    Produksi Bibit Kencur (Kaempferia Galanga L.) Melalui Kultur Jaringan*[kencur {Kaempferia Galanga L.} Seedling Production Through in Vitro Culture]

    To increase domestic and International demand of Kencur (Kaempferia galanga L.) makes this plant potentially develop.Is traditionally used to keep the body warm, as analgetic and expectorant. In the attemp of providing adequately and qualitatively uniformed supply, in vitro experiment has been conducted at BB-Biogen (Indonesian Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Genetik Resources Research and Development).The selected rhizomes was used as explant. The experiment was orthogonally arranged consisting of MS vitamin and B5, and BA ( 0, 3 and 5 mg/1) and thidiazuron 0,1 mg/1. This experiment comprised three activities, they were shoot initiation, shoot multiplication and acclimatization. The result showed that MS + BA 3 mg/1 + thidiazuron 0,2 mg/1 could induce shoot formation. From the applied media, it was shown that the addition of MS vitamin at the MS basic media and BA 3 and 5 mg/1 added with thidiazuron could result the most optimum shoot, leaves and roots and was not significantly different from the addition of B5 vitamin at basic media of MS + BA 3 and 5 mg/1, 6.9 shoot was averagely produced in this media. The shoot could generate such an adequate number of root that it could be directly acclimatized. The acclimatized plantlet in the green house uses the mixture of soil and manure with the ratio of 1:1 can optimally grow

    This study aimed to describe the effect of the service orientation of the adjustment in learning activities in schools among student of class XI SMA N 5 Pontianak. In this research method used descriptive method, with the form of research studies the relationship. Data collection techniques used indirect communication techniques. Data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and t test. Based on the analysis of data showed that the service orientation of students of class XI SMA N 5 Pontianak reach the achievement of 57,50% moderate. Whereas the adjustment in learning activities in schools among students of class XI SMA N 5 Pontianak reached 66,44% of the achievement moderate. The results of the regression analysis obtained regression line equation Ý=57,831 + 0,202, meaning that there is significant influence between the service orientation of the adjustment in learning activities in schools among students of class XI SMA N 5 Pontianak

    This research aims to obtain objective information about the influence of self understanding service information to emotional intelligence at students grade XI of Senior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population this research is all of students grade IX of Senior High School in the Year 2014/2015 which followself understanding service information. The research result shows that the self understanding service information of students grade XI reaching 69.48% inclusive of good category. The emotional intelligence at students grade XIreaching 70.80% inclusive of good category. The self understanding service information influence to emotional intelligence at students grade XI of Senior High School showed with regression equation: Ŷ = 1,234 + 0,575X + e. The coefficient correlation show result as big as 0.589 what its meaning existence correlation which strong enough and positive between self understanding service information withemotional intelligence at students grade XI of Senior High School. The t-test show that hypothesis nil refused. The analysis of determination coefficient show that 34.70% the emotional intelligent influenced self understanding service information

    This study aims to help solve the case of learners who have negative self-concepts in class XI IPS3 SMA Santo Fransiskus Asisi. Subjects cases this research were two people. The research method is descriptive form of a case study. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and home visits.     The purposes of this research were to determine the chemical characteristics of siamese gourami (Trichogaster pectoralis) fish meal, and its application in steamed rice pempek. Different siamese gourami fish meal and tapioka starch ratio was added to steamed rice dought and the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of the end products were analysed. Physical variables product that were observed in the study included gel strength test and color test. Chemical variables observed were moisture, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrate, calcium, and phosphorus levels. Hedonic test was done on appearance, color, texture, aroma and flavor. The result showed, the gel strength value of steamed rice ranged from 181.1 gf to 451.9 gf, whiteness from 50.19 % to 67.96%, moisture content from 30.5% to 45.17%, ash content from 3.0% to 5.8%, protein content from 10.36% to 17.01%, fat content from 5.44% to 10.9%, carbohydrate content from 31.27% to 41.34%, calcium content from 26.58 mg/100 g to 58.35 mg/100 g, phosphorus from 14.43 mg/100g to 69.13 mg/100 g.
