telah memenuhi standar baku mutu

    Writing is the way to express an idea or thought in words to transfer informationfor readers. Commonly, writing is the hardest thing for EFL learners becausethey have to practice more and through a long process to create good writing. Inthis research, the researcher is interested to discover the EFL learners’ problemin constructing written recount text at tenth grade of SMK Muhammadiyah 1Banjarmasin academic year 2017/2018. Therefore, the researcher employed adescriptive qualitative study and used purposive sampling as the samplingtechnique. The participants were 32 EFL learners of X- B Accountancy class.The researcher used test, interview, and documentation to gather the data. Theoutcome of the study revealed that the EFL learners faced two main problems,namely grammar and vocabulary aspect. Besides, there are still other problemsfaced by some of the EFL learners in terms of content, organization, as well asmechanics. Those problems came from the EFL learners’ lack of practice inwriting during the class session. Therefore, the researcher suggests the EFLteacher help the EFL learners to overcome the problems based on this research.The teacher also has to discover the solution to enhance the EFL learners’capability in constructing written recount text

    The tofu industry in the processing process produces waste, both solid and liquid waste. Tofu liquid waste with characteristics containing high organic matter and high levels of COD, TDS and Ammonia if directly discharged into water bodies, will obviously reduce the carrying capacity of the environment. So it is necessary to conduct counseling on how to handle tofu liquid waste, to reduce the risk of the existing pollution load. Counseling is carried out by conducting question and answer activities to partners regarding the processing of tofu liquid waste, then the partners are given directions regarding the handling of tofu liquid waste, namely by adding a coagulant in the form of PAC to the reservoir before being channeled through a paralon pipe to a septic tank which is devoted to accommodating tofu liquid waste. . After processing the hazardous parameters including COD, TDS, and Ammonia decreased so that they met the quality standards of liquid waste
