Analisis Percepatan Getaran Tanah Maksimum Di Wilayah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Akibat Gempa Bumi Sumatera Barat

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang nilai percepatan getaran tanah maksimum diKabupaten Rokan Hulu dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari gempabumiSumatera Barat terhadap nilai percepatan getaran tanah maksimum di KabupatenRokan Hulu. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam perhitungan nilai PGAyaitu dengan menggunakan Formula Empiris Mc. Guirre. Koordinat gempa SumateraBarat yang terbesar dalam kurun waktu 100 Tahun 1900-2014. Dengan Kedalaman ≤100 Km dan Magnitudo ≥ 5 SR. jarak episenter dan hiposenter gempa Sumatera Baratyang terletak pada koordinat 1,3970 LS dan 99,90 BT dengan kedalaman 87 Km. Hasilperhitungan nilai PGA Kabupaten Rokan Hulu yakni berkisar antara 0,94 gal sampai14,93 gal. Nilai PGA terendah terletak pada daerah Kabun yakni 0,94 gal dan nilaiPGA terbesar terletak di daerah Bonai Darussalam dengan klasifikasi tingkat resikosangat kecil dengan nilai PGA kurang dari 25 gal

Prediksi Erosi Menggunakan Metoda Usle Pada Daerah Rawan Gerakan Tanah Di Daerah Jalur Lintas Bengkulu-kepahiang

Research has been carried out in line-cross Bengkulu-Kepahiang Kepahiang District in order to determine soil loss prediction caused by erosionproneareas of ground motion using the USLE. The parameters observed in the form of rainfall erosivity (R), soil erodibility (K), slope length (L), slope (S),vegetation factor (C) and the factor of human action in the management of ground (P). The study consisted of 12 sampling locations, processing and analysis of data conducted in the Laboratory of Soil Science Faculty of Agriculture UNIB. Basedon the analysis of data obtained that the greatest erosion prediction value contained in the location 1 is equal to 120.39 tonnes / hectare / year while thevalue of the smallest erosion prediction contained in the site 2 is equal to 2.91 tonnes / hectare / year

The Implementation of Islamic Values in Improving the Quality of Employee Performance in Workplace

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Islamic values in improving the quality of employee performance. The total of 138 questionnaires was distributed to the employee of Muslim restaurants in East Java, Indonesia. The data is analyzed by using Smart-PLS and Sobel. The results show that Islamic values are proven to increase the employee satisfaction and performance. The business implication of this study is management need to ensure that the employees are actively involved in the application of moral and Islamic values in their workplace with the support of the leader. Study Of Availability Of Education Facilities Services In Jayapura City

Kota Jayapura merupakan ibukota Provinsi Papua dikenal sebagai barometer pendidikan Provinsi Papua . Ketersediaan dan kelengkapan fasilitas pelayanan pendidikan menjadi faktor penting untuk pengembangan pendidikan . Penelitian dilakukan di 5 distrik di Kota Jayapura, yaitu Distrik Abepura, Distrik Jayapura Utara , Distrik Jayapura Selatan, Distrik Heram dan Distrik Muara Tami. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sensus dengan mengambil semua jenjang sekolah sebagai populasi dan dilakukan pemberian hirarki pada kelima distrik . Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persebaran fasilitas pelayanan pendidikan pada umumnya berpola mengikuti arah jalan utama di Kota Jayapura. Fasilitas pelayanan pendidikan tertinggi terdapat di Distrik Abepura dan Distrik Jayapura Utara dan Fasilitas pendidikan yang masih sangat minim ditemukan di distrik Muara Tami. Perbedaan kesenjangan fasilitas ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor jumlah penduduk dan infrastruktur serta masih dibutuhkan penangangan lebih lanjut terutama untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan bagi fasilitas pendidikan di Kota Jayapura pada 10 tahun mendatang

The research purposed to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share (TPS) to thecognitive learning physics class XI student of Mathematics SMA N 1 Tambusai on the subject of work andenergy. The experiment was conducted at the experimental class with the implementation of cooperativelearning model TPS and control classes with the application of conventional models. The data analysistechnique is the t-test, obtained the price thitung= 3.301 and ttabel = 1.670 for t (3.301> 1.670), then accepted Ha.The findings show there is influence of cooperative learning model TPS to the cognitive learning physics classXI MIPA I SMA N 1 Tambusai

This study describes how the business premises Ambun Suri manage production so much in demand, this study aims to obtain information, analyze and describe data tentangpengelolaan Ambun Suri production embroidery business as workforce planning, tools and raw materials, and production planning.The method used in this study is a qualitative case study method. This research was conducted in the city of Bukittinggi. The type of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction means summarizing key points in accordance with the focus of research, the presentation of the data is done in the form of a brief description, and conclusions mentioned here can answer the problem formulation. To get valid data to perform data validity extended way back spaciousness observation point researchers to obtain additional discovery, increase endurance, triangulation and auditing.Results of research on the management of the production of embroidery, namely: (1) planning workforce consisting of recruitment is done in non-formal, planning work time in a place of business Ambun Suri 5 days a week and remuneration planning tailored to the work or how much finished materials embroidered (2) planning tool starts from planning sewing machine, sewing needle, thread and material used starting from planning its kind and many are used in production.
