ANALYSIS OF THE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE WORKFORCE IN THE SOUTH-WEST OLTENIA REGION IN COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES SUCH AS E-WORK

South West region covers an area of 29,212 km2, approximately 12.25% of the country (238391 km ²) and includes five counties: Dolj, Olt, Valcea, Mehedinti and Gorj. It is bordered by Bulgaria, Serbia and South Muntenia, Central and West. From the total workforce of 828,900 people, 332,300 people are employed in farming, forestry and fishing (40%) and only 4500 in the areas of information and communications, respectively in 6600 other activities. The regional unemployment rate was 7.7% in 2011 compared to 7.6% nationally, 7.1% for women respectively 8.3% for men, a level very close to the national average[5][7]. We presented these statistics to highlight the region's potential in the development of e-work activities that would increase employment levels both in urban population and especially in rural areas, low unemployment and thus the local population migration and support sustainable development of the region. This paper aims to analyze the opportunity to develop complementary activities of e-work employment for the South West region

AbstractThis study approaches a less common theme in specialized literature, the influence of the family, in which the parent is addicted to drugs. This study tries to capture this influence on child comportment in time, therefore the selection of subjects was made taking into account that they have reached the age of 18. The results obtained showed that subjects showing aggressive behavior correspond to their low tolerance to frustration, while those who have a low level of aggression; it corresponds to a high level of tolerance to frustration

Artificial Intelligence in the Path Planning Optimization of Mobile Agent Navigation

AbstractMany difficult problem solving require computational intelligence. One of the major directions in artificial intelligence consists in the development of efficient computational intelligence algorithms, like: evolutionary algorithms, and neural networks. Systems, that operate in isolation or cooperate with each other, like mobile robots could use computational intelligence algorithms for different problems/tasks solving, however in their behavior could emerge an intelligence called system's intelligence, intelligence of a system. The traveling salesman problem TSP has a large application area. It is a well-known business problem. Maximum benefits TSP, price collecting TSP have a large number of economic applications. TSP is also used in the transport logic Raja, 2012. It also has a wide range of applicability in the mobile robotic agent path planning optimization. In this paper a mobile robotic agent's path planning will be discussed, using unsupervised neural networks for the TSP solving, and from the TSP results the finding of a closely optimal path between two points in the agent's working area. In the paper a modification of the criteria function of the winner neuron selection will also be presented. At the end of the paper measurement results will be presented

This paper approaches the methodology for determining the neutral surface of a layered composite. It is to be neglected the spins effect on normal sectional unit load, respectively the influence of the specific linear movements when calculating the bending and torsion of the unit moments. It enables the distribution of tasks specified in the layers' level for evaluating maximum stresses and comparing them to the existing structure of the materials existing in the structure
