    High education is education degree after secondary education that includes diploma programs, graduate programs, master programs, doctor programs, also profesional programs and specialist programs which have their respective advantages with strategy includes cos benefit, differentiation and focus. The purpose of this research is to know the position of market growth rate at collage especially High Education based on market growth, market share by using matrix. Unit analysis is all colleges are includes in the Kopertis Wilayah VII Jawa Timur consist of university, high education, institute, academy, and polytechnic. The object of analysis is the number of new admissions. The research is conducted by using quantitative approach. The research method using descriptive research. The method of data collection of this research is method that include the method of library research. Base on calculate using matrix to find market growth decrease by -20.57% from previous year amounted 13.34% showed market growth of High Education not good, while in 2015 the result of calculation market growth is good around 8.97 and in 2016 the result is 6.69 and according form those result, so we can describe that the position of High Education are in cash cows positions.     The purpose of community service carried out through the activity "Counselling and Assistance on Salesmanship Methods at Srijaya Mobil Surabaya Workshop to further improve the quality of salespeople at the workshop.  The company here will be introduced to the concept of how salespeople carry out salesmanship activities based on the salesmanship implementation steps commonly carried out in the personal selling process in this case marketing services and services from the Srijaya Mobil workshop. The method of implementing activities through four stages, namely: preparation, counselling Salesmanship material, Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of this activity show that there are still many step-by-step observations that must be addressed by this workshop to further improve the quality of salespeople in finding and maintaining existing customers.     Employee performance is a form of performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Improving employee performance is desirable both from the employer and workers for self-development and promotion of the position. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation for employee performance in sales. This research method uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research. The subjects of this study were all sales employees of PT. Surya Timur Sakti East Java in Surabaya, amounting to 107 active employees. To test the effect between variables used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the presence of a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variables of work discipline and compensation for employee performance, while partially the variables of work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance

    Service Quality is a form of service provided by universities as an administrator of education services which is students as (stakeholders) should have the best and satisfy service to support their education. This research method uses quantitative methods with explanative research types. The subjects of this study were students of (undergraduate students) and D3 (diploma) study programs at the Indonesian Economic College (STIESIA) Surabaya, which in total 98 active snidents. The results of using multiple linear regression analysis show that there are a significant influences between variables simultaneously Physical Evidence (XI ), Reliability (X2), Respondency (X3), Assurance (X4). Empathy (X5) on Student Loyalty (Y) significance of 0,000 and coefficient of determination 0.412 (41.2%). While through t test it is known that the influence of academic service quality on student loyalty is only the guarantee variable (X4) shows a value of 5.944 with a significant 0.000 which shows a significant partial effect on student loyalty (Y). One form of student disloyalty lies in the academic services provided by education personal, this can be seen in from Ihe results of the answers - answers to the respondents’ questionaires for the question of variable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness and empathy. This study aims to analyze the increase in student loyalty which is influenced by the quality of academic services and satisfaction of S1 and D3 STIESIA Surabaya students. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the correlation of student loyalty which is influenced by the role of academic service quality and student satisfaction. This research method uses path analysis. The results showed an increase in student loyalty which was influenced by the role of academic service quality due to high student satisfaction. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang diinginkan baik dari pihak pemberi kerja maupun para pekerja untuk pengembangan diri dan promosi jabatan Tujuan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian penjualan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian penjualan PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim di Surabaya yang berjumlah 107 orang karyawan aktif. Untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel digunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil   penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan,  sedangkan  secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerj

    This research uses quantitative research. The population in this research is 100 employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch, South Tangerang and using a total sample of 100 respondents. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of supervision on work effectiveness, determine the effect of motivation on work effectiveness, determine the effect of work discipline on work effectiveness and to determine the effect of simultaneous supervision, motivation and work discipline on work effectiveness at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch, South Tangerang. The analytical tool used is PASW/SPSS version 20. Data processing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that supervision affects work effectiveness, motivation affects work effectiveness, work discipline affects work effectiveness and supervision, motivation, work discipline simultaneously affects work effectiveness.Keywords: Discipline, Effectiveness, Motivation, Supervisio
