Pembelajaran Matematika dengan Media Televisi Edukasi pada Kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan televisi edukasi (TVE) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian ex post facto, untuk mengungkapkan fakta-fakta yang terjadi secara alamiah dan sudah berlangsung. Kelas yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kelas VII C. Dari hasil belajar menggunakan media TVE diperoleh ketuntasan lebih dari 75% pada setiap materi yang diberikan. Respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa media TVE mendapat respon yang baik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran menggunakan media TVE sangat baik

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DITINJAU DARI KARAKTERISTIK CARA BERPIKIR SISWA

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 8 grade VII-A students of SMP NU SIMO for the 2019/2020 academic year. The determination of the subject was based on the results of a questionnaire on the characteristics of the way of thinking. The data used are test results and recorded interview results. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) The ability to understand concepts with the characteristics of concrete sequential type students' way of thinking in solving problems on the SK1 subject is at the level of only fulfilling 6 indicators of concept understanding, namely indicators 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Whereas in the SK2 subject only fulfills 4 indicators of concept understanding, namely indicators 3, 4, 5, and 7. (2) The ability to understand concepts with the characteristics of students' abstract sequential type of thinking in solving problems on the subject of SA1 and SA2 is at a level that meets all indicators of concept understanding. (3) The ability to understand concepts with the characteristics of concrete random type students' way of thinking in solving problems on AK1 subjects is at a level that only meets 5 indicators of conceptual understanding, namely 1, 2, 4, 5, and 7. While the AK2 subject is at a level that is meet all indicators of concept understanding. (4) The ability to understand concepts with the characteristics of abstract random type students' way of thinking in solving problems on the AA1 subject is at a level that only meets 4 indicators of concept understanding, namely 3, 4, 5, 7. Whereas in AA2 subject only meets 6 indicators of concept understanding, namely indicators 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 8 siswa kelas VII-A SMP NU SIMO Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penentuan subjek tersebut berdasarkan hasil angket karakteristik cara berpikir. Data yang digunakan adalah hasil tes dan hasil rekaman wawancara. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep dengan karakteristik cara berpikir siswa tipe sekuensial konkret dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada subjek SK1 berada pada tingkat hanya memenuhi 6 indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu indikator 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, dan 7. Sedangkan pada subjek SK2 hanya memenuhi 4 indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu indikator 3, 4, 5, dan 7. (2) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep dengan karakteristik cara berpikir siswa tipe sekuensial abstrak dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada subjek SA1 dan SA2 berada pada tingkat yang memenuhi semua indikator pemahaman konsep. (3) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep dengan karakteristik cara berpikir siswa tipe acak konkret dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada subjek AK1 berada pada tingkat yang hanya memenuhi 5 indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu 1, 2, 4, 5, dan 7. Sedangkan pada subjek AK2 berada pada tingkat yang memenuhi semua indikator pemahaman konsep. (4) Kemampuan pemahaman konsep dengan karakteristik cara berpikir siswa tipe acak abstrak dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada subjek AA1 berada pada tingkat yang hanya memenuhi 4 indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu 3, 4, 5, 7. Sedangkan pada subjek AA2 hanya memenuhi 6 indikator pemahaman konsep yaitu indikator 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, dan 7
