    Lipid-rich carcinoma(LRC)of the breast was first described in 1963,and is now considered an invasive breast carcinoma of no special type(IBC-NST). Some researchers believe that the lipid content of cancer cells in LRC is secreted by ductal epithelial cells of the breast. The pathological features of LRC include hard texture,light yellow sections,unclear boundaries with surrounding tissues. LRC is generally considered an invasive phenotype of breast cancer,no consensus has been reached regarding treatment regimen and standard for LRC. Further follow-up studies will help to develop comprehensive treatment plans. In this article,the research process and development status of LRC were reviewed

    Half-height-pin GapWaveguide Technology and its Applications in High Gain Planar Array Antennas at MillimeterWave Frequency

    This paper presents a new form of gap waveguide technology -- the half-height-pin gap waveguide. {The gap waveguide technology is a new transmission line technology introduced recently, which makes use of the stopband of wave propagation created by a pair of parallel plates, one PEC (perfect electric conductor) and one PMC (perfect magnetic conductor), with an air gap in between less than a quarter of the wavelength at operation frequency. Applying this PEC/PMC gap plate structure to ridged waveguides, rectangular hollow waveguides and microstrip lines, we can have the ridged gap waveguides, groove gap waveguides and inverted gap waveguide microstrip lines, respectively, without requiring a conductive or galvanic contact between the upper PEC and the lower PMC plates. This contactless property of the gap waveguide technology relaxes significantly the manufacturing requirements for devices and antennas at millimeter wave frequencies. PMC material does not exist in nature, and an artificial PMC boundary can be made by such as periodic pin array with the pin length about a quarter wavelength. However, the quarter-wavelength pins, referred to as the full-height pins, are often too long for manufacturing. In order to overcome this difficulty, a new half-height-pin gap waveguide is introduced.} The working principles and Q factors for the half-height-pin gap waveguides are described, analyzed and verified with measurements in this paper. {It is concluded that half-height-pin gap waveguides have similar Q factors and operation bandwidth to the\ua0 full-height-pin gap waveguides.} As an example of the applications, a high gain planar array antenna at V band by using the half-height-pin gap waveguide\ua0 {has been designed and} is presented in the paper\ua0 {with a good reflection coefficient and high aperture efficiency}

    Bandwidth Investigation on Half-Height Pin in Ridge Gap Waveguide

    Gap waveguide is a promising transmission structure, especially for millimeter-wave (mmW) and terahertz applications. It does not require conductive connection between the upper and the lower plates, which makes this technology gain advantages over conventional rectangular waveguides and substrate integrated waveguides in an mmW and terahertz regime. Different fabrication methods for gap waveguides should be employed for different frequency bands applied, such as molding, milling, die forming, electrical discharge machining, microelectromechanical systems, and 3-D printing. Therefore, different pin forms used in gap waveguides are required to match the applied fabrication methods. In this paper, a new pin form, the half-height-pin form, in gap waveguides is proposed for reducing the fabrication cost, and its stopband characteristics are investigated and compared with the previous full-height pins in gap waveguides at the V\ua0 -band. A device of a double-ridged gap waveguide with two 90\ub0 bends for verifying the stopband characteristic analysis of the new pin form has been designed and manufactured.     Film-through large perovskite grains formation via a combination of sequential thermal and solvent treatment

    Organic–inorganic halide perovskites have recently attracted strong research interest for fabrication of high-performance, lowcost photovoltaic devices. Recently, we reported a highly reproducible procedure to fabricate high-performance organic–inorganic halide perovskite solar cells. This procedure, based on a onestep, solvent-induced, fast deposition-crystallization method, involves the use of sec-butyl alcohol as a new solvent to induce the CH3NH3PbI3 fast crystallization deposition. In the present study, we propose a reproducible fabrication method to prepare both flat and large-grain perovskite film by adding a pre-annealing step to strengthen the perovskite nucleation, aiming to facilitate the excess CH3NH3I and solvent removal in the sec-butyl alcohol soaking process, in which all films with thickness between 420 nm and 1µm performed uniformly. The best performing planar device obtained with this procedure had an efficiency of 17.2% under AM 1.5G illumination and an average power conversion efficiency of 16.2 ± 0.5%. We also analyzed the efficiency of halide perovskite planar solar cells as a function of the perovskite film thickness; the efficiency dropped only slightly to 15.7% when the perovskite film thickness was increased to 1µm

