Peace Process with India: A Challenge for Pakistan
The state is challenged not only by its own capabilities, interests, policies and actions but also by those of the state with which it interacts. Pakistan’s geostrategic location is placed in an environment where it is facing threats across the border from India who have hegemonic attitude in South Asia. Security of the region is highly associated with the peace process between the two nuclear states of the region. For Pakistan it’s a difficult challenge to win the trust of India because of their unresolved disputes and lack of cooperation between them. India has to make its secular foundation more strong and solid while Pakistan has to think how it can make its state up to the principles of Islam and how to enjoy the positive fruits of modernity without losing its religion. The hostility between Pakistan and India is a main hurdle for peace building.Without creativity and commitment to dispute resolution, it is difficult to imagine their policy of peaceful engagements in the future. Future of Pakistan-India relations depends upon the type of compromise which might be accepted by both sides.By the time, the peace process began between the two states, they cannot run off from the actuality of it and by viewing the future prospects of peace process there is up till now in the present scenario, there are rays of lack of absolute possession, allegiance and visual perception from both states in order to lookout for peace benefit by employing right set of circumstances for the improvement in their confrontational relations

A Review on Biometric Encryption System in Cloud Computing
This Review paper is about the security of bio metric templates in cloud databases. Biometrics is proved to be the best authentication method. However, the main concern is the security of the biometric template, the process to extract and stored in the database within the same database along with many other. Many techniques and methods have already been proposed to secure templates, but everything comes with its pros and cons, this paper provides a critical overview of these issues and solutions
Suppressor of cytokine signaling-3 in pregnant females with or without hypertension
Suppression of Cytokine Signalling-3 (SOCS-3) modulates the inflammatory pathways responsible for vascular stability. Therefore, we aimed to estimate SOCS-3 levels in 2nd trimester pregnant females and correlate it with blood pressure. A case control study recruiting (n=111) females was conducted at the Aga Khan University. They were classified as pregnancy induced hypertensives ornormotensive as per American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Guidelines. Weight, Body mass index, lipid profile and blood glucose were recorded while SOCS-3 was measured by ELISA. Higher SOCS-3 levels were seen in hypertensive group (30 pg/ml) versus normotensive (16 pg/ml). Both Systolic & diastolic blood pressure (r=0.520; p \u3c0.001) (r=0.490; p \u3c0.001) showed an independent significant positive correlation with SOCS-3 level. It is safe to suggest that SOCS-3 has an association of causing high blood pressure. However, more research needs to be conducted to establish a mechanism and chronological order to these events in a pregnant female
Adjunctive surgical procedures enhancing treatment outcome : A literature review
The face is the most expressive zone of the human body that communicates our feelings and thoughts. This may also influence the interaction between people. The aesthetic adjunctive procedures are life-changing. In contemporary orthodontic treatment, orthognathic surgeries are performed to correct the functional aspects of dento facial deformities. In cases where the aesthetic outcome is not improved, patient dissatisfaction is often encountered. Many adjunctive surgical procedures can be used to enhance the anaesthetics of orthodontic or orthognathic surgical cases. Dwelling not merely on the ideal occlusion, the results could be enhanced by analysing the whole-face to improve the overall treatment outcome

The data were analyzed, tabulated and compiled using the 18 version of SPSS.
Results: 65 women (63.8%) and 37 men (36.2%) were treated with migraine with a minimum age of 11 years and a maximum age of 71 years. Most of the patients (76%) are between 21 and 51 years of age. Psychiatric morbidity was found in 58 patients (56.8%) using the Urdu-approved version of the Depression Scale and Hospital Anxiety with a 11-21 score for depression and anxiety. Therefore, 44 subjects (42.91%) were not recommended for psychiatric treatment. From fifty eight patients with positive psychiatric cases, 23 were male and 35 (60%) were females. Of these, 25 (43%) had anxiety, 18 (31%) had depression and 15 (27%) had depression and anxiety. Of the fifty eight patients receiving psychiatric treatment, 80% were between 21 and 50 years of age.

Biosecurity and Biosafety concerns of Research and diagnostic Laboratory under International Guidelines
Currently, academic research labs and diagnostic laboratories are facing a serious issue of biosecurity and biosafety globally. The high rate of mutations and continuous new emerging infectious diseases with the risk of bioterrorism demands that each lab personnel share equal responsibility for biosecurity & biosafety at their work. The primary job of government authorities is to implement a well-organized detection system and limit the spread of hazardous biological agents by providing a biologically safe setting for lab scientists and for the common man in communities and institutes. The safety of lab personnel, lab environment, and pathogens depends on effective and safe laboratory working and pathogen handling which determines the reliable and accurate results of laboratory experiments. The aim of this article is to address the basic components of laboratory biosafety, laboratory biosecurity, and laboratory management. Further DURC (dual-use research of concern) deals with the commencement of lawful reasons to generate information, knowledge, technology, and products that are used for either harmful or beneficial purposes. The precautions are taken to ensure laboratory biosecurity and biosafety should be a part of the laboratory safety policy manual for guidance and implementation for a safe laboratory environment. Keywords: Antioxidants; tomato; lycopene; β-carotene; reactive oxygen species (ROS)
