Minimal invasive operations in infants with congenital urinary tract disorders

Purpose.To rate retrospectively the results of using minimally invasive surgical operation in treatment of obstructive disorders in infants. Materials and methods. From 2007 to 2016 1057 patientes (257 boys and 614 girls) with a mean age of 5.5 month (range 1m – 5 years) were treated. The patients were classified on four groups: the first - 69 boys with posterior urethral valve associated urodynamics disorders; the second group – 67 patientes with duplication and ureterocele; the third group - 170 patientes with congenital nonrefluxing megaureter; the fouth - 751 patientes with VUR. In all cases minimal invasive surgeries were preferable: transurethral primary valve ablation; endoscopic incision ureterocele, one-J-stending megaureter, endoscopic correction of vesicoureteral reflux with bulking agents. Results. Transurethral resection of the posterior urethral valve was performed for all patients of the first group - for 56 (81,2%) in one step, for 13 (18,8%) in two steps. Transurethral resection of ureterocele was performed in 53 patients (79,1%) of the second group.132 patients in the third group was treated with stended of ureter, endoscopic correction of vesicoureteral reflux with bulking agents was performed for patients of the fourth group: collagen for 454 patients (605 ureters), Urodex for 122 patients (189 ureters) and Vantris for 76 patients (121 ureters). The patients were followed according with to a program with repeated US, renal scintigrams (DMSA), frequency/volume chart observation. These investigations were assessed in 4-8-12 and 24 weeks. Antibacterial prophylactics were given and recurrent UTIs were registered, In 76 cases (7,2% ) when the disorder wasn’t eliminated, minimal invasive reoperation or open surgeries were carry out. Conclusions. Minimal invasive surgical operations can be performed in babies. They allow to normalize urodynamics and high success rate can be achieved avoid complex reconstractiv operations

Детская хирургия: история и современность (V Форум детских хирургов России)

The work summarizes the V Forum of pediatric surgeons of Russia, held in Ufa, September 3–5, 2019. For the first time, the annual largest scientific event of domestic pediatric surgeons was held outside the capital. The Forum was attended by over 600 delegates, including specialists from 10 foreign countries and representatives of all federal districts of the Russian Federation. The scientific program of the Forum was represented by symposia (14), round tables (4), the video session “How I Do It,” master classes (2) and a competition of young scientists. A workshop was held on topical issues of pediatric surgery. The report contains brief results of the analysis of the organization of the Forum and the scientific content of the reports.В работе подведены итоги V Форума детских хирургов России, прошедшего в г. Уфе c 3 по 5 сентября 2019 года. Впервые ежегодное самое крупное научное событие отечественных детских хирургов было проведено вне столицы. На Форуме присутствовало свыше 600 делегатов, включая специалистов из 10 зарубежных стран и представителей всех федеральных округов РФ. Научная программа Форума была представлена симпозиумами (14), круглыми столами (4), видеосессией «Как я это делаю», мастер-классами (2) и конкурсом молодых ученых. Было проведено рабочее совещание по актуальным проблемам детской хирургии. На сообщении были проведены краткие результаты анализа организации Форума и научного содержания докладов

VI форум детских хирургов россии (уроки и перспективы)

The VI Forum of Russian Pediatric Surgeons was held on the online platform on October 2324 and October 3031, 2020. A total of 1,719 specialists from 20 countries took part in the work for the forum, which is 2.8 times higher than the corresponding figure from 2019. The daily audience of registered speakers and listeners ranged from 835 to 1.027 people. During the four days forum, 74 speakers presented 84 reports. The Forum of Russian Pediatric Surgeons promotes the broad promotion of innovative ideas and technologies and integration of domestic specialists into the international professional space.VI Форум детских хирургов России состоялся на онлайн-платформе 2324 и 3031 октября 2020 г. В работе форума приняли участие 1719 специалистов из 20 стран, что в 2,8 раза превышает соответствующий показатель 2019 г. Ежедневная аудитория зарегистрированных докладчиков и слушателей варьировала от 835 до 1027 человек. За четыре дня форума 74 спикерами было представлено 84 доклада. Форум детских хирургов России способствует широкому продвижению инновационных идей и технологий, интеграции отечественных специалистов в международное профессиональное пространство
