Lapsen osallisuus päiväkodin arjessa

Tämä on projektiopinnäytetyö, jonka tilaajana oli Myllärin päiväkoti. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli kartoittaa, miten osallisuus näkyy päiväkodin arjessa, sekä selvittää, miten lapsilähtöisyyteen voidaan kiinnittää enemmän huomiota. Toiminnan suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa huomioitiin lasten luontaiset toimintatavat. Työn tavoitteena oli lisätä päiväkodin lapsilähtöistä toimintaa sekä lapsen osallisuutta arjessa. Projektin avulla haluttiin lisätä päiväkodin henkilökunnan innostusta lapsilähtöiseen toimintaan ja tämän avulla luoda lapsille mielekkäämpi arki varhaiskasvatuksessa. Tietoperustan keskeisinä elementteinä olivat lapsen osallisuus sekä lapsen arki päivähoidossa. Projektiopinnäytetyön pohjalla toimi valtakunnallinen varhaiskasvatussuunnitelma. Opinnäytetyön tekeminen lisäsi ymmärrystä siitä, kuinka tärkeää lapsen osallisuus on päiväkodin arjessa, sekä innostaa toteuttamaan sitä oikealla tavalla tulevaisuudessa. Projektin onnistumista arvioitiin päiväkodin työntekijöiden ja lasten kirjallisen palautteen sekä itsearvioinnin avulla.This is a project type thesis which was subscribed by Mylläri Kindergarten. The purpose of this study was to explore participation of the children in ordinary kindergarten day, as well as figure out how a child-oriented approach can be paid more attention. In to the planning and implementation of activities children’s natural ways of action were taken into account. The goal of this thesis was to increase child-oriented activities in the kindergarten and the child’s participation in everyday life. The project was intended to increase the day-care-center staff’s enthusiasm to implement child-oriented activities and this will help to create a more meaningful everyday life for children in early childhood education. Key elements of knowledgebase were the child participation and the child’s everyday life in day care. Background of the project thesis was the national early childhood education plan. Making of the present thesis increased understanding of the importance of child participation in everyday life in kindergarten, as well as to inspire to implement it properly in the future. Success of the project was evaluated by the day care center workers and the children’s written feedback and self-evaluation

Sataosaajat Osuuskunnan taloudellisen tilan analysointi ja kannattavuuden parantaminen

Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli yrityksen taloudellinen menestyminen ja erityisesti kannattavuus. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tarkastella Sataosaajat Osuuskunnan taloudellista menestymistä sekä löytää keinoja kannattavuuden parantamiseen. Opinnäytetyön teoriaosassa käsiteltiin yrityksen talouden eri osa-alueita sekä niiden välisiä yhteyksiä. Lisäksi näistä talouden osa-alueista esiteltiin joitakin yleisesti käytettyjä tunnuslukuja. Teoriaosan pääpainona oli yrityksen kannattavuus. Siitä käsiteltiin sen merkitystä yritykselle sekä sitä, miten siihen voidaan vaikuttaa lyhyellä tähtäimellä ja miten sitä voidaan suunnitella ja seurata. Tutkimus toteutettiin laatimalla yrityksen virallisen tuloslaskelman ja taseen avulla tilinpäätösanalyysi, jonka avulla analysoitiin yrityksen taloudellista tilaa ja sen kehitystä vuosina 2010-2014. Lisäksi tutkimuksessa hyödynnettiin katetuottolaskelmaa ja herkkyysanalyysia kannattavuuden analysoinnissa. Katetuottolaskennan avulla pyrittiin saamaan selville, minkälaisia toimenpiteitä yritys voisi tehdä kannattavuutensa parantamiseksi. Tutkimuksessa käytettiin myös kirjanpitäjän sekä toimitusjohtajan teemahaastattelua, jotta saatiin monipuolinen käsitys yrityksen toiminnasta ja sen taloudelliseen tilaan vaikuttaneista tekijöistä. Lisäksi tarkentavia kysymyksiä esitettiin Sataosaajat Osuuskunnan kirjanpitäjälle. Tutkimuksen perusteella voitiin todeta, että Sataosaajat Osuuskunnan kannattavuus oli heikko vuosina 2010-2014. Kuitenkin yrityksen maksuvalmius ja vakavaraisuus olivat hyvässä kunnossa. Liikevaihdossa oli tapahtunut hyppäys vuonna 2011, jonka jälkeen liikevaihto on kasvanut tasaisesti. Jatkossa tulisikin huolehtia, että liikevaihto kasvaisi tasaisesti, jotta yrityksen kasvavat kulut saataisiin katettua ja rahoitusrakenne pysyisi terveenä. Hintojen nostaminen sekä kiinteiden kulujen vähentäminen osoittautuivat tutkimuksen avulla ensisijaisiksi ja välttämättömiksi keinoiksi Sataosaajat Osuuskunnan kannattavuuden parantamiseksi.The purpose of this thesis was the economic success of the company and specially the profitability. The aim of this thesis was to study the economic success of Sataosaajat Osuuskunta and to find ways to improve its profitability. The company´s different parts of the economy and a connection between them were dealt with the theoretical part of the thesis. In addition some of the commonly used indicators of these were presented. The main stress of the theoretical part was the profitability of the company. Its importance for the company and how it can be influenced in the short term and how it can be planned and monitored were dealt with the profitability. The examination was realized to drawing up the analysis of the financial statements with the help of the official income statement and the balance sheet, whereby company´s financial statement and development in the years 2010-2014 were analyzed. In addition the contribution margin calculation and sensitivity analysis was exploited in the examination to analyzing the profitability. With the help of the contribution margin calculation was tried to find out, what kind of measures the company could use to improve its profitability. The theme interview of the accountant and the CEO was used with the help of the examination to obtain a diverse understanding of the activities of the company and the factors that affected its financial condition. In addition Sataosaajat Osuuskunta´s accountant was asked specifying questions. With the help of the examination could be concluded that the profitability of Sataosaajat Osuuskunta was poor in 2010-2014. However the liquid and the solidity of the company were in good condition. The turnover had grown with the leap in 2011 and after that the turnover has grown steadily. In the future should be taken care of turnover´s steady growth, in order to cover company´s growing costs and to remain the financial structure healthy. With the help of the examination raising the prices and the reduction of the fixed costs were proved for a primary and necessary tools to improve the profitability of Sataosaajat Osuuskunta
