The work has as objective to implement a pedagogical strategy for improving the process of sport initiation in Physical Education. The application of the pedagogical strategy favor the process of sport initiation in Physical Education, and increase the orientation and the children's motivation toward the sport practice and the level of preparation from the territory professors and trainers.El trabajo tiene como objetivo implementar una Estrategia Pedagógica para potenciar el proceso de iniciación deportiva en la Educación Física. La aplicación de la estrategia metodológica favoreció el proceso de iniciación deportiva en la Educación Física e incrementó la orientación y motivación de los niños hacia la práctica deportiva y el nivel de preparación de los profesores y entrenadores del territorio
