PERAN KELEMBAGAAN AGRIBISNIS DALAM RANGKA MENYUKSESKAN PROGRAM KETAHANAN PANGAN RIAU DI KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap peran Kelembagaan agribisnis dan bentuk peranan lembaga agribisnis dalam membantu petani menghadapi berbagai permasalahan usahatani dan peningkatan produktivitas padi di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara survei dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Responden penelitian sebanyak 40 orang petani padi yang tersebar di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa lembaga pascapanen adalah jenis kelembagaan agribisnis yang “sangat berperan dalam pengembangan usahatani padi di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu dengan perolehan rata-rata skor 4, 38. Sementara kelembagaan yang peranannya kurang dirasakan petani adalah lembaga keuangan sebagai sumber pembiayaan usahatani padi dengan skor 2, 61 kategori “ cukup berperan “

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah tanggung jawab yang melekat pada setiap perusahaan untuk tetap menciptakan hubungan yang serasi, seimbang, dan selaras dengan lingkungan, nilai, norma, dan budaya masyarakat setempat. Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 ditegaskan bahwa perusahaan yang menjalankan kegiatan usahanya di bidang sumber daya alam dan/atau bidang yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya alam wajib melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimanakah program CSR PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper sebagai satu perusahaan kehutanan terbesar di Provinsi Riau terhadap peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat di Kabupaten Pelalawan? Pengembangan dan Penguatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah Sektor Agribisnis di Provinsi Riau Oleh Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Syariah

The problem of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province is business capital. This study aims to analyze the development and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province by Islamic Rural Banks. The method used in this research is empirical research. The results of the study explain that the average Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province have characteristics in the age group of 38 to 43 years with junior high school level education and 1 to 7 years of business experience. There are two Sharia Rural Banks in Riau Province, namely BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah and BPRS Hasanah. Bank service variables and types of financing products have a significant effect on the development and strengthening of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the agribusiness sector in Riau Province up to 68%. The strategy adopted by BPRS Berkah Dana Fadhlillah and BPRS Hasanah is a faster financing process so that they can compete with conventional banks as well as product innovation and affordable administrative costs

PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMK FARMASI IKASARI PEKANBARU

The population in this study are all teachers SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru, amounting to 55 people. Sampling was performed using saturated sample. Data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and t-test. The tests are performed in order to determine the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. Based on the result of the research, the leadership, motivation, and performance are influenced on teacher’s performance. It is proved by finding the score of R=0.769. It means that there was a correlation among leadership, motivation and discipline on teachers’ performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru. Meanwhile the score of R was 56,7%. It means that there was a contribution of leadership, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance. Furthermore, it has positive contribution on teachers’ performance by finding F score is 24.800 and level significant is 0.000. Partially, there was a positive significant effect of leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers; performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School pekanbaru. The details of the linear regression as follow: Y = 14.359 + 0,149X1 + 0,185X2 + 0,376X3 and sig. 0.048, 0.040, 0.000 are lower than Alpha 5%. The conclusion of the research was the hypothesis partially and altogether among leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance was proved and accepted

PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KOTA PEKANBARU

One of the goals of the establishment of Indonesia as a country is to improve the welfare of the people. The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has greatly affected the condition of the national economy, including in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this research is sociological law research. The strategy that can be applied by MSME actors in Pekanbaru City to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic is to make creative innovations that do not violate government policies. Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises stipulates that the government is obliged to empower MSMEs in order to maintain national economic stability.
