    Sufism and social education cannot be separated because Sufism itself is the knowledge of all forms of behavior of the human soul, both praiseworthy and despicable, then how to rid oneself of despicable deeds and decorate it with the praiseworthy, how to travel the way to Allah and run as fast as possible towards Allah SWT. Human interaction with other parties does not come out of three types of relationships. The focus of this research consists of: 1) What is the value of social education in Al-Hikam?, 2) How is the implementation of the value of social education in Al-Hikam?. To discuss the above research, the literary method is used, this research is a philosophical approach that plays a role in opening up thinking to realize the phenomena behind something that appears and also using another approach, namely the biographical approach that aims to describe the thoughts or views of figures, religious figures, politicians, or historian. The data source is taken from the work of Taj Al-Din Abu Al-Fadl Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abdul Karim bin Abdul Al-Rahman bin Abdulullah bin Isa bin Al-Husein bin Atha'illah with the title Al-Hikam. In this study, the following results were obtained: 1) Al-Hikam discussed a lot about Sufi Uluhiyah and Insaniyah. Tasawuf insaniyah discusses human nature related to human nature in the world and the hereafter. There is a maqamat that needs to be done to understand about relations with humans; tajrid maqam and asbab maqam. In this station, there needs to be an initial fortification in the form of a strong and straight mental self (riyadlah). And attitudes that can be learned in the book of Al-Hikam by Ibn Atha'illah are sincere, enterprising, tawadlu', friendship, respect for others, fair, and help each other. 2) The implementation of the value of social education in the book Al-Hikam is called suluk education which has two stages in its application, marhalah ta'sis (the phase of strengthening and planting) and marhalah nuwuww (the phase of distribution and development) which at each stage will be given suggestions and provision to make a good characteristic and nature of social education. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara serta dengan data dokumentasi.  Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa peran kepala madrasah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Adapun Kepala Madrasah sebagai Educator, memiliki strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah.     Fiqh is the discipline that is most affected by the changes in human life that come incessantly. Fiqh is intended to harmonize between the syar'i texts that have completed their revelations and are standardized in the Qur'an and assunaah with humans as objects of jurisprudence that never stop changing. So fiqh is the most extensive space for new ijitihad-ijitihad. Islamic jurisprudence and law will always adjust to socio-cultural conditions, and socio-historical and space that surrounds it, as well as in Indonesia, fiqh is used as a means in determining the direction of religious life of the Islamic community in Indonesia, the basic attitude of this Islamic tradition seems to have become the dominant choice and grip among fiqh experts in Indonesia. The dynamics of Indonesian jurisprudence in the Syafiiyah discourse, this can be understood because the process of Islamization in Indonesia since the 12th and 13th centuries was a time when the development of Islamic law was in a time of crisis by closing the door of ijtihad as its lowest point even in the next period many figures who sued this matter, the experts did not dare to think as freely and creatively as possible so as to bring up a product that is timeless, space and time.     Determining Phytocomponent of Vetiver Grass (Chrysopogon zizanioides) Under Drought Stress

    Vetiver grass (Chrysopogon zizanioides, Poaceae) is the leading commodity in Garut Regency, Indonesia, the second-largest producer in the world of vetiver oils. The content of vetiver oils is strongly influenced by the environment, for example, drought stress. Drought stress causes plants to adapt by producing secondary metabolites such as essential oils. This experiment aimed to analyze growth, phytocomponents and obtaining the best quality of vetiver grass accessions under drought stress. The results showed that root and shoot dry biomass were significantly affected by the interaction between drought stress duration and vetiver grass accession. The root dry biomass of Kamojang accession decreased by 25.4%, while Cilawu increased by 5% for 4 days of drought stress. The root length and shoot length were not significantly affected by the treatment. The highest root/shoot length ratio was Verina, and the lowest one was Cisarua. The highest increase in proline occurred in Cilawu accession (85.7%), while the lowest was Verina (6.67%). Essential root oils contain 53 types of phytocomponents, dominated by sesquiterpenes, being khusimol, the highest type. The Cilawu is the best accession based on growth and content rendement

