    We provide here the files used as inputs to simulate neutral dynamics on spatially structured and unstructured archipelagos. Details on the structure of these inputs are given as comments in the algorithms, and simple exemples are provided with the Codes of the models. This data include: the carrying capacities on islands/archipelagos (CarryingCapacities_...txt), the species abundance distributions of the mainland species (Distri_mainland...txt), the matrices of connectivity (Mcon_...txt), and the sampling frequencies on islands/archipelagos (SamplingFrequency...txt)

    Habitat characteristics of the 32 sites where Drepanotrema depressissimum has been sampled for genetic analysis. "Lat" and "Long" are site latitude and longitude respectively (WGS84). "Year" is the sampling year. "Si", "V", "C", "St" and "G" are the five habitat characteristics used in the study (see the Materials and methods for more details). "SR", "SR_Pulmonates" and "SR_Caenogastropods" are long-term estimations of total species richness, Pulmonate species richness, and Caenogastropod species richness respectively
