MENINGKATKAN DAYA JUAL SECARA KOMERSIAL JAMU TRADISIONAL DESA KEMUNING MUDA KECAMATAN BUNGARAYA

The economic resources of the local community in Kemuning Muda Village, Bunga Raya District, Siak Regency are agricultural, livestock, and MSME areas as a side business as well as the main business for the Kemuning Muda village community. It is important for the sustainability of the community's economy which is not low, and the people here are very enthusiastic about agriculture and agriculture and SMEs such as herbal medicine because it is easy to get traditional ingredients in making traditional herbal medicine. The thing that becomes an obstacle for traditional herbal medicine SMEs in Kemuning Muda village is that they are still less concerned about processed herbal medicine, especially from marketing. Types of traditional herbal medicine made by SMEs in the village of Kemuning Muda are herbs that are commonly found drunk by adults, teenagers, children such as kencur rice, tamarind turmeric and temulawak. The herbal medicine made by SMEs in traditional herbal medicine in the village of Kemuning Muda still uses natural ingredients and the sweetener comes from palm sugar or granulated sugar. The authenticity of the taste of traditional herbal medicine is still maintained so that the essence of traditional herbal drinks can still be felt and will damage the taste and efficacy of the traditional herbal medicine if using unnatural sweeteners. Traditional herbal medicine in Kemuning Muda village is still sold around the village or usually called jamu gendong, traditional herbal medicine in liquid form and put in bottles that will not last long. After socializing the traditional herbal medicine SMEs in the village of Kemuning Muda, who previously only knew about traditional herbal medicine and only marketed it by going around using bicycles, now they understand more about how to increase sales by way of marketing that can be recognized and recognized by the community. HUBUNGAN PERILAKU KONSUMSI MAKANAN CEPAT SAJI PADA REMAJA TERHADAP POTENSI PENYEBARAN COVID-19 DI KECAMATAN GROGOL KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Angka kasus Covid-19 pada remaja dari Januari hingga Mei 2022  di Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Sukoharjo terdapat 36 kasus, sesuai dengan data Puskesmas Grogol pada tahun 2021. Jumlah kasus Covid-19 yang tinggi menyebabkan Pemerintah menerapkan Kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar. Seiring longgarnya kebijakan tersebut, maka banyak kedai makanan cepat saji sudah mulai beroperasi hingga menyebabkan tingginya antusias pada remaja untuk datang. Banyaknya restoran cepat saji yang mempunyai spot foto yang menarik dan aesthetic, harga yang murah, serta variasi makanan yang beragam menyebabkan tingginya antusias dari remaja. Banyaknya remaja yang datang ke restoran cepat saji dan tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan menyebabkan tingginya potensi penyebaran Covid-19. Tujuan umum dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku pola konsumsi makanan cepat saji pada remaja terhadap potensi penyebaran Covid-19 di kalangan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan case control. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.  Variabel bebas (perilaku konsumsi), variabel terikat (potensi penyebaran Covid-19). Terdapat hubungan antara perilaku makan makanan cepat saji denga risiko Covid 19 pada remaja. Remaja dengan perilaku makan makanan cepat saji yang tinggi memiliki risiko tertular Covid-19 sebesar 2.21 kali dibandingkan dengan remaja yang memiliki perilaku makan makanan cepat saji yang rendah dan secara statistik signifikan (OR= 2.21; 95%CI= 1.04 – 4.72; p=0.038)

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Reguler Periode 101 Divisi XI.D.1 Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Berlokasi di Dusun Bongoskenti, Desa Murtigading, Kecamatan Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul. Dusun Bongoskenti merupakan salah satu Dusun dari 18 ( Delapan Belas ) Dusun yang terletak di Desa Murtigading, Kecamatan Sanden, Kabupaten Bantul. Bongoskenti merupakan pedukuhan ke-16 yang terdiri dari 4 RT. Terdapat 105 KK, 333 jiwa yang terdiri dari 163 laki-laki dan 170 perempuan.
