    Contribution à l’étude du cycle de reproduction de Gammarus marmouchensis Fadil, 2006 (Crustacés, Amphipodes) dans la source Tataw (Moyen Atlas, Maroc)

    Gammarus marmouchensis Fadil, 2006, une espèce endémique du maroc qui vit exclusivement dans la source Tataw près d'Imouzzer Marmoucha au Maroc, la bibliographie, ne nous fournit qu'une indication concernant cette espèce patrimoniale, et on ne dispose pas de données concernant son écologie et son cycle de développement. C’est dans cette perspective que s’inscrit notre travail de recherche qui consiste à étudier les paramètres régissant le cycle de reproduction. Pour cela, un relevé mensuel de la faune benthique a été effectué durant un an, toutes les 4 semaines, soit un total de 12 mois d’échantillonnage, permettant de couvrir un cycle annuel. Parallèlement à ces relevés biologiques, des prélèvements des échantillons d'eau destinés aux analyses physicochimiques et bactériologiques ont était faits durant l’année de l’étude aux mêmes endroits d'échantillonnage afin d’avoir précisément l’évolution de ces paramètres dans le temps et de contrôler leur synchronisme avec le cycle biologique G. marmouchensisDe diverses indications analytiques, on peut déduire que les paramètres biologiques étudiés évoluent indépendamment des caractéristiques physicochimiques et bactériologiques du milieu mis à part la température, aussi, l'examen des courbes obtenues montre que différentes générations de G. marmouchensis se chevauchent dans la source Tataw à Immouzzer Marmoucha. Cette espèce présente une activité reproductrice continue, la sex-ratio est à égalité, la taille moyenne est minimale au hiver et maximale en été, l'évolution de la structure d’âge et de la taille semble être régie par les mêmes causes ; l'activité sexuelle est intense en été, le maximum est atteint au printemps. Etant donné les faibles écarts de température, les facteurs déterminant le cycle de reproduction de G. marmouchensis ne pourront être que, soit le changement de la photopériode avec ses conséquences, soit les variations du débit alimentaire, soit les deux ensembles.Mots-clés : Gammarus marmouchensis, cycle biologique, Immouzer marmoucha, Maroc

    Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Di Kelurahan Kotabaru Tengah

    Partisipasi masyarakat Kelurahan Kotabaru Tengah dalam perencanaan pembangunan yang menjadi fokus perhatian dalam peningkatan pembangunan dan menangani permasalahan di Kelurahan Kotabaru Tengah. Namun yang menjadi pertanyaan apakah partisipasi masyarakat tersebut telah sesuai dan dapat mencarikan solusi dalam menangani permasalahan yang ada serta merencanakan pembangunan yang tepat sasaran sesuai dengan kebutuhkan Masyarakat di Kelurahan Kotabaru Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan partisipasi masyarakat pada pelaksanaan Musrenbangkel di Kelurahan Kotabaru Tengah Kecamatan Pulau Laut Utara Kabupaten Kotabaru.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah, pertama, pelaksanaan musrenbangkel telah sesuai dengan pedoman dan sasaran yang ditetapkan dimana dalam pelaksanaanya terbuka ruang partisipasi masyarakat dalam memberikan usulan perencanaan pembangunan di kelurahan melalui aktor-aktor masyarakat. Kedua, Bentuk partisipasi masyarakat dalam Musrenbangkel Kotabaru Tengah pada tahun 2013 dari segi kehadiran peserta sudah representatif. Komunikasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sudah bersifat dua arah, dalam pemberian informasi sudah mulai diberikan jauh-jauh hari namun pemberitahuan secara formal masih terbatas dengan waktu. Masyarakat terlibat dalam proses penyusunan/Perumusan kegiatan perancanaan pembangunan di Kelurahan Kotabaru Tengah, namun tidak ada sarana dalam melakukan kontrol dan pengawasan bagi masyarakat dalam Musrenbangkel. Masyarakat telah dapat memberikan usulan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ada di lingkungan mereka, dalam penentuan skala prioritas ditentukan oleh peserta rapat dengan tim pelaksana Musrenbangkel dalam diskusi. Pengambilan keputusan realisasi kegiatan tetap ditangan pemerintah, akan tetapi masih minimnya kontrol dan pengawasan dari masyarakat dan pemerintah. Ketiga, peran pemerintah dalam dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kabupaten Kotabaru dalam pelaksanan Musrenbangkel memiliki peran sebagai regulator untuk melahirkan kebijakan-kebijakan dan mekanisme-mekanisme perencanaan yang tepat untuk menumbuhkan partisipasi masyarakat serta untuk menciptakan ruang partisipasi. Sementara itu peran pemerintah kecamatan berfungsi sebagai motifator, fasilitator, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pemerintah kelurahan dalam musrenbangkel sendiri berperan sebagai sosialisasi dan pelaksana musrenbang kelurahan

