Pengaruh Corporate Social Reposibility Disclosure, Intelectual Capital Terhadap Return On Asset

CSR Disclosure merupakan suatu bentuk kepeduliaan perusahaan terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan. Stake holder maupun shareholder akan menilai bahwa perusahaan sebagai entitas yang selalu peduli terhadap masalah sosial maupun lingkungan. Pada level ekonomi mikro, intellectual capital mengacu pada sumber daya berupa nilai tambah yang bentuknya tidak berwujud bagi organisasi. Intellectual capital ini bisa berupa: human capital (misalnya: keterampilan, pengalaman, pelatihan, dan lain-lain), relational capital (misalnya: pelanggan, hubungan dengan stakeholder, merek, perjanjian), dan structural capital (misalnya: budaya perusahaan, suasana kerja, sistem, dan hak-hak yang bersifat non material). Return on asset (ROA) merupakan salah satu rasio profitabilitas yang mengukur efektivitas perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan dengan memanfaatkan aset yang dimiliki perusahaan. Sampel yang dipergunakan perusahaan LQ45 yang Listed di BEJ 2020-2021. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Smart PLS 2.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa CSR disclosure memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap Return on Asset (ROA). Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi pengungkapan pemberian CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan maka semakin baik pula kinerja keuangan yang terdapat di perusahaan tersebut. Intellectual capital berpengaruh positif terhadap Return on Asset perusahaan. Semakin tinggi CSR Disclosure yang diberikan oleh perusahaan akan memicu meningkatnya Intellectual Capital

Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Tiket Pesawat Di PT Wahyu Septyan Tour Dan Travel Kota Bengkulu

Along with the development of the times, people want to use transportation to make their journey easier. Air tickets sold by PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel Bengkulu city can make your trip both national and international easier. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of brand image, price, promotion, and service quality on the decision to purchase airline tickets at PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel in Bengkulu city. The type of research used is quantitative. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The test results obtained are: 1) The partial test results show that the brand image (x1) has a significance value of 0.036 <0.05. Price (x2) has a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Promotion (x3) has a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. and service quality (x4) has a significance value of 0.037 <0.05. Thus, the results of the t-test (partial) indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of brand image, price, promotion, and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel in Bengkulu city. 2). Simultaneous test results with the provisions of significance <0.05. The significance probability number 0.000 < 0.05 means that brand image, price, promotion, and service quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase airline tickets at PT Wahyu Septyan Tour and Travel in Bengkulu city

To find out the influence of work ability, work motivation, and performance on employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin method That's 67 respondents.Determination test results of 0.678 or 67.8%. This shows that work ability and work motivation affect employee performance in the Employment and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province by 67.8%, while the rest (100 - 67.8% = 32.2%). PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN EKOWISATA BAHARI PANTAI LINAUKABUPATEN KAUR PROVINSI BENGKULU

The development of marine tourism is more aimed at activities with broad vision on the preservation of resources and the environment or better known as marine ecotourism. This marine tourism concept discusses the use of coastal biological resources and various small islands that prioritize environmentalpreservation. Collection of 5 research variables namely attractiveness, accessibility, Public and Private Facilities, tourism image and environmental quality as variables considered to be able to increase the development of marine ecotourism on the linau coast of lanau village. The research method in this studywas a study using a cross sectional questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 399 respondents consisting of various criteria established by the author. From the results of the study found that the attractiveness, accessibility, image and environmental quality have a significant positive effect on marine ecotourism on the Linau coast, while public and private facility factors are not significant on marineecotourism activities on the linau coast. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand characteristics and emotional branding on purchasing decisions at Bengkulu coffee shops. In this study, the data used is quantitative data, namely data obtained from distributing questionnaires to service users at Coffee Shop Bengkulu. From the significance value obtained that variable X1 has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). There is an effect of emotional branding (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) Coffee Shop Janji Jiwa with a tsig value < α (0.000 < 0.05) and a tcount> ttable value (4.346> 1.68195) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. PENGARUH KUALITAS JASA DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH PEGADAIAN (Studi Kasus Upc Sawah Lebar )

This type of research is a quantitative study in which sampling uses incidental sampling techniques and the number of samples 30 respondents. The technique of answering data using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS, with analysis test multiple regression,  double correlation analysis and statistical tests (t test, and F test,).   The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, service quality and trust variables, together affect loyalty in Upc Sawah Lebar. While partially the service quality variable (X1) significantly influences customer loyalty at Upc Sawah Lebar with a sig value of 0.012. The trust variable (X2) also has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Pegadaian Upc Sawah Lebar with a sig value of 0.21. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 52.1 for Upc Sawah Lebar means that the contribution of an independent variable explains or influences the dependent variable by 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.   Key Words:  service quality, trus

Some people are more familiar with the acronym than the practice of Cash On Delivery itself, blaming the courier as the party responsible for the shortage or error of the goods they ordered. Sidoluhur village is located in Sukaraja district, Seluma district, Bengkulu province. Many residents in Hamlet II of Sidoluhur Village still do not understand this problem. The method used is in the form of lectures with presentation of material, then a practical method with its application on one of the online shopping sites on each of the residents' gadgets, and followed by a discussion session with residents who actively ask questions to obtain information. This community service aims to provide assistance in analysing the calculation of cost of goods produced in the ant sugar processing business in Belitar Seberang Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang lebong Regency. The mentoring method includes socialisation, training and direct mentoring to ant sugar entrepreneurs. The objective of this mentoring programme is to assist the palm sugar entrepreneurs in determining the cost of production and identifying factors that affect the cost of production.The results of the mentoring programme show that the cost of goods produced by palm sugar entrepreneurs in Belitar Seberang Village can be influenced by several factors such as raw material costs, labour costs, production costs, and so on. To reduce the cost of production, ant sugar entrepreneurs can carry out several strategies such as optimising the use of raw materials, improving the production system, and negotiating with suppliers.The conclusion of this research is that the assistance programme for calculating the cost of goods produced in the ant sugar processing business in Belitar Seberang Village has provided benefits for ant sugar entrepreneurs in the area. By knowing the cost of goods produced and the factors that affect the cost of goods produced, ant sugar entrepreneurs can make more effective decisions in managing their business. Based on the results of observations made by the Dehasen University School of Economics Community Service Team, the swelling felt the need for efforts to be made in order to increase the knowledge of digital financial literacy of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Outpouring of the Great Ratu Bengkulu District. As for the efforts to be made, namely providing knowledge about counseling and training in how to practice in the operation of digital financial instruments. Devotional activities carried out by the team on RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice The Great Ratu Bengkulu sub-district is carried out through 2 stages. The first stage: problem identification, lectures and training, introduction and practice of digital financial applications, mentoring the preparation of family financial statements. Whereas the second phase of the team evaluates the learning outcomes of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Extent of the Great Ratu Bendangulu District with a post test result of 65% of participants able to answer questions raised by the team in the questionnaire.
