MÉTODO Y SISTEMA DE HABILIDADES DE LA QUÍMICA INORGÁNICA Y ANALÍTICA PARA AGRONOMÍA CON ENFOQUE HOLÍSTICO – CONFIGURACIONAL
In terms of contributing to the solution of the insufficiencies in the dedication to study that the students of Agronomy’s Course at Granma's University present; applied the Holistic Configurationally Model of the Dynamics of the Higher Education, to precision and fundamentation of the instructive educational developer method and over himself the system of abilities of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry; what must contribute to a better structuring, organization and development the dynamics of the themes of the subject of study. This work constitutes a result of the thesis of mastery of the principal authoress. In the realization and of the same they used empiric methods (observation of the teaching educational process, interviews, opinion polls, revision of documents, particularly the programs of the discipline from the previous at plan of study A to the study program to the present time) and theoretic methods (historic logician, analysis – synthesis, modulation and systemic structural functional).En función de contribuir a la solución de las insuficiencias en la dedicación al estudio que presentan los estudiantes de la carrera de Agronomía en la Universidad de Granma; se aplicó el Modelo Holístico Configuracional de la Dinámica de la Educación Superior, a la precisión y fundamentación del método instructivo-educativo-desarrollador y el sistema de habilidades de la Química Inorgánica y Analítica; lo que debe contribuir a una mejor estructuración, organización y desarrollo la dinámica de los temas de la asignatura. Este trabajo constituye un resultado de la tesis de maestría de la autora principal y en la realización del mismo se emplearon métodos empíricos (observación del proceso docente-educativo, entrevistas, encuestas, revisión de documentos, particularmente los programas de la disciplina desde los anteriores al plan de estudio A hasta la actualidad) y métodos teóricos (histórico-lógico, análisis– síntesis, modelación y sistémico-estructural-funcional)
Una aplicación del Teorema de Wilson
The application of the Mathematics to the resolution of problems of the daily life constitutes one of the topics that charge bigger interest in all the educational levels, it is for it that this article has as objective to expose the fundamental tools of the arithmetic to modulate, useful to understand the solution that offers to certain problems of the practice by means of the application of a resulting procedure of the Theorem of Wilson. A demonstrative example of its application is presented. In the elaboration of the work they are used as fundamental methods the analytic one synthetic and the inductive-deductive one. The proposed procedure, contrary to the theorem of Wilson, he/she gives the minimum value possible to the solution of the presented problem.La aplicación de las Matemáticas a la resolución de problemas de la vida cotidiana constituye uno de los temas que cobran mayor interés en todos los niveles educacionales, es por ello que este artículo tiene como objetivo exponer las herramientas fundamentales de la aritmética modular, útiles para comprender la solución que se ofrece a determinados problemas de la práctica mediante la aplicación de un procedimiento resultante del Teorema de Wilson. Se presenta un ejemplo demostrativo de su aplicación. En la elaboración del trabajo se utilizan como métodos fundamentales el analítico sintético y el inductivo-deductivo. El procedimiento propuesto, a diferencia del teorema de Wilson, da el valor mínimo posible a la solución del problema presentado

Effect of the illumination in the induction of morphogenic callus of sweet potato
Explants from foliar limbs of Cemsa 78-354, Inivit B 90-1, Inivit B 93-1, Yabú-8 and Jewel tubers shoots put under semicontrolled laboratory conditions. They were sowed in a medium with Murashige and Skoog (1962) salts, (3%) sucrose, (0.6%) agar-agar, (0.1 mg.l-1) 2,4-D and (100 mg.l-1) myoinositol with a fixed pH of 5.8. The explants were put in contact with the medium. Put under energy illumination, permanent darkness and a 16 h artificial illumination photoperiod they were evaluated to morphogenic callus induction capacity. It was evaluated to morphogenic callus induction capacity. It was established that from both quantitative and qualitative viewpoint the morphogenic callus induction of yellows cream color and growths were higher under energy illumination condition.

Evaluation of Pectimorf as growth regulator in the formation of callus with embriogenic structures in Ipomoea batatas
Tuberous roots of sweet potato belonging to the clone INIVIT B 93-1, were gather ad and placed in flasks with water in the laboratory to induce the emergence of the yolks. Later on, explants of the limbo was selected to foliate (1 cm2) fields in the means of cultivation of Murashige and Skoog, 100 mg.l-1 myo-inositol, 1 mg.l-1 tiamine, 3% sucrose, 0.2% gelrite, 0.50 mg.l-1 2,4-D and 0.25 mg.l-1 6-BAP as control treatment and the same medium of above mentioned culture with different pectimorf concentrations (5.0, 10.0, 15.0 and 20.0 mg.l-1) for the formation of callus with embryogenic structures. Thirty days later the percentage of formed callus, their the callus growth, color, texture and presence of roots were evaluated. The callus stayed in incubation camera under conditions of darkness, temperature of 25 ± 2°C and relative humidity of 80-90%. Good results were obtained in the formation of callus with embryogenic structures, when used the pectimorf at 15.0 mg.l-1 concentration.

Induction of sprouting in tubers of Ipomoea batatas by a mixture of bioactive oligogalacturonides for their In vitro establishment
Tuberous roots of sweet potato, belonging to clone CEMSA 78-354, coming from banks of seeds and collected, keeping in mind their sanity and uniformity in the size, were used. They were transferred to laboratory under semicontrolled conditions and placed in glass flasks with 300 mg.l -1 of tap water (control treatment) and in flasks with the some volume of water and different pectimorf concentration (5, 10, 15 and 0 mg.l -1 ). At different time the following indicators: number of sprouts per tuber, length of sprouts and number of buds per sprouts. Evaluated indicators were achieved with the use of 15 mg.l -1 Pectimorf overcoming those reached by the control treatment.