    This research is about the influence of Lecturer Performance toward Student's Learning Interest. The aim of this research is to find out about is it true that lecture performance influence students learning interest. In order to find it out, the highlight of this research is lecturer performance which includes phisically lecturer performance, lecturer knowledge about the subject which he or she going to explain, lecturer behaviour on the way he or she teaching, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.This research is using questionnaire to measure student interest and also observation form to find out lecturer performance, in order to collect the data. The data collection is taken at the Faculty of Economics, Management Department of Batanghari University at the even semester, year 2014/2015, student year of 2009 through 2014 which is still active academically, and also guest lecturers, senior lecturer, junior lecturer who give lecture at Batanghari University, specially at the Faculty of Economics, Management Department.     Keywords: implicature, Kick Andy Show, kelirumologi Consciously or not, ideal communication does not always happen in conversation. It may lead to what is called implicature. In this study, the researcher conducted a study about Implicature in Kick Andy Show, specifically on Kelirumologi episode that reveals its occurrence in the interview. The researcher uses Grice's theory which reveals the implicit meaning found in the conversation. There are two problems in the study which need to be unraveled, those are : (1) What are the types of implicatures used in the interview between Andy F. Noya and Jaya Suprana in Kick Andy show? (2) How are the implicatures used in the interview between Andy F. Noya and Jaya Suprana inKick Andy show?This study uses descriptive qualitative method as it describes the phenomena of language that is used in the current interview. It is a qualitative study since the data are in the forms of sentences which are not statistically analyzed and directed toward determining the nature of situation, as it exists at the time of study. Qualitative study assumes that reality is socially constructed through individual or collective definitions of a situation.This study discovers that there are nineteen statements conveying implicature voiced by Andy and Jaya Supranadivided into two categories of conversational implicature; Generalized Conversational Implicature and Particularized Conversational Implicature. On its findings, implicature is often used by Andy F. Noya and Jaya Suprana as a strategy to convey implicit meaning towards audience to explain speaker's intentions, which presents conceivable explanations of how implied meaning can be expressed by the addressee. It can be concluded that to understand particularized conversational implicature is more difficult than generalized conversational implicature. The reasons are because the hearers will (1) understand the meaning of utterance if they know the context, and (2) have background knowledge or prior knowledge.The researcher suggests the next students who intendto continue this studyto use data related to the association of Implicature and Gender by comparingimplicature used by both men and women.     Experimental Design of Electrocoagulation and Magnetic Technology for Enhancing Suspended Solids Removal From Synthetic Wastewater

    Design of experiments (DOE) is one of the statistical method that is used as a tool to enhance and improve experimental quality. The changes to the variables of a process or system is supposed to give the optimal result (response) and quite satisfactory. Experimental design can defined as a test or series of test series by varying the input variables (factors) of a process that can known to cause changes in output (response). This paper presents the results of experimental design of wastewater treatment by electrocoagulation (EC) technique. A combined magnet and electrocoagulation (EC) technology were designed to increase settling velocity and to enhance suspended solid removal efficiencies from wastewater samples. In this experiment, a synthetic wastewater samples were prepared by mixing 700 mg of the milk powder in one litre of water and treated by using an acidic buffer solution. The monopolar iron (Fe) plate anodes and cathodes were employed as electrodes. Direct current was varied in a range of between 0.5 and 1.1 A, and flowrate in a range of between 1.00 to 3.50 mL/s. One permanent magnets namely AlNiCo with a magnetic strength of 0.16T was used in this experiment. The results show that the magnetic field and the flowrate have major influences on suspended solids removal. The efficiency removals of suspended solids, turbidity and COD removal efficiencies at optimum conditions were found to be more than 85%, 95%, and 75%, respectively

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of fishermen in the tourism activities of the business and employment opportunities. This study also examines the relationship between the characteristics of the group members and group elements with the role of fishermen, where the research was conducted on a group cruise boat belonging to the Organization of Boat Cruise Pangandaran (OBCP) Pangandaran Village. On testing the characteristics of group members to the role of fishermen, there was a real relationship. In the test group elements with the role of fishermen, there was a real relationship unless the relationship norms/rules of the group with the group supporting service units were not real relationships. Finally, in testing the role of fishermen and businesses and employment opportunities, there was a real relationship, this was evidenced by the presence of several members of the group who has other business other than as a fisherman or a boat cruise as homestays, restaurants and stalls

Banyak data dan informasi mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis radiasi ini, bahkan tidak dapat diperoleh atau dilakukan melalui teknologi lain, dan hasilnya pun dapat diandalkan (impresif). Sebagai contoh lebih dari 25 juta prosedur pencitraan nuklir dilakukan setiap tahunnya di seluruh dunia untuk diagnosa penyakit, dan setiap tahun hampir 10 juta orang memanfaatkan radiofarmasi (obat mengandung zat radioaktif) terutama untuk pengobatan kanker.     Based on data from the World Health Organization, showed that liver disease in Indonesia is in endemic high ranks. Early diagnosis of liver disease is very necessary for prevention and minimize the risk of liver disease. Research has been conducted on 28 patients on the biodistribution test of the liver scan using in vivo nuclear medicine technique that aims to determine the accumulation of counts Tc99m Sulfur Colloid in the body's metabolism, the percentage uptake activity in the heart, spleen, kidney, bladder, and liver as the target organ. The study was conducted using Tc99m obtained from elution of Mo99 generator and mixed with sulfur colloid. Tc99m allows a radiopharmaceutical can be detected and known location and sulfur colloid to determine where the target of radiopharmaceutical is accumulated. Liver scan is performed by injecting Tc99m Sulfur Colloid intravenously into the patient's arm as much as 2- 6mCi. Furthermore, the anterior posterior planar imaging in abdominal cavity at 5 minutes and 1 hour after injection of the patient by using a gamma camera. Determining the state of liver function can be seen from the percentage uptake activity at 5 minutes and 1 hour, the shape and size of the heart which can be evaluated from the image obtained. Biodistribution of Tc99m Sulfur Colloid showed a high percentage of the liver after 5 minutes and 1 hour. Based on the value percentage uptake activity obtained, there were 18 patients with a normal liver and 10 patients with abnormal liver