    Hak-hak istri yang dicerai talak seharusnya dapat diterimanya sesuai dengan porsinya melalui penetapan dalam amar putusan pengadilan. Namun kenyataanya, dalam sebagian putusan cerai talak hak-hak itu tidak ditetapkan dalam amarnya. Termasuk dalam putusan cerai talak yang diputus di Pengadilan Agama Cianjur pada tahun 2018. Tulisan ini dibuat dengan tujuan: 1) untuk memahami perlindungan hak-hak istri dalam perkara cerai talak yang diputus di Pengadilan Agama Cianjur pada tahun 2018, dan 2) untuk memahami analisis hukum tentang perlindungan hak-hak istri dalam putusan cerai talak yang diputus Pengadilan Agama Cianjur pada tahun 2018. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif melalui studi kasus, penulis memperoleh simpulan bahwa: 1) putusan cerai talak di Pengadilan Agama Cianjur tahun 2018 tidak semuanya melindungi hak-hak istri, karena putusan yang persidangannya tidak dihadiri oleh pihak istri tidak menetapkan hak-hak istri dan sebagian putusan yang persidangannya dihadiri istri juga tidak menetapkan hak-haknya dalam amar putusan, dan 2) tatkala istri tidak hadir dalam persidangan, hakim tidak menetapkan hak-hak istri menggunakan hak ex officio-nya sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Pasal 41 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. Hakim menimbang bahwa dengan ketidakhadirannya, istri telah ridha untuk tidak ditetapkan hak-haknya dalam amar putusan. Pendapat hakim ini menurut penulis sama dengan keterangan dalam Kitab Ahkamul Qur’an Juz II yang menyatakan: “Barang siapa yang dipanggil untuk menghadap hakim Islam kemudian ia tidak menghadap, maka ia termasuk orang yang dzalim dan gugurlah haknya.

    Kepemimpinan Profetik Ala Kuntowijoyo dalam Tarekat Tijaniyah

    This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the prophetic leadership of kuntowijoyo in the Tijaniyah order in the city of Probolinggo covering how the prophetic leadership of muqoddam (leader) in the Tijaniyah order. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study research (field research) conducted directly in the city of Probolinggo. The intended targets to obtain data in this study are muqoddam (leader of the Tijaniyah order), brotherhood and akhowat (followers of the Tijaniyah order) and muhibbin (lovers of the Tijaniyah order) with techniques of collecting observation data, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The conclusion obtained from this study is that it is known that the prophetic leadership of the Tijaniyah order muqoddam refers to the 3 prophetic principles of Kuntowijoyo including humanization / amar ma'ruf habituation of wirid jamaah, liberation / nahi munkar by giving a study of religious knowledge needed especially Fiqh and Tasawuf and giving transparency not to hurt each other and always istiqomah, and transcendence, always shows that ridho Allah as the ultimate goal.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan profetik kuntowijoyo dalam tarekat Tijaniyah di kota Probolinggo mencakup bagaimana kepemimpinan profetik muqoddam (pemimpin) dalam tarekat Tijaniyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus (penelitian lapangan) yang dilakukan secara langsung di kota Probolinggo. Sasaran yang dituju untuk mendapatkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah muqoddam (pemimpin tarekat Tijaniyah), ikhwan dan akhowat (pengikut tarekat Tijaniyah) dan muhibbin (pencinta tarekat Tijaniyah) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan profetik muqoddam tarekat Tijaniyah mengacu pada 3 prinsip profetik Kuntowijoyo mencakup pada humanisasi/amar ma’ruf pembiasaan wirid berjamaah, liberasi/nahi munkar dengan memberi kajian seputar pengetahuan agama yang dibutuhkan terutama Fiqih dan Tasawuf dan memberi keteladanan untuk tidak saling menyakiti dan senantiasa istiqomah, serta transendensi, selalu menunjukkan bahwa ridho Allah sebagai tujuan akhir
