A theoretical and methodological framework for the analysis and measurement of environmental heritage at local level

The study aims to assess the lived experience and the environmental heritage perceived level by residents of an high complexity rural area, and which is, in this context, the role played by production of renewable energies. The paper introduces the concept of rural capital as an effective tool for environmental heritage analysis and measurement. The proposed theoretical and methodological approach allows, in fact, its analysis in order to understand what dimensions related to territoriality are connected to the perceived level of environmental heritage at local level. Translated into operational terms, the methodology has resulted in an empirical analysis of a rural and inner area of Sicily, performed both through the examination of identified benchmark indicators, and through the observation of various phenomena, directly experienced by rural residents, detected by sample surveys that, by using a complex sampling design, allow more accurate estimates, modelled on the contexts. All these results are integrated by a multi-case study carried out by a qualitative survey detected both through desk analysis and in field observation, and through in-depth interviews with stakeholders and focus groups with local actors, all asked to assess in a participative way. The research proves that it is necessary to activate the processes of participation and social learning in order to energy planning of the territorial system, allowing at the same time to protect, preserve and enhance the environmental and natural heritage

Algebraic dynamics in O*-algebras: a perturbative approach

In this paper the problem of recovering an algebraic dynamics in a perturbative approach is discussed. The mathematical environment in which the physical problem is considered is that of algebras of unbounded operators endowed with the quasi-uniform topology. After some remarks on the domain of the perturbation, conditions are given for the dynamics to exist as the limit of a net of regularized linear maps

La cultura del piano e il turismo relazionale integrato

L\u2019autore principale, alla data di pubblicazione del saggio, \ue8 responsabile del Laboratorio in Pianificazione Territoriale nel corso di Laurea in Pianificazione Territoriale Urbanistica e Ambientale dell\u2019Universit\ue0 di Palermo. Considerando il quadro delle modalit\ue0 di insegnamento della disciplina della pianificazione territoriale, la morfologia urbana e territoriale \ue8 la prevalente tipologia di approccio alle pratiche di trasformazione caratterizza le metodologie didattiche nelle scuole di architettura, mentre le teorie, da cui tali metodologie discendono, restano ben distinte e distanti dai saperi prossimi (e indispensabili) all\u2019urbanistica: ingegneria, scienze agrarie, geologiche, scienze della terra, scienze sociali, economiche e giuridiche. The pluricomplex Poisson kernel for strongly convex domains

Let D be a bounded strongly convex domain in the complex space of dimension n. For a fixed point p epsilon partial derivative D, we consider the solution of a homogeneous complex Monge-Ampere equation with a simple pole at p. We prove that such a solution enjoys many properties of the classical Poisson kernel in the unit disc and thus deserves to be called the pluricomplex Poisson kernel of D with pole at p. In particular we discuss extremality properties (such as a generalization of the classical Phragmen-Lindelof theorem), relations with the pluricomplex Green function of D, uniqueness in terms of the associated foliation and boundary behaviors. Finally, using such a kernel we obtain explicit reproducing formulas for plurisubharmonic functions
