    The Effect of Stress Management Teaching Skills to Reduce Student’s Avoidance Coping Style

    This study determined the effectiveness of stress management teaching skills in order to reduce student’s avoidance coping style and negative attribution, as well as promotion of mental health among female students in Arak city during 2011-2012school years. This research applied quasi-experimental– descriptive method and a pre-test - post-test with control group. Statistics population included high school girls in Arak city. Among them, 16 students who obtained optimum score from general health questionnaire(GHQ 28) were selected as the sample and then they were randomly divided into two experimental and control groups with 8students.Experimental group learnt skills of stress management during 10 sessions (90 minutes for each session) and at the end of the sessions, the post-test was conducted on both groups. Results were analyzed by ANCOVA and it showed that skills of stress management teaching could be effective in reducing the students’ avoidance coping styles and negative attribution, as well as promotion of mental health among female students

    The use of the brand name by potential and actual customers is often a criterion for quality and excellence of their product or service. This study examines the effect of services brand on customer loyalty. An important point that should be pointed is that the services are not meant to naming services. In this study, four dimensions of brand namely the brand image, company image, company trust, and employee trust and their impact on customer loyalty have been examined in customers of Tehran real estate services in Tehran city. The basis of this research is to understand the theoretical and operational services of brand and how consumer perceptions of a brand influence on the customer value and loyalty? The statistical population was the real estate customers in Tehran city and 380 questionnaires were distributed by proportional to size cluster among them in April 2012. At the end of the data analysis by SPSS soft ware for descriptive statistics and LISREL for correlation analysis and factor analysis, it was found that, the brand in the services area has a positive effect on customer loyalty

    The present study was carried out to compare social skills among Iranian students. The primary purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social skills training on communication ability of deprived students. 864 high school students in Mahallat city were randomly selected by clustering method and were evaluated by using social skills training inventory (Indrebitzen and Foster, 1992). According to scores of social skills Inventory, students divided into two groups including 31 students with social skills training and 31 students without social skills training as control group. Group members were evaluated before and after 10 training sessions. ANCOVA was used for group comparisons in pretest and post -test. In general, results showed that social skills training method increased positive social skills and decreased negative social skills in experimental group.     A study on the cultural challenges facing Iranian organizations

    One of the Iran’s most important issues in recent years has been management, which developments and shortcomings were pointed out by the compassionate and hardworking authorities in their speeches and public/private meetings. Undoubtedly, each country’s development and improvement majorly owes to the success gained by its management. In fact, it owes to what management pays attention to and gives rewards for it. The strongest cultural index is often organizational. There is a positive correlation between desired values of organizational culture and employees’ behavior. Therefore, governmental organizations can promote their employers performance by promoting organizational culture components such as impulsiveness and competition spirit, maturity, encourage employers to be creative, risk takers, and organizing employees’ activities around group working. This is a descriptive-analytic study which examines organizational culture and management challenges. The result of the study revealed that organizational culture examination acts as a data gathering tool and enable managers to 1) compare and contrast effective groups and departments, 2) prioritize issues and 3) identify employers’ perceptions and expectations in order to overcome challenges and gaps in the current situation. So, desired organizational culture has a significant impact of institutionalizing cooperative management system in organizations. Present study examines basic Iranian organization managers’ damages and challenges. It also, provides strategies to confront these. At the end, some suggestions are given to support organization culture and remove management challenges
