A orientação sobre a identidade do aluno e sua influência no tamanho e na natureza da atividade física
This article is a relevance of new methods search of the classes organization in physical culture and ways of influence which would provide formation of positive orientation of the identity of the student on systematic occupations with physical culture and sport. Results of large-scale research on studying of orientation of the students’ identity and its influence on size and the nature of physical activity are presented in the article. As a result of research, it is proved that the personality orientation exerts direct impact on size and the nature of physical activity and incidence of students.Este artículo es una relevancia de los nuevos métodos de búsqueda de la organización de las clases en la cultura física y las formas de influencia que proporcionarían la formación de una orientación positiva de la identidad del estudiante en las ocupaciones sistemáticas con la cultura física y el deporte. Los resultados de la investigación a gran escala sobre el estudio de la orientación de la identidad de los estudiantes y su influencia en el tamaño y la naturaleza de la actividad física se presentan en el artículo. Como resultado de la investigación, se demuestra que la orientación de la personalidad ejerce un impacto directo en el tamaño y la naturaleza de la actividad física y la incidencia de los estudiantes.Este artigo é uma relevância dos novos métodos de busca da organização das aulas na cultura física e as formas de influência que proporcionariam a formação de uma orientação positiva da identidade do aluno nas ocupações sistemáticas com a cultura física e o esporte. Os resultados da pesquisa em larga escala sobre o estudo da orientação da identidade do estudante e sua influência no tamanho e na natureza da atividade física são apresentados no artigo. Como resultado da pesquisa, mostra-se que a orientação da personalidade tem um impacto direto no tamanho e na natureza da atividade física e na incidência de estudantes
Influence of elective disciplineson physical fitness and somatic health of students
The aim of the study is to assess the impact of classes within the framework of the discipline "Elective disciplines in physical education and sports" on physical fitness and somatic health of students. Methodology: 300 students participated in the study. Research methods: study, analysis, comparison of scientific and methodological literature data on the studied problem of domestic and foreign scientists, testing of physical qualities, the index method, functional tests, methods of mathematical statistics. The results of our research allow us to assert that practicing one type of motor activity within the framework of the subject does not allow us to realize most of the tasks that must be solved in the course of classes in this discipline. Such classes do not have a comprehensive impact on physical fitness, unlike academic physical education classes, which include various sports. In this regard, we recommend considering the possibility of applying individual programs for self-organization of students' motor modes in the educational space of the university. Conclusion. Our study showed that one academic lesson per week does not significantly affect the physical fitness of students, but at the same time contributes to a significant improvement in the level of health in most experimental groups
Using chatbot application “Telegram” to improve functional fitness, physical fitness and academic performance of students
The aim of the study is to evaluate the possibility of using the chatbot application “Telegram” to improve the indicators of physical fitness, functional fitness and academic performance of students. The study uses the following methods: pedagogical experiment, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The authors propose to influence the physical condition of students using modern, fashionable information technology in the form of chat-bot application “Telegram”, which can have a positive impact on students. The article describes the mechanism of the chat-bot application “Telegram”, the organization of the study and the interaction of the teacher with the participants of the experiment. Testing on the selected criteria at the beginning and end of the experiment was carried out. The obtained indicators were processed using the program SPSS Statistic, nonparametric method by Mann-Whitney U-criterion (P ≤ 0.05). Reliable differences of the studied criteria of physical fitness and functional capabilities of the organism between the control and experimental groups were obtained. Investigation of Relationships in the Children's Team in the Process of Sports Gaming
The article presents the results of studying the children's readiness (in the age of 5-7 years old) to interact with peers and adults in the elementary sports and gaming activities. The study was carried out within the framework of the pilot program of the Russian Academy of Education, based on the pre-school educational institutions in the city of Belgorod. To study the relationship in the children's team we used observation, sociometric technique, and diagnostic game situation. The analysis of results obtained showed the presence of problems of readiness to interact with peers and the formation of a communicative component of social experience in children in the age of 5-7 years old. Namely: insufficient level of children's independence, limited ideas about the possibility of using the sports and gaming activities in their own experience, low level of social and normative behavior. The results of the study confirmed the data previously presented in the publications on the growth in the number of preschool children not capable to interpersonal interaction
