Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Diare pada Balita

Penyakit diare masih sering menimbulkan kejadian luar biasa dengan jumlah penderita yang banyak dalam waktu yang singkat. Di Kabupaten OKU, Diare masih menjadi 5 penyakit terbanyak, salah satunya adalah Kelurahan Saung Naga dengan jumlah angka kunjungan diare pada Balita pada tahun 2013 ada sebanyak 159 (18,8%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian diare pada Balita. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai Balita bertempat tinggal di Kelurahan Saung Naga sebanyak 843 ibu Balita dengan sampel berjumlah 159 ibu Balita. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Lokasi penelitian di Kelurahan Saung Naga Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Agung Baturaja Barat yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2014.Analisis data dengan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian diketahui ada hubungan antara informasi kesehatan dengan kejadian diare (p-value 0,001). Ada hubungan cara pemberian makan dengan kejadian diare (p-value 0,001). Ada hubungan antara ketersediaan jamban (p-value 0,000). Ada hubungan antara penyediaan air bersih dengan kejadian diare (p-value 0,001)

The Overview of Intraoperative Awareness Events in Patients Post Surgery with General Anesthesia in the General Hospital Arifin Achmad

Intraoperative awareness is a rare complication of general anesthesia but its an unpleasant phenomenon and can continue into Post traumatic stress disorder that can impair the quality of life of patients after the surgery with general anesthesia. The aims of the present study was to determine the incidence of intraoperative awareness events in patients post surgery with general anesthesia in the general hospital arifin achmad of Riau province.this is a descriptive study based on questionnaire of brice interview that was carried out in patients after the surgery with the general anesthesia. The interview data obtained from 35 patients.none of them experienced awareness during general anesthesia. Possible awareness observed in 1 patient (2,86%) and 2 patiens (5,72%) experienced dreaming. Pelaksanaan Fungsi pengawasan Badan Pemusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Penyelengaraan Pemerintahan Desa Sinaka Kecamatan Pagai Selatan bertujuan untuk peningkatan kinerja pemerintahan desa. Lokasi dari penelitian ini adalah Desa Sinaka Kecamatan Pagai Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai sedangkan fokus penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan. Pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa (Studi Desa Sinaka Kecamatan Pagai Selatan) belum berjalan dengan optimal. Ini terlihat dari aspek kendala belum memadai sarana dan prasarana dan kekurangan sumber daya manusia serta lemahnya pengawasan yang dilaksanakan pelaksana. The aim of the study is to determine the effects of blackberry and analyze the concept of self inflected by the effects of blackberry in Junior High School students of SMP Neg. 06 Makassar. The hypothesis test uses non parametric test and linier regression analysis. The conclusion of the research: first hypothesis “there are difference achievement of SMA N 2 Sukoharjo and SMA N 2 Surakarta students”, accepted. This kind of thing is seen from the result of data analysis which show the quarrel from both Z as big as 4.893, and p=0,00; p is smaller than 0,01. Second hypothesis “the school influences the average of students' achievement”. It is shown in the result of analysis Rxy = 0.615; determinant coefficient=0.378; f regression value as big as 35.838; significant level 0.00. it can be concluded that there is a sharp double correlation between school environment toward the average of students achievement

The liver plays an important role in detoxifying chemicals that are not useful or harmful to the body. There are many factors that affect liver damage, such as viruses, bacteria, toxicity from drugs and chemicals and excessive alcohol consumption. Alcohol consumption over a long period of time with a certain amount can cause various diseases, one of which is liver dysfunction such as alcoholic liver disease. Disruption of the mechanism in the liver can result in swelling with an increase in liver transaminase enzymes produced, namely Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) or Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), but more specific Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) tests are carried out because these enzymes are produced in the liver, so that this enzyme can be used to assess abnormalities or disorders of liver function. The results of the examination of serum ALT levels consuming alcoholic beverages ranged from 12-86 U / I, where the normal ALT levels from 30 samples were 28 people, namely 93.33%, and ALT levels were more than normal as much as 2 people, namely 6.67%

Determinan Kepemilikan Jamban Sehat di Desa Sukomulyo Martapura Palembang

Environmental conditions that are very influential on health status include the provision of clean water, family latrines, housing conditions and environmental conditions of the settlement. The villages with the lowest sanitation access (low latrines) in the working area of UPTD Kotabaru Health Center were Sukomulyo (56.5%), Kotabaru Barat (62.9%), Kotabaru Selatan (63.9%). The purpose of this research is to know the determinant of the ownership of healthy latrine in Sukomulyo Village. The research used cross sectional approach. Population is all head of household having latrines in Sukomulyo Village as many as 472 head of family. The sample of research using simple random sampling technique amounted to 213 samples. Data analysis using chi square test to know the relation of independent variable with dependent variable. The results showed there was a significant correlation between the ownership of healthy latrine with education (p value 0,001), knowledge (p value 0,001), attitude (p value 0,001) and family income (p value 0,001). The conclusion of the research shows that there is a correlation between education, knowledge, attitude and income of the family with the ownership of healthy latrine in Sukomulyo Village Working Area of UPTD Kotabaru Health Center of Martapura Sub-district, OKU Timur Regency

Penentuan Produk Kerajinan Unggulan dengan Menggunakan Madm-saw

Pemilihan produk unggulan diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah kabupaten Klaten dalam menentukan produk unggulan berdasarkan data jumlah unit USAha untuk setiap jenis industri kerajinan, jumlah tenaga kerja, nilai investasi dan nilai produksi yang akan dirangking. Diawali dengan melakukan analisa terhadap industri kerajinan, kriteria penilaian yang nanti selanjutnya digunakan sebagai kriteria dalam proses perangkingan dan melakukan pembobot pada masing-masing kriteria penilaian. Nilai bobot kriteria dari masing-masing industri tersebut diproses dengan melakukan analisis SAW untuk mendapatkan industri kerajinan dengan peringkat terbaik berdasarkan bobot dari masing-masing kriteria. Hasil ditampilkan dalam dashboard bentuk diagram batang untuk menunjang pengambilan keputusan oleh pemerintah kabupaten Klaten
