    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan supermarket Dutalia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dutalia Supermarket dengan jumlah sampel 35 orang dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, dan untuk pengumpulan data di lapangan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Metode uji yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dutalia Supermarket.     PENGARUH KUALITAS OBJEK WISATA TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG WISATAWAN

    This research aims to determine the effect of tourist object quality on the interest of tourists visiting the archipelago in the Oesapa Colorful Beach. This research uses the quality of attractions as an independent variable and the interest of visiting tourists as the dependent variable. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach using incidental sampling with a total sample of 96 people. Collecting data in the field using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique in this study uses Simple Linear Regression Analysis techniques, Pearson Correlation Coefficient Test (r)Determination Coefficient Test (R2) and Hypothesis Test using t test. Simple Linear Regression Analysis Results produce an equation: Y = 6.199 + 0.265 so that the results of the description show the quality of attractions has a positive effect on tourist visiting interests. Significance value 0,000 <probability 0.05 and tcount 11.812> t table 1.986, the hypothesis is accepted meaning that the quality of tourist objects significantly influences the interest of tourists visiting the archipelago in the Colorful Coast Oesapa.   Keywords: Quality of Attraction, Visiting Interes

    Modern dance commodification strategy in tourism promotion (Study on the modern dance community in Kupang city)

    Purpose: This study aimed to describe the modern dance commodification strategy in promoting cultural tourism in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Research methodology: The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Respondents used in this study were 15 people. Data processing was performed using a SWOT analysis. Results: According to the analysis results, the most appropriate strategy for the modern dance community in developing cultural tourism in East Nusa Tenggara is to work together with various parties, create online competitions, innovate with culture, and organize independent events by the dancer community. Limitations: This study only discusses the strategy of the commodification of modern dance in tourism promotion in East Nusa Tenggara.     Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kupang. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 37 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kupang. Bagi PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kupang dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan budaya organisasi yang terdapat pada perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan sehingga tetap pada kriteria penilaian yang sangat tinggi dan harus memperhatikan faktor lain yang dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kupang

    This research executed in U-Pro Chapter Kupang, Full Gospel Businessmen’s FellowshipInternational (FGBMFI) Kupang with the total sample of 36 people. The result of the studysuggested that (1) Work Spitituality and Motivation in U-Pro Chapter Kupang are in acriterion of very high and very high. (2) Work Spirituality has positive influencesignificantly to Work Motivation at U-Pro Chapter Kupang. This could be seen in formula ofSimple Regression : Y = 14,30 + 0,906X. The the result proved that Work Spirituality had apositive impact significantly on Work Motivation by 0.67 or 67 %, the rest 33 % influenced byother factors.Keywords : Work Spirituality, Work Motivatio

    The research method used is an associative method that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that is distributed throughout the respondents. The population in the study were all employees of PT. Kupang Area PLN. The number of samples taken was 43 respondents. As for analyzing and calculating the overall effect of independent variables Leadership Style and motivation on employee performance dependent variables that are processed using a computer program spss for window. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that hypothesis testing proves that partially variable leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kupang Area PLN, while the motivation variable does not affect employee performance. The effort to keep andincrease quality must be based on the organization’s purpose to create inovation of new goods orservice with optimal value added and reduce production with more efficient work system. Thoseeffort will increase earnings of the organization and increase their work performance. The cultureorganization has so many influence to organization’s management quality and their workperformance. One of the way that has used to achieve and upgrade their quality with perfomancetotal quality management in their company. The purpose of this research are to figure out theinfluence of organization culture and total quality management against work performance.Thiskind of research is quantity research with a descriptive approach.Sample determination byinsidental method. Insidental sampling method form a sample determination technique by accidentor insidentally match with researcher that could use as as sample. This research’s result showingthat H1 has no significant effect (tcount = 0,254 < ttable = 2,034) because the employee hard to put adifference between the organization culture and total quality management, H2(tcount = 4,367 > ttable= 2,034) and Y has a significant effect(Fcount= 10.938 > Ftable= 3,28).The conclusion of this researchare the culture organization has no significant effect on work performance, total qualitymanagement has a positive significant effect on work performance, and culture organization andtotal quality management simultanously has a positive significant effect on work performance.     This study aims to determine the influence of reward on job satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Lontar,Kupang Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach.The sample in this study was taken using simple random sampling technique with Slovin method bytaking 67 respondents from the entire population.
