ΠΠ½Π΅ΡΠ½ΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ»ΠΈΡΠΈΠΊΠ° ΠΠ°Π±ΠΎΠ½ΡΠΊΠΎΠΉ Π Π΅ΡΠΏΡΠ±Π»ΠΈΠΊΠΈ: Π½ΠΎΠ²ΡΠ΅ ΠΏΡΠΈΠΎΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΡ ΠΈ Π·Π°Π΄Π°ΡΠΈ
The article considers the features of formation and realization of foreign policy and the basic characteristics of the international image of modern Gabon are considered. It is shown, that the foreign policy is the important direction in the state activity of Gabon and is intended to offer the General public all over the world complete and reliable information on the situation in the country on key international issues, activities and initiatives of Gabon in the field of political space and the processes and projects of socio-economic development, its cultural and scientific achievements. Foreign policy activity is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the realization of the historic choice of the Gabonese people to strengthen the rule of law, market economy and democratic society, to focus on the social dimension. Πerewith this article analyzes the main provisions of the foreign policy of the Gabonese Republic, considered in conjunction with the country''s development objectives defined in the strategic plan βA prosperous Gabonβ. Particular attention is paid to the role of the President in making foreign policy decisions and ideas about the prospects for the development of Gabon''s foreign policy. Key value of principles of maintenance of the sovereignty and the international inclusiveness, influence of the factor of the French language and policy of multilateral diplomacy is underlined at definition of objectives and priorities of foreign policy of Gabon during an epoch of new international realities. This article highlights the issues of definition and classification of chronic constipation, the most prevailing pathology among gastrointestinal tract diseases. The authors demonstrate anatomical and physiological specifics of children's gastrointestinal tract, pathogenic aspects of this condition development. Also this article covers modern principles of dietary treatment and pharmacotherapy of constipation in children.Key words: chronic constipation, pathogenesis, clinical aspects, diagnostics, treatment, children
EXPERIENCE OF CETIRIZINE SYRUP APPLICATION IN THE ATOPIC ECZEMA IN CHILDREN
This article demonstrates the results of the scientific research, whose purpose was to study the impact of cetirizine syrup on the course of atopic eczema among 36 children (2β6 years old). The study shows that introduction of the medication in the complex therapy of atopic eczema in children provides a fast clinical effect. Cetirizine syrup is well tolerated by the children.Key words: atopic eczema, children, treatment
