    Bank Credit Strategy Model Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

    Credit risk control and credit strategy formulation of medium and micro enterprises have always been important strategic issues faced by commercial banks. Banks usually make corporate loan policies based on the credit degree, the information of trading bills and the relationship of supply-demand chain of the enterprise. In this paper, we established the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for quantifying enterprise credit risk. Based on the relevant data of 123 enterprises with credit records, the credit strategy is formulated according to the three indicators of enterprise strength, enterprise reputation and stability of supply-demand relationship. This paper also combines the credit reputation, credit risk and supply and demand stability rating in order to establish the bank credit strategic planning model to decide whether to lend or not and the lending order. The conclusion shows that, under the condition of constant total loan amount, the enterprises with the highest credit rating should be given priority. Then, combined with the change of customer turnover rate with interest rate, we take the bank's maximize expected income as objective to calculate the optimal loan interest rate of different customer groups

    Increased utilization of fructose has a positive effect on the development of breast cancer

    Rapid proliferation and Warburg effect make cancer cells consume plenty of glucose, which induces a low glucose micro-environment within the tumor. Up to date, how cancer cells keep proliferating in the condition of glucose insufficiency still remains to be explored. Recent studies have revealed a close correlation between excessive fructose consumption and breast cancer genesis and progression, but there is no convincing evidence showing that fructose could directly promote breast cancer development. Herein, we found that fructose, not amino acids, could functionally replace glucose to support proliferation of breast cancer cells. Fructose endowed breast cancer cells with the colony formation ability and migratory capacity as effective as glucose. Interestingly, although fructose was readily used by breast cancer cells, it failed to restore proliferation of non-tumor cells in the absence of glucose. These results suggest that fructose could be relatively selectively employed by breast cancer cells. Indeed, we observed that a main transporter of fructose, GLUT5, was highly expressed in breast cancer cells and tumor tissues but not in their normal counterparts. Furthermore, we demonstrated that the fructose diet promoted metastasis of 4T1 cells in the mouse models. Taken together, our data show that fructose can be used by breast cancer cells specifically in glucose-deficiency, and suggest that the high-fructose diet could accelerate the progress of breast cancer in vivo

    It is crucial to develop novel metrology techniques in the semiconductor fabrication process to accurately measure a film’s thickness in a few nanometers, as well as the material profile of the film. Highly uniform trichlorosilane (1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltrichlorosilane, FDTS) derived SAM film patterns were fabricated by several conventional semiconductor fabrication methods combined, including photolithography, SAM vapor deposition, and the lift-off technique. Substantial information can be collected for FDTS SAM film patterns when Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) techniques are incorporated to investigate this material. Precise two-dimensional (2D) FDTS SAM film patterns were reconstructed through mapping analysis of corresponding elements and chemical state peaks by AES and XPS. Additionally, three-dimensional (3D) FDTS SAM film patterns were also reconstructed layer by layer through gas cluster ion beam (GCIB) etching and XPS analysis. These characterization results demonstrate that FDTS SAM film patterns based on the vapor deposition method are highly uniform because the vacuum and precise gas-delivery system exclude ambient environmental interference efficiently and ensure reaction process repeatability. AES and XPS techniques could be used for metrology applications in the semiconductor process with high-quality SAM microstructures and nanostructures

    Proteome-wide Mendelian randomization identifies causal plasma proteins in lung cancer

    Summary: Plasma proteins are promising biomarkers and potential drug targets in lung cancer. To evaluate the causal association between plasma proteins and lung cancer, we performed proteome-wide Mendelian randomization meta-analysis (PW-MR-meta) based on lung cancer genome-wide association studies (GWASs), protein quantitative trait loci (pQTLs) of 4,719 plasma proteins in deCODE and 4,775 in Fenland. Further, causal-protein risk score (CPRS) was developed based on causal proteins and validated in the UK Biobank. 270 plasma proteins were identified using PW-MR meta-analysis, including 39 robust causal proteins (both FDR-q < 0.05) and 78 moderate causal proteins (FDR-q < 0.05 in one and p < 0.05 in another). The CPRS had satisfactory performance in risk stratification for lung cancer (top 10% CPRS:Hazard ratio (HR) (95%CI):4.33(2.65–7.06)). The CPRS [AUC (95%CI): 65.93 (62.91–68.78)] outperformed the traditional polygenic risk score (PRS) [AUC (95%CI): 55.71(52.67–58.59)].