    Preeclampsia in pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome: risk factor analysis based on a retrospective cohort study

    Objectives: To compare the clinical characteristics of pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and perinatal outcomes with or without preeclampsia (PE) and to factors that are potentially associated with the onset of PE. Material and methods: This was a retrospective study of pregnant women diagnosed with PCOS from January 2017 to December 2021. Eligible patients were divided into two groups based on the presence or absence of preeclampsia: a PE group and a non-PE group. Demographics, clinical characteristics, maternal and perinatal outcomes, and potential factors linked to disease recurrence were analyzed. Results: In total, 616 patients were enrolled and respectively classified into the PE group (n = 51) and the non-PE group (n = 565). The incidence of PE in pregnant women with PCOS was 8.28%; this was significantly higher than that in non-PCOS pregnant women (3.22%, p < 0.001). Logistic regression analysis of the predictive factors for PE in women with PCOS revealed that the combination of maternal hyperandrogenism, a pre-pregnancy BMI ≥ 24 kg/m2, and a family history of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and assisted reproductive techniques (ART) exhibited the steepest receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve value at 0.797 [95% confidence interval (CI): 0.733–0.862]. Conclusions: Patients with PCOS have a higher incidence of PE. We identified a series of significant and independent factors associated with PE in PCOS: maternal hyperandrogenism, a pre-pregnancy BMI ≥ 24 kg/m2, and a family history of CVD and ART

    Association of the triglyceride-glucose index and vascular target organ damage in a Beijing community-based population

    ObjectiveWe aimed to explore the association between the triglyceride-glucose (TyG) index, a marker of insulin resistance (IR), and vascular target organ damage (TOD) in a Beijing community-based population, China.MethodsA total of 6,015 participants from an atherosclerosis cohort survey performed in the Shijingshan District in Beijing, China were included in our analysis. Vascular TOD, such as carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (cfPWV), brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), and the urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR) were all evaluated.ResultsThe overall mean age of all the participants was 62.35 years, 3,951 (65.69%) were female, and mean TyG index was 8.81. In univariable regression analyzes, an increased TyG index was associated with higher cfPWV, baPWV, lnUACR, and higher risk of cfPWV ≥ 10 m/s, baPWV ≥ 1,800 cm/s, and UACR ≥ 30 mg/g, respectively. Multivariable regression analyzes showed subjects with the TyG index in top tertile had a significant increase in cfPWV (β = 0.29 m/s; 95% confidence interval [95% CI] 0.19–0.40; pfortrend < 0.001), baPWV (β = 69.28 cm/s; 95% CI 50.97–87.59; pfortrend < 0.001), lnUACR (β = 0.23; 95% CI 0.13–0.34; pfortrend < 0.001), and had a higher risk of cfPWV ≥ 10 m/s (odds ratio [OR] = 1.47; 95% CI 1.17–1.85; pfortrend < 0.001), baPWV ≥ 1,800 cm/s (OR = 1.79; 95% CI 1.48–2.17; pfortrend < 0.001), and UACR ≥ 30 mg/g (OR = 1.71; 95% CI 1.30–2.24; pfortrend < 0.001) after fully adjusting for age, sex, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), self-reported coronary heart disease (CHD) and stroke, antihypertensive drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, and lipid-lowering drugs. Consistent conclusions were obtained in the subgroups without hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering medications or aged younger than 65 years old.ConclusionsThe TyG index was positively associated with artery stiffness and nephric microvascular damage in a Beijing community-based population in China. This result provides evidence that the TyG index may serve as a simple and effective indicator to reflect vascular TOD
