In this paper, nickel based 1 layer platinum nanoparticles electrode (Ni-Pt1layer), prepared by spray-pyrolysis technique, it has been tested in order to obtain a complete characterization for the process of anodic oxidation of sulphite to sulphate in alkaline media. This process was investigated by cyclic voltammetry technique and linear polarization. The present study concerns the preliminary evaluation of electrocatalytic properties for this type of electrode toward the electrochemical oxidation of sulphite

In this paper, anodic oxidation of sulphite ions on skeletal nickel based 6 layers platinum nanoparticles electrode (Nisk – Pt6layers) in aqueous alkaline solution was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and linear polarization. The present research is essential to understand the mechanism of reaction on this electrode. The preliminary results presented in experimental part confirm the high catalytic activity of Nisk – Pt6layers for sulphite electrooxidation process and offer the possibility to use this type of electrodes in alkaline fuel cells

Eco Bio Cultural Protocols for Preservation of Endangered Agro-biodiversity Areas from the Adjacent Regions of Danube and Danube Delta

The Danube Strategy involves creating synergies between different sectors (tourism, environmental protection, agriculture and forestry), promoting solutions and contributing to the prosperity of social, economic and cultural sustainable development. It requires multi- interdisciplinary problem solving biodiversity conservation and environmental protection. Agro- biodiversity conservation and means must be assessed according to international risk categories, taking into account the culture, traditions and local lifestyle. Fundamental aspects of the protocols will be to assess species and breeds endangered and their influence on specific ecosystems of the Danube and Danube Delta to promote local tradition and cultural heritage. Our studies will have to reveal new interdependencies between socio- economic phenomena that occur in the context of regional sustainable development and identify viable solutions to ensure the conservation of agro- biodiversity as part of the natural and cultural heritage of the Danube Delta . Need of cooperation between Danube countries and between local authorities and research entities to conserve natural and cultural heritage that can be achieved based on eco-bio-diplomacy. Curs Chirurgie Facultatea Stomatologie, Catedra Medicină Internă şi Semiologie, Spitalul Clinic Militar CentralThe article represents the clinical case of laparoscopic gallbladder removal performed on patient with pacemaker. Using of surgical electrocautary may potentially induce electric interferences with pacemaker. As a result, different types of cardiac arrhythmias may appear. The laparoscopic cholecystectomy has been indicated in accordance with: 1. Requirements for the aortic valve replacement due to „erythrocyte killer” effect; 2. Numerous outbreaks of „gallstone” disease, which caused the holdup of the cardiac surgery.

Summary. There is a various spectrum of materials to restore the bone’s defect and the oseos remodeling. I used experimental in implantology a biodebasing composit material ,,LitAr“. 6 experimental animals (rabbits) were used to regenerate the oseos remodeling with patterns implanting from titan with a nanotubular surface of titan oxide (Ti02) distributed plainly on the whole surface obtained by us

AbstractWe have dealt with the research from the perspective of the definition given to health by W.H.O.: “health is that certain est ate of wellness from physical, mental and social point of view and it doesn’t represent the lack of illness or disability”. The most important problem which sedentariness produce rises from that view according to which it doesn’t represent only a momentary estate, it becomes a real lifestyle an extremely unhealthy way to live. Physical inactivity affects not only the individuals but also the whole social communities group, and the effects of sedentariness over the world's population mean and imply extremely high costs. The purpose of the paper is to promote the body autoplasty concept through physical exercise by stimulating the psychological resources of the self-consciousness and self image, by making each individual aware of the necessity of practicing physical exercises for body shape in order to improve the quality of his/ her life. The experiment proves that some independent variables of the quality of life are influenced by reaching body autoplasty through physical exercise when its use takes into account the appropriate didactical strategy which is focused on the operational objectives meant to improve the physical state and/or individual body shaping/re-shaping

Control of Dielectric and Mechanical Properties of Styrenic Block Copolymer by Graphite Incorporation

The structure–property relationship of dielectric elastomers, as well as the methods of improving the control of this relationship, has been widely studied over the last few years, including in some of our previous works. In this paper, we study the control, improvement, and correlation, for a significant range of temperatures, of the mechanical and dielectric properties of polystyrene-b-(ethylene-co-butylene)-b-styrene (SEBS) and maleic-anhydride-grafted SEBS (SEBS-MA) by using graphite (G) as filler in various concentrations. The aim is to analyze the suitability of these composites for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy or vice versa. The dielectric spectroscopy analysis performed in the frequency range of 10 to 1 MHz and at temperatures between 27 and 77 °C emphasized an exponential increase in real permittivity with G concentration, a low level of dielectric losses (≈10−3), as well as the stability of dielectric losses with temperature for high G content. These results correlate well with the increase in mechanical stiffness with an increase in G content for both SEBS/G and SEBS-MA/G composites. The activation energies for the dielectric relaxation processes detected in SEBS/G and SEBS-MA/G composites were also determined and discussed in connection with the mechanical, thermal, and structural properties resulting from thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses
